You can install it just like a normal theme, by FTP or WordPress. By FTP copy it in the WordPress themes folder – http://prntscr.com/mokeor
By WordPress zip it first then install it – http://prntscr.com/mokfut

Be sure to activate it after you install it – http://prntscr.com/mokght

Please make sure that you install correct the theme and you do not have any plugins that provide this conflict.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:

Maybe the cloud library is installed but not active – http://prntscr.com/moim6y
Check if that is the case.

Or delete the plugin manually from the plugins folder by FTP or cPanel file manager, then install it again. Only when the cloud library plugin is active will the header builder elements and header manager be available.

Unfortunately in v9.5 the empty page template has been removed, now you can remove the header per page, using the header manager. An option will be added for the footer. If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip

Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example
– http://prntscr.com/mo17zp

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
– http://prntscr.com/mo17bw

Editing the revolution slider blank template with the composer will cause problems. That would be useful if you wish to display only a slider provided by the plugin, by entering it’s shortcode in the page content, in the backend – http://prntscr.com/mo18vk

Most likely you are not installing it properly. If you download the full theme package from themeforest, the actual theme is inside it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

So if you unzip and upload the full theme package there, it will not work. This is an install guide for FTP which is similar to cPanel

Extract the actual theme zip and upload it in the WordPress themes folder

If you make an update to the theme all settings from theme panel will remain, only the changes from theme files will be override, so first you’ll need to make a full backup to your website.
If you are using child theme please deactivate it until after you make the update.

Where do you get these errors? Provide some useful screenshots with these errors so I can localize them and also, so we can further investigate it closer. Make sure if your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, remvoe all fo uuntested plugins and chec the reuslts.
