Hi,

From what I can see you’ve made changes only on header main, on sticky main not -> https://i.imgur.com/o2YPBUL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/JuLXLah.png you’ll need to activate the sticky zone from header manager, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/5dEfBZa.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/lPAtgeh.png

Thank you!

Hi,

I use Google Admanager (formerly DFP) to serve ads. The header ad is serving the 728×90 just fine on desktop and tablet, but on mobile I have a creative that is 300×250 that serves when the screen is smaller then 720. It’s always worked in my past themes, but now on mobile, the header ad just disappears. Can you please let me know how I can make the header ad stay as the unit serves a 300×250?

Hello !

For the next and previous buttons you have this option:

.td-history-pro .td-arrows .td-next-prev-wrap {
background-color: red;
}

When using Cloud Template header the sticky header must be edited with tagDiv Composer Header Manager and you can set it up from here. If it is empty you will have to add content in it in order to display: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bzi8kbneOKQc

I hope this was helpful !

Thank you !

Hi, a quick question.

I am not using header manager. But is there a way to change the live search image thumb as when I currently do a search the thumbs are showing blurry.

If not is there a way to remove the search icon on mobile. I have removed it on desktop but it is still showing on my mobile.

See webpage: pickupacrayon.com

Hello !

I am sorry but I don’t quite understand what exactly you’re trying to achieve. Please be a bit more specific.

In order to edit a header follow our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Looking forward to your reply.

Hello !

In order to have full access with tagDiv Composer we suggest you to setup your Header template. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Also please note that different templates may have different hovering styles.

Thank you !

Hi,

So if you are not using the mobile theme plugin and the settings from theme panel do not apply, that means that you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this one can be edit with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/5JrElE9.png if there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect the menu.

Thank you!

Hi,

“Composer doesn’t show up on the menu” I do not quite understand the problem, you can not edit the header template ? if yes, then you need to have a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud library set on homepage/or theme panel.

Thank you!

Hi,

What other details would you like? The nav bar fits the boxed layout fine, until you scroll down the page and see the sticky header/nav bar. The sticky header goes beyond the right-hand edge of the boxed layout in both tagDiv Composer (as per the above image) and the live page as well. Essentially it doesn’t respect the container width, padding or margins.

I can send you a link to a live page if you want to see it in action (it’s the same template, just different font/colour), just let me know and I’ll send a link via email as the site’s not public yet.

The setting you highlighted in your image shouldn’t have any effect, as it’s just a password manager browser extension and doesn’t actually add anything to the field unless clicked – not sure why it’s showing up, but the field is empty. The only way to avoid it, would be to use a private window or a browser that doesn’t have the extension, but as the field is empty, I can’t see this having an effect.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can do that if you use a cloud header form tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the login element where you want -> https://i.imgur.com/Y8SXP7B.png -> https://i.imgur.com/iZX850r.png -> https://i.imgur.com/p3jLL0K.png

Hi,

Usually the h1 is set on logo, if you are using a cloud header, to can have different H1 per page/posts, also using the Page Builder + Page Title prom page template, this should set your page title as h1 and remove the h1 from logo.
If you want that your title to have the h1 set instead of logo, then please check if you are using a cloud header, if yes, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and disable the h1 -> http://prntscr.com/q1ohji.
Please provide me a link where I can inspect the h1 from your website, in this way I will be able to provide you a better answer.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

First of all you’ll need to use a cloud header after that you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and set it normal as you do in page content.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

I have created a custom header using the custom header manager for Newspaper theme 22 (business). I have imported the cloud version of the header 22 and made modifications, but as soon as I imported it, it made the lower header bar much deeper than in the demo (see my screen capture attached). I want to make mine the same as the demo height. I have searched everywhere and in the documentation but cannot figure out how to repair (correct) this. Can you please explain why this is happening and suggest the solution?

See example my header: https://www.dropbox.com/s/t1m3lbobp8ujsl3/ang_head_sample.jpg?dl=0

Hi,
I have the following doubts with the application of the Google Analytics code and the Google Tag Manager code:

In the theme configuration I have the boxes to place the Google Analytics code in the header and before the body
I put the Google Analytics code in the header.

If I now want to use Tag Manager:
1. Should I replace the google analytics code in the header with the tag manager code?
2. in the case of tag manager you are asked to enter the code after the body, but the box that appears in the admin of the theme tells me that it goes before the body. How do I insert the tag manager code correctly?

Hi,

The mobile theme is a plugin that helps to achieve a better speed on mobile devices, but for the moment there are not very much customization that you can do on it -> https://i.imgur.com/HOsZPZY.png
If you want a better design and more control over it, you can use the responsive version.
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

You can change the logo place by changing the header style -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/7UncbXL.png or for more control you can use a cloud header from tagdiv Cloud Library and you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.

Thank you!
