i try to find inteh template panel but i can’t find the configuration

I’ve also tried to switch back to previous php version (BTW nobody touched this and it worked perfectly till this morning).
Deactivated all the external plug in.
Rechecked the Configuration request 2 times.
Increased the wp memory till 500 with no luck and switched back to 256 (as it was from the first time i started using Newspaper).
It only come back on line if i switch off tag div cloud library but i loose the header template doing this.
I’ve spent the entire morning troubleshoting this..my client is completly MAD.

4. It does not show line in normal mode. You have to scroll down and see the smart snap menu and then again scroll up a little. White line will appear.
Hi! I administrate 5 sites under Newspaper (and intend to build 2 in very near future) but I encoutered some annoying issues recently with a 9.7.2 version (I think you remember 🙂 and thanks again for your help!) and I’m bit anxious about updating all my sites and well… buying new licences.
Can you tell me if these issues have been resolved now with 9.8 and by providing a more recent version of WPBakery Page Builder?
– As soon as I used (the really great) Header Composer, all pages structure created with WPBakery were messy. And I’ve been obliged to recreate all my pages using TagDiv Composer (wich doesn’t always fits my needs, yet). So my question is… can I without any problem now mix TagDiv Header composer’s headers with Page Builder’s content components?
– corollary problem: does the issue appearing in a two menus header, were first sub-menus appearing “under” the second menu (letting sub-menus unclickable) is now resolved without needing to add custom CSS?

2. Actually, I changed the header before you could examine it. Anyways, I have re-activated life news pro header and now you can see ORAL HEALTHCARE menu which is also page menu. It is not visible with this header http://prnt.sc/oow88j.
3. I know how to set the limit. For now, I have set it to 13 (Check HEALTH Menu). But I want a fixed drop-down menu height and the categories which are not visible in this fixed height should be visible with scroll. I hope I have made my point clear. In the current scenario, I want the drop-down menu height up to FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE in HEALTH menu. Rest 4 sub-categories should be visible with scroll https://prnt.sc/oow6uz.

It should work fine regardless of the header used. What exactly is the problem with it? Let me know.
3. By default there is a limit in the mega-menu, I believe of 30 sub-categories. For default header templates it can only be changed in the theme code. The default header templates also don’t have layout options.
However using cloud header templates the limit can be set custom – https://prnt.sc/ooicje

@Virendra Singh If you use a cloud header template and you width to customize the sticky version of it, simply edit the header with the composer and activate the sticky mode (desktop or mobile) – https://prnt.sc/ooiev6

Activate the sticky mode in the composer to see what elements it contains

Then click on the elements you want to modify, or remove them all. If they are all removed the header won’t have a sticky mode.

Usually this is just a cache problem; please make sure that you clear all cache and try again.

That would be correct, the categories displayed in the mega-menus will be ordered alphabetically. This is how it is set by default, a setting to arrange them in a custom order isn’t available at the moment unfortunately for the default header styles.
The cloud header styles have an option to order them by ID – https://prnt.sc/oogfrv maybe there will be more options added, can’t say for sure at the moment.

The global header option can be overridden by a more specific case. So for example if a global header template is set, then in a post template a different header is set, this will override the global header.
If you want to use the same header for all the website, set it globally, and make sure specific pages or cloud templates don’t use their own headers. If one is using a different header style, edit it with the composer and make it use the global header

That is possible. Each page or template can have it’s own header if needed.
In case of a category page, start by importing a ready made cloud template (you can make modifications to it as well) or creating a new one from blank

Hi there, I’m using La Mode Pro demo which is great, but now hitting road blink and I have checked your forum but no help:
1. is it possible for video header to show on mobile as just shows YouTube Play button (and that doesn’t work), or better to use Slider Revolution instead?
2. Also, Ad Box (Image Ad) I cannot add a new image (like a small png or jpeg) as this shows an error:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
3. The above also applies when change a background image from a Cloud Library template.
4. Visual Composer on static pages doesn’t work properly and using 1/6 + 4/6 + 1/6 col results in centre column being pushed to the left.
5. How can I add a Slider Revolution in a new zone so it just shows on my posts?
6. Logo size – it looks blurred when bigger than 270px width (which is very limiting).

Virendra, edit the homepage with TD composer. You will see HEADER MANAGER on the right side. Click and select the template. Now here you will get desktop size and mobile size with sticky option. Click all 4 options and accordingly change logo and other settings. I hope this helps.

I have the website https://studyprofits.com and it has the logo on the header where I wrote study profits and when i scroll it is show the newspaper. why and how to fix it.
I’ve created a number of different menus; however, the menus only populate according to their alphabetical order. If I delete all menus and create a new menu, that menu will populate in all sections (Main, Header, Footer). If I opt to have more than one menu, it does not matter which elections I use on a one menu, the alphabetical order overrides all of my preferences. Further, I cannot unselect any one option (Header, Footer, etc). Even after unselecting, the menu is still populated in all sections.
Hi, I am trying to use Header Life News Pro but I am facing a couple of issues.
1) How do I change default logo text and tagline which comes as part of smart snap always? Although, I am able to hide logo text and tagline in the normal mode. I do not see smart snap option in the theme panel too.
2) My website has all mega menus but one of the category i.e. ORAL HEALTHCARE is not the mega menu but it shows page which I am displaying via page ID. Now, life news pro menu does not open this category in the menu. How to fix this?
3) In the mega menu, for example, HEALTH category, how do I have a scroll bar for different subcategories which are part of HEALTH. For now, there is a limit of 13 subcategories. How do I remove this limit and fix some height and show other subcategories in the scroll bar?

I went to Header manager and customized it for the homepage but its still the “influencer” header on subpages. I even changed it to “global template” in the dropdown…

Hi – Thanks for the reply. Reducing the size of the header ad image did not work – I tried the image as 726×88 and 724×86 – so I un-did the change. The default is 728×90.
Regardless of the size of the image, if I put a 1px border around the header, the header ad becomes mis-aligned.
I would prefer to have a 1px border on each side of the header so I can have a lighter shade of background behind the pages, but unless you can think of another work-around, it looks like that is not possible. But thanks for trying!
