I have made some tests with on my website with the latest version of the theme and seems to works all of the header styles, without any problems. On the mobile, you can see the social icons only when you press the toggle mobile menu, before your main menu, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i2LaDPN0 Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all the CDN files and check the results. It is possible that your caching plugin to be very strong and so you may not see the changes in frontend. After you have checked all of these steps and if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. @mario118 That would be the theme javascript, which is being loaded from the composer plugin now after the recent updates. Basically most of the theme files are now in the composer plugin, so now they are being loaded from there.
From what I can see there are other resources that are detected by the test

Seems to be related to the mobile header, I suggest that you edit the cloud header with the composer and check the backgrounds on the rows, if there is an image there remove it, or set a different one – https://www.screencast.com/t/WL2jvNdBT
The cloud templates don’t have a stylesheet or any files, all their settings are in the composer. Their CSS settings are generated dynamically.

Please note that all of the header styles should work as expected, without any problems! I have made some tests with them and it returns good results. I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Header Style 5 which works as expected. If you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of them, purge CDN files and check the results.

If you are using mobile theme plugin theme you can not show the top menu, sorry!

From what I can see you are using a cloud header template. The sticky version of the header can be customized. While editing the cloud header template in the composer, activate the sticky mode, than you can customize the existing elements, or add/remove elements from the sticky mode – http://prntscr.com/o5wsuy
For the cloud headers there are 4 instances that you can customize, default desktop and mobile, and sticky desktop and mobile – http://prntscr.com/o5wtc8

On the other hand, if you do not want a sticky mode, removing all elements from the sticky version will disable it.

From what I can see the mobile theme is not active at the moment. So the responsive version is displayed.
I have checked the website on mobile, in the category pages I currently 2 ads. One in the header – http://prntscr.com/o5vhsq
And one lower in the page (from the sidebar) – http://prntscr.com/o5vju7
Should there be more ads? I will check again if I fail to see the problem. Let me know.

You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, also will be better if you are using a header manager from tagDiv Cloud Library and drag a row above the menu and set the elements you need.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to hide some specific ads for a certain page, sorry! As a hint, before loading the Ads, you will need to add some rules on what kind of pages, or post pages you do not want to be displayed your ad. As a hint, for header ad, you will need to edit the ads.php and add some rules to identify your pages or post pages, using the following functions from here -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_page/ -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_single/

A link where I could see this header would be useful. If you are referring to theme blocks and modules these can indeed display an excerpt, but a heading is not used for them

Category and tag pages start with a h1, which is the name of the respective category/tag

After this h1 the description is displayed. The description can be entered for each category or tag while editing them, for example – http://prntscr.com/o5uo84

Or maybe you are referring to the woocommerce product pages, these do use a h2 for some elements, like this for example – http://prntscr.com/o5ukvz but the product pages don’t start with a h2, at least I can’t see one when checking.

Since Newspaper v9.7 the child theme is working only for the functions.php and style.css files.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Unfortunately I can not say if there will be some problems, or not with child theme in coming updates, the better solution will be to not use the child theme only if you rely need of it; also, now you can make a lots of customization using tagDiv Composer , Header Manager and tagDiv Cloud Library.

In order edit your footer you will have to add and edit one from your cloud library and edit it using the tagDiv Composer. I suggest to insert a Text with title element in order to add links to the footer. You can do the same thing about the header too.
