Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option. Notice that the theme has a default configuration for responsive but if you want to change it for your header menu items you should do it yourself through some custom CSS code.

I could give you code to reduce the padding between menu items and fit the current menu items in a single row, something like this

Or you could use the stretch header menu option, this would be useful when there are many menu items and they do no fit in a single line

Also, if you want to make align the module titles only for Flex Block you should use a bit of CSS code for this. Regarding on block title wrap, you should check the options from the theme because from there you can choose some Header Styles, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v0iMcfAwX

All the header styles are predefined in terms of layout, so any modifications will most likely require custom code.

1. Header style 1 logo is already on the left side, while the header ad is on the right. It would be difficult to position the logo right in any way different while also maintaining responsiveness, the containers and design is predefined

2. The only header styles that do not have a limit for the logo size, are header styles 9, 10 and 11, please see this guide

The rest have required sizes for best results.

3. You could remove that space with a code like this

Custom CSS code can be entered in Theme panel->Custom code section

It should not cause any issues if you use this code.

4. Try removing the news ticker and place it again on the page, there should not be such a big space around it. It should look like this

5. You can set colors for the header main menu as you wish (background color, text color, hover color etc) in the theme panel

From what I can see the mobile logo you set is displayed on mobile

Try with a different phone or browser. It could be caching on the mobile browser.

Most header styles have limits for the logo size, also the ad space is limited to the recommended Google Adsense sizes (728×90 for header)

If you use the recommended sizes there will be no problem, anything else will most likely require modifications.
