Hello speed_jassar,

Notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to increase the height of the main menu, sorry! You should do it yourself using such a custom CSS code. You can try to add your Custom CSS code the following one ->

.td-header-menu-wrap{
height:80px!important;
}
#td-header-menu {
min-height: 80px;
}

We do not recommend to do this because you can break the theme layout and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, you should consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for Fusion Slider. Sorry, but we do not know about this. Also, notice that Big Grids has not been designed to have any slider implemented in it.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

Indeed, menus can be created or edited in Appearance->Menus. They can be set in the available locations either in WordPress settings
https://www.screencast.com/t/H3b3T6nE9Pm
https://www.screencast.com/t/kKvIacnnN6k
Or in the theme panel for each section, top bar, header menu and footer menu. Some more general information about the menus here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
You can add menu items from the available categories, pages, etc
https://www.screencast.com/t/f3lscR890TqN
There are different types of menu styles available as well, for the main header menu
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
Hopefully this is helpful, please let us know if you need help, or you have further questions.

Thanks

Hi,

There is a section in the theme panel created for entering analytics codes in it
https://www.screencast.com/t/mSYffsJwaoMj
Enter the analytics code exactly as provided, must contain the script tags. You may enter other codes in that section if needed, they will be placed in the theme header file, between the head tags.

Thanks

We have BuddyPress User Blog installed on our site to allow normal users to write and submit articles (i.e. posts).

After a little time, the “Create New Post Page” stopped displaying the editor for entering, editing and submitting posts. The page displays the header and footer, but the part of the page that is generated by the BuddyPress User Blog is blank.

When I changed the theme to the default Twenty Seventeen theme, the “Create New Post Page” displays the editor and everything generated by the BuddyPress User Blog plugin.

We need help with this urgently!

We’ve even updated the theme to the latest version (i.e. 8.6), yet the issue remains.

Hello,
I purchased Newspaper theme on 21st December and I really love how easy to use and efficient it is! I just need your help with a mysterious adv that I noticed right below my articles.
You can see it in the linked page, but it shows right before Disqus comments in every article, is the “sponsored” paragraph:
http://www.milanweb.it/2018/01/08/mirabelli-andre-silva-del-milan-molti-anni/

You can also see the adv in the image below:
Where does this come out from?

The strange thing is that I’ve never setted that ad and I haven’t the slightest idea of where it comes out from. It’s not from the advertising that I setted from the them options, nor from any widget. I only use Google ads and you can see the ones I setted in the sidebar, one in the header and one before the tags at the end of the articles.
Can you please help me understand where that one comes from and how can I remove it?

Thank you!
Stefania

I’m not 100% sure whats going on. I think it’s something to do with caching. When I view this page on certain browsers / mobile, especially chrome on mobile. The page loads incorrectly so i can see the header on the site twice and the text is displayed really badly. I’ve cleared the cache and it doesn’t solve it. thanks.

I’ve noticed on my website that currently it displays really dodgy on my mobile, I can see the header twice and the text etc is to the side and out of position. I cleared the cache but this didn’t help.

Hello! Today I tried to install the AdSense ads on the site. In the end, deleted all codes, as haven’t found the right place.
After clearing the cache, delete the codes, the ads suddenly appeared advertising from Google under the footer. How can this be explained? Ads inserted only in the header and sidebar, and then removed them completely. Only this code still can not go.
Please help to understand.

Hi,

I am using a template(Pagebuilder + Page title) to show a Page title.
Is it possible to stretch the Page title area(page header)? I would like to change it just like category template(style2).
Now, I see some margin on both side.

thank you.

Hi,

Try a code like this, see if it works for you
https://www.screencast.com/t/Jc8FUkB4gZn
It will place the menu link on the right as you want

.header-search-wrap {
right: 54px;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}

Enter it in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section.

Thanks

Hi,

You could increase the margin top and bottom of the logo, but it would depend on the header style you are using.
The default header style has margins like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/nQ0AUdw70UPA
We could take a look, if you could provide a link to your website and details about how you want it to look.

Thanks

Thanks for the response.

One solution would be to change the main header background to white on mobile, and hide the mobile menu, and create buttons or boxes to assist with navigation to other pages. I like the block with the ability to scroll posts on mobile like a slideshow. I really do not like the mobile plugin, and seems more work than it is worth. I would like to here success stories with it.

Still not seeing the message “add to the mega menu” like in this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/

The team member link and adding links in the description with the html code is helpful! They should add the ability to upload your own custom icon with links in the future.

Thanks!

Hi,

1. On mobile, mega-menus will not be displayed. The mobile menu is limited to drop-down style. Some of the menu items in the header menu do not link anywhere on desktop and on mobile. If these are categories please re-add them in the menu as categories
https://www.screencast.com/t/VbJqb7X7
If they are custom links add a link to them
https://www.screencast.com/t/wGu51kcH2LBY
So they would lead somewhere on the website. Regardless of mobile plugin used or not, the mobile menu will still look the same in design. A difference would be that if the mobile plugin is used, a different menu can be set for mobile
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Page content built with composers will not be displayed on mobile if the mobile plugin is used. Mobile pages are restricted to the mobile editor.
The mobile theme is intended to present a lighter version of the website, optimized for mobile devices. There will be predefined front page templates, category page, post page etc.

2. You could add the link in the description field of the team member element
https://www.screencast.com/t/zLGIA9ZW9ecE
There are no dedicated options to add links in this element, or the other information you mention, except the description field.
The composer will receive more options and feature over future updates however.

If that option does not appear for you, in almost all similar cases plugins were to blame. There could be a plugin installed that is responsible. Only way to check is by deactivating all plugins except theme plugins. Then see if the option appears.

Thanks

Hi,

If you could provide a link to your website we will give you a more accurate solution (code). We will give you a code to set a top border for the top menu, and a bottom one for the main header menu, as you want.
That rectangle appears when a keyword is searched in the code, to highlight it. It is added by the program we use
https://www.screencast.com/t/nXi7T5qn

Thanks

Hi,

On pages created with the composer rows can be stretched to full or specific widths
https://www.screencast.com/t/K5Ly0LgGQk
Header and footer elements can also be stretched if needed
https://www.screencast.com/t/NaI1qjyQeZ
These would be the available widths settings of the theme, at the moment.

Thanks

Hello syahrizal.mu,

If you want to have this style for your header 3 you should install the Travel Demo because the menu bar is custom made for each demo.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

The insecure images that are loaded seem to be the logo images, in header and footer
https://www.screencast.com/t/qf8odhADM1b
Other then those insecure images there are no other errors in the homepage or post pages, that I can see
https://www.screencast.com/t/ANh0d13pO

The right side (under the featured area).
1. the header “This Week issue” auto inserted text “Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it.”, when editing it there is nothing there!
2. right under that we had 4 images that used to fit to boxes size nicely.. like magazine covers.. and now they stretch very very long?!

Can you help?

Thanks Mr. Bogdan! Because I am total beginner, can you please tell me If I can add those code in Theme panel and then custom code? And also if you can to explain me why word HEADER is with some rectangular form in the code, should I change there (in the name) something? Sorry about those basic questions, but I really need your help. Thanks again!

Hello mvl,

If you want to change the background color at the top header you should make the changes from Theme panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PlwrD2vPzg

Thanks for the message!
