Normal when you click on the author name then you should be redirect to the author page where will be display all posts write by that author.
For the problem with the author links, maybe the author archives are disabled in the Yoast plugin, if they are author links will be redirected to the homepage. Check if that is the case – http://prntscr.com/mbwwuk after that clear all cache, purge CDN(if you are using) and check the results.

on my website kentnews.online homepage, I have a large gap between my main menu and the Trending topics ticker. Wehn I go into the page editor, there does not seen to be a block there, in order to adjust the margins.
I have reduced the top margin for the ticker to 1, but would like to reduce this empty space further?
Deactivating tagdiv composer breaks the homepage, so I really can’t use that method.
1. Is there really no other way or workaround I can try? My content is basically locked at this point.
2. Would it be possible for a third party developer to resolve this issue? Is it a complex fix?

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
Also you can use the right click to remove the element you do not need-> https://i.imgur.com/m5fCx8j.png

While I was making my homepage by edit with tagdiv composer, it suddenly stopped working and showing a blank page with a small tagdiv composer directory on the left corner and a buffering icon on the center of the screen.

I have checked all of my requirements, and the system is compatible. But when I try to edit my homepage through TD composer, a popup says, “content not created by tagdiv.”
The site is working, I can post articles and navigate, but when trying to edit a page, I have no access.

So, client asked me if we could put a video on a section in the home page, so I made a test-home-page here: https://www.infograma.net/caricavidhome/ configured the YouTube API and made the required post. It seems to work OK, but we wanted to ask you guys if its possible to take it to the next level:

In order to fix the problem with search icon, you need to set a z-index on it, for this you need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer, click on search icon and search for z-index -> https://i.imgur.com/BWTVSAM.png select the css tab and set 9999 to index this will fix the problem -> https://i.imgur.com/wJ6N9OZ.png
The second problem can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I imported the default demo, and now I am trying to change the homepage. I’m clicking on edit, but the message, “The Current Content has not been created with TD Composer” comes up and it won’t let me change any of the properties of any of the elements. If it press edit, it takes me to the back end with just a load of code, no way to visually change anything.
Maybe I am clicking something wrong? I tried going on pages too, and clicking edit on home, but the same issue is coming up. I just want to be able to customise the default home page. Thanks

Err, well, no. I do use photos with the correct dimensions, I understand that. Like I said, for this page I used the same photo the template uses: https://seashore.nl/nieuw/homepage-test/
It’s dimensions are 1920 x 1440 pixels.
And for this page, I even used a 3504 x 2336 photo:

Blurry again.
It seems that Newspaper somehow converts the photos to a kind of smaller ‘thumb’ with a 1024 px width.

I’m trying to combine a Tagdiv thumb grid on my homepage with a Elementor news ticker (since the Tagdiv ticker doesn’t meet my requirements). But after I do that, I cannot change anything again on the Tagdiv content. It even gives me an error.
Is there a way to combine these two things without interfering?

To edit the page/homepage, you can use tagDiv Composer, the theme builder.

Hi, I’ve started learning how to use Newspaper X, after working with version 9, and I don’t understand why my background images look so blurry. I am learning using the Beauty Pro template. The hompepage looks perfect, of course:

But when I add a background image, even when replacing it with the same image from the library you use for the template, I get this:

Is it possible to show multiple custom image ads on the mobile theme plugin. On the homepage and in posts. Also when you relaod the page it shows a differant imagas. Im now talking about Adsense but own Images.
Is this hard to do with the mobile theme?
Do we need for this to turn off the mobile theme plugin (website will become slower then)
We to have around 10 advertisers on our website.
There ads management plugins.
Also we can pay the Tagdiv.com programmers to customize the Mobile theme if this a good option.
