Hi,
I’ve posted a couple of days ago about my staging site failing. The support team from WP-staging have managed to recover it, but it seems like something went wrong with the theme. It now showing a 404 error on the homepage and I just don’t know how to recover what I had done on the front page, or how to start over even.
Can someone please help point me in the right direction?

I would like to ask you how to set up that images are showing in full content table/space. On http://www.bloggersre.com as you can see for exaple on the homepage the images of articles are showing in the original size not in the size for the window. How can we set it up to that it will show normaly for example like here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/

Hi there, I’ve been reading previous cases like this one, but i can’t seem to get my head around it.
Oddly enough, the sidebar widget with the number of followers displayed is there, but the instagram feed display at the bottom just show error. What to do?

The share buttons on single blog posts work great.
How can I implement them in the Homepage and categories page?
Note that I don’t want to share the homepage itself, but each blogpost where it shows an excerpt.

This message appears only on one page after I make a change. Apparently she “corrupted.” I deleted another page for this same problem after a change, having to create it again from the beginning.
She was a normal page. A homepage that worked without any problem. After adding some new blocks, this error appeared.
Few blocks, I’ve created more than 50 pages much more complex.
The same error appears with the new Newspaper update (8
8), with pre-designed templates.

By default WordPress displays your posts in the frontage, sorted by latest. In this case if you want to keep using a blog style homepage, the module used to display the posts can be changed here

Also a sidebar can be set there if required.
You can alternatively create a page with the elements you want and set that as a static homepage (you are using one right now it seems)

I see there are thumbnail problems, this happens when the theme is applied to existing content. In this case you can regenerate the thumbanils

Because the short lenght of the articles on my site. I’m interested on showing all articles on my homepage, with title + Feature image + Full article lenght + Infinite loading (Pagination is acepted, but infinite loading is preferred). Is there any way to do this with this theme?

Hey guys I have an issue that I am trying to resolve. My site is http://www.sports601.com if you go to it, you will notice that there are cycling ads that I have placed using a shortcode on the sidebar. But these shortcodes should also work within the body of the homepage (between the news categories) but they are not working. Any ideas on how to make these shortcodes work between the categories on the homepage? Please help! Thanks in advance

Hello, i just switch to the Newspaper theme for my blog and i am having problems with the homepage, previously all my recent post will automatically display on the homepage as thumbnails in an orderly manner(3 colums) just like very other category on the site. But with the Newspaper theme, all recent post appear like a blog, with the entire article being displayed, under one columb, meaning yu have to read the entire article before scrolling down for the next. I have a problem concerning the author pages, even if through the panel of the template these are activated if I go to click on the author card I’m redirected to the home page, I also tried to manually insert the address of an author page, but as a result I come always directed to the homepage.

If you mean a list of blocks or grids a demo uses, there is no such list. I can help you if you are having trouble identifying the elements used. Mention what demo you are referring to and what section.

I want to add a Trending Now line which flashes up different articles on the top of my homepage. How do I do this?
I spotted that my homepage (built with Visual Composer in previous version of Newspaper) had broken with the 8.8 update. I installed my own copy of Visual Composer – that I bought years ago from CodeCanyon – and it seems to be working again.
Did you not include Visual Composer into the new version of Newspaper, or has something else broken?

That could be caused by caching, please access the WP Super Cache settings and clear it, or press the admin bar delete cache button

Hi Folks!
A test of my site https://www.mankatolife.com on gtmetrix.com shows that the homepage Latest Articles block as well as the Instagram footer block are serving full-sized images, rather than smaller thumbnails.
I’ve used the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin since this seems to be the most common answer but the images are still being served full-sized.
Any insight is greatly appreciated!
