I believe you are referring to the excerpts displayed on modules. Please note that not all modules display an excerpt. That could only be achieved by modifying the module files.
If you are referring to the post subtitle, that will be displayed in the post page only, not on modules.

You could wrap the whole code in a condition, to appear only on homepage
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_front_page
That would be a solution in this case, to have the desired ticker appear only on the front page. You will probably have to edit the header template you use, to place it in the header.

On the homepage of SnowsBest.com I have sub categories in the Ajax menu. They are currently a soft grey and in lower case. Is there a way to make them in a darker grey or black?
Also, if I wanted them to be in all capitals, how would I do that?

I have updated Newsmag theme and it stopped to display new posts on the homepage. When I re-save the page then it shows the new posts but on after sometime it hides the new ones and displays again the older posts on the homepage.

When i click page 2 of articles from homepage it does not display the slider, so loses formatting and spacing.

The mobile theme top grid shows featured posts. If you removed the featured category from your site, there will be no more featured posts. So please use this guide to mark the posts as featured: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ and the grid will be back on the mobile theme homepage.
