Hello,
Please also test without plugins as there might be a plugin conflict. The demo can be installed with or without content. If you need just the homepage, install the demo with content, edit the homepage and copy the content from the back-end on another page. This way you will ensure you do not loose the page when uninstalling the demo. Now, uninstall the demo and install it again without content so you do not have the extra posts and content.

I can modify most of the blocks on my homepage with TD composer, but if I scroll down far enough I get to: “Latest Articles”, “Most Popular”, and “Hot News”, and I can no longer modify these blocks using TD Composer. Why would this happen? How would I modify these blocks?

in our homepage we use Biggrid3 with several categories (example: category 1 2 3)
After that we use several block4, one of each category (so the first only category 1, the second only category 2 and the third only category 3).
The problem is that if i write one new post of category 1 it appears both on biggrid and block4.
If i use offset, example offset1, but i write 4 articles of category 2 in the first block4 i don’t see the first article of category1!
How can i avoid duplicate?

I shouldn’t have mentioned those two images because I was referring more to the fact that your Big Full Grid 2 and Big Full Grid 3 are not showing full width the way they are displayed on your demo modules. Not only that, but all other modules that I want set as full width are not changing. There continues to be left and right margins on the entire page, other than where I changed it on the header, menu, and footer in the theme panel. Because of that, I feel that there is something going wrong with my site because I cannot force anything else to go full width, even after deleting all plugins, etc.

That’s what I did, I went to “Install demo” option and clicked on “Install demo” for gadget demo, I did it without content because my site is already live and getting traffic so I can’t get that demo content.
but this was not working for me so I had to create another page and set it as homepage, I edited that new page using the tagdvi compose and this is what I made, check it here and let me know if there is any mistake that I did, so that I can correct it.

I just purchased the newspaper theme and since I like the Gadgets demo so I installed it but I can’t see any changes on the site, the homepage still shows a normal grid of latest posts.
Is there anything that I a missing? What should I do to make my site just like the gadgets demo version?

We are using Google Chrome to edit our pages.
This screenshot is when we try to edit with tagdiv composer. We get the sidebar and a blank white screen on the right;

This is what we get when trying to edit the homepage, after pressing “edit”

Effectively, we just can’t enter the edit screen. It loads a blank page.
Hopefully this issue can be addressed soon.

This is because you did not add any content for the mobile theme in the mobile editor.
Please use the mobile editor to create a mobile version of your page. This has to be done for all pages except the homepage.

I am sure that I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t figure it out. I am not achieving full-width post images (without margins) on my homepage even though I’m using full big grid modules. I thought that maybe I needed to increase the size of my screen, but that doesn’t make sense because I can see full-width full big grid images on your demo pages.
I noticed this when I viewed the various devices on http://ami.responsivedesign.is/. The proportions are not the same on the laptop view as when I am viewing it on my 13″ MacBook Pro.
Your assistance with this is greatly appreciated. I’ve never experienced this with other themes I’ve used in the past so I hope that I can get this corrected.
Oh, and yes, I have tried disabling all of my plugins and cleared my cache as well. It doesn’t correct the problem.
I have a block on the homepage which is set to use infinite load but stop at 72 (6 loads). The shortcode:

Is it possible to create a “short-headline” field to be used when a headline does not fit on the main page? Example here: http://cld.publisherdesk.com/1U2l3s232j3h The article itself will still use the longer headline but the short would only be for the Homepage or Category pages.

If I desactivate Speed Booster, the problem persists. I think it’s not a problem with this plugin.
On some parts of the website I think it’s problem of the custom css, because first loads the original version and after a second it loads the custom one.
About the strange effect at loading the homepage, it happens on mobile and desktop, and I observed that first all the site is loaded boxed, and after a second it turns to full width.
As a conclusion, I think the problems are two:
1. The custom CSS
2. Plugin visual composer that loads boxed first, and then turns to full width
If I move the custom css to the theme original file, after updating the theme I will lose all the changes, because there is no child theme. Or am I wrong?
About the problem with visual composer that first loads boxed content, I don’t know how to solve it.
