I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

This is a simple custom Ad 1 which can be added on your front page from Theme panel. Hi, despite the fact that I have disable all the active plugins, the problem still persist. In fact, it got worse because the submenu doesn’t show up even when I tab the main menu from the HomePage. If you can recall (pls refer to earlier message), I reported that it only happen when I go to the menu from a Post Page. Here is the image https://postimg.org/image/tha2wp3d5/. I have send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with the same Subject with my wordpress login details if you need to go in & check it out. Btw, I am using a Chrome browser on my One Plus One phone when I have this problem if this info would help. Tks.

I have a little problem with the comment count on my homepage.
My first posts, managed by Visual Composer, are in a Slide + Block 21 configuration. All posts show O comment. This is not the right comment count.
The other posts, managed by Newspaper, are in a Block 21 configuration. They have the right comment count.
I noticed the following thing :
=> With Visual Composer, the comment count’s adress is http://exemple#respond.
=> With Newspaper, the comment coun’ts adress is http://exemple#comments.
What should I do to solve this problem?

I have a custom home page on morenews.pk, and in the right sidebar, I am unable to place widgets. From Visual Composer when I try to select the popular post widget, I can’t see it. However, there are few other native WordPress widgets, but any other widget that is created through a plugin does not come there. What is the way to bring any widget over there?
What are you releasing the new version of Newsmag since the Visual Composer plugin keeps showing the latest update?

I looked for this a week and I am really stuck with it and I stop working on my website out of frustration because this does not work to me.
In my menu ( www. theticketguy .nl ) you can see ; Home – Flights – Holidays. As you can see on my homepage, I label the posts with a category. I want that when you click on flights in the menu, that it will show all the posts labeled as flights. As well as for holidays. 🙂

I guess that you want to have a smart sidebar which rolling until the latest article module, look like the demo, right? Please notice that you should use correctly the Visual Composer (2/3+1/3) and also if you want to have this type of sidebar you should set it properly with our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/ I have inspected your screens and I have notice that you are not using the right layout of your rows in Visual Composer and that’s why you will bring these white spaces. I wanted to add my youtube videos on footer of every post just like when you open my homepage as http://www.gadgetsay.com you will see bottom youtube widget but in posts I want them to be added just before the logo, about and social wodgets in footer,
You can see in the footer there is a line one is blank and another footer having logo, about and social buttons, can you please tell me how can I add YouTube widget just above those there widget in black footer!

In default setting, on top page (after header section) there is a “Big Grid 3” (in demo theme homepage). I like to re-create this (same visual effect with one big box on left and 2 or 3 box on right) to use to insert code html (for scroller text, video player with iframe, and box for contact form).
I try using this code (i put single image to testing my row)

Hi Catalin, thanks for taking the time to checking out my site. Can I know if you tab onto the menu as soon as you land on the Home Page or? Cause I am seeing a very odd behaviour here.
a) I’ll see the sub-menu if I click on the menu tab directly when I am on the Home Page.
b) but if I am to click on one of the post 1st, for example: HomePage, then feature post ‘Back On The Road’, then click on main menu while I am on the post page, the sub-menu doesn’t appear.
Do you think plugin would be the cause for this odd behaviour? Tks.
I’m not sure how to word it, but is there a way to change category style on the homepage? In other words, I’m using the default Newspaper (BOTTOM) but I like how the lines and colors are in the News Magazine demo (TOP).

I’m trying to add another query/loop to the mobile homepage. I’d like to display latest posts from both “News” and “Podcast” categories. I’ve duplicated the loop, however nothing is being rendered the second time. Why?

We’ve done a good deal of development on the site, but today there is a fatal error all of the sudden? We have no idea what caused the issue. Specifically, the fatal error comes from: themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 28
It’s on the homepage as well as the wp-admin page so we can’t login either.

Unfortunately, I cannot access your website. Please provide a valid URL of your website so I can inspect it closer. Do you are using the Mobile Theme concept? Notice that the homepage for the mobile theme is too different than the desktop version and mobile responsive version. First of all, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ To exclude any conflicts in theme, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet. Also, if the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and install only the required plugins, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

I contacted my hosting provider and this is what they said:
I do apologize I tried looking to see what is causing this internal redirects to be reached the limit of 10 but is not any of what I have access to here or knowledge to check . It is the way your site is setup to redirect around with the links you have .. you may be doing too many internal redirects .
…Basically there is a code in the .htaccess file that is causing this .
…However when renaming this file to test then the links give a 404 page instead because the redirects are not there to point them to the right page .
…so the issue is that your redirects and or code is not setup properly .
