- TutorialsFrom WPBakery to tagDiv Composer
Nope, it hides ALL the grids, even my text below.
The only way I found to show my homepage properly is to deactivate the mobile plugin.
But now I have a chicken picture in the background of my mobile menu. How can I remove/change it ?

Also, how can I edit/remove the social icons in the same menu ?
Thanks in advance.
Edit:
For better understanding ill post this code:
this is what my rendered site looks like in the footer:

hello dear support team,
I have been working with the newspaper theme in WordPress for some time now.
I have a footer and would like to display an image in it. So far this works quite well.
Now I would like to address the container directly with the corresponding class. This also works on the homepage. However, the content is generated so dynamically that the ID of the container changes on every subpage.
The consecutive container numbers are as follows:
tdi_139
….
tdi_143 etc..
I have already tried to assign a fixed ID to the container to which I add the background image in the TagDiv Editor. However, within this container, further containers with consecutive IDs are created, which in turn are different on each subpage.
My question:
Is there a way to define a background image for a container and assign a corresponding class directly for the image to prevent the classes from being stubbornly consecutive?

Hi, according to your template, the main page being utilized for the homepage of my website is a page named ‘News’, which is also linked to in the top main menu.
The issue I need help with is that the Site Identity information I have added for the site is not reflecting when people visit my website on desktop or mobile, and it only shows “News – Golf Game” as the name of the website when they arrive at the site.
Please, how can I update the title of the Page named ‘News’, to show the site name and slogan, so it looks like this on the browser bar:
Golf Game | To Grow The Golf Game Community!
Hello Pratul!
Please check the settings and filters applied on your block on the homepage.
Yes, you’ll need Cloud Library plugin.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
The most simple solution will be to use a sidebar widget that will be used on homepage and category too – https://i.imgur.com/9Ciml95.png

Hi
The Homepage also not showing me latest posts. Why?
Strange thing is the pages (homepage & Shop) are loading correct from your end (even without tagdiv cloud shop template) but not in my end!! And is installing cloud template for shop mandatory? What I do for homepage?
And earlier…like couple of weeks back, everything was fine and loading everything updated…even without your cloud templates!
It doesn’t make any sense! Can you also check again from your end if latest pages are loading without problems?
And what should I do?
Thank you, tried this, but it hid my whole mobile homepage and completely deleted my desktop homepage…
When I change the filter on any position on the homepage to a category i have created block isn’t pulling the content

Hi, did you receive my email? Please could you update me as it is a critical issue on homepage to solve on live website.
Thank you.
Hello!
You can achieve this only with CSS code.
If you use a cloud template, then you can edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer and edit the header as well. There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT You can hide every element from the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/1FJiMub9ke4s for each viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Check out this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/.
Both modals are default, so there are some settings in the theme panel available for them.
Thank you!
Hi,
It seems you imported a homepage template, and I think you are referring to the bookmark element -> https://i.imgur.com/SjXfTBl.png You can disable it from here https://i.imgur.com/xhW22XG.jpg

To illustrate better :
This is desktop version and this is how I would like the homepage to be set up on mobile :

This is the mobile version and the 3 articles that I want removed :

Hello everyone,
I’m using the Newspaper Default Pro theme for my website, http://www.sydneyfocus.com, and I’ve encountered an issue with the homepage layout that I need help resolving.
Issue Description:
On my homepage, there are several sections with headings like “Don’t Miss,” “House Design,” “WRX RACING” etc., which are automatically populated with articles and are completely irrelevant to the categories and tags I have set up. They are nowhere to be found in the Bluehost categories/tags I’ve created, The articles displayed under these headings are often mislabeled or not relevant to the heading itself. For example, an article about local bushfires appears under “Make it Modern,” which is misleading and inappropriate.
What I Need help with:
I’m looking to adjust these sections so that they either display the correct articles relevant to their headings or remove/change these headings to better reflect the content being displayed.
What I’ve Tried:
-I’ve checked and correctly categorized my posts.
-I’ve explored the theme settings, including Template Settings, Block Settings, and Post Settings, but haven’t found a way to adjust these specific homepage sections.
-The categories are well-curated, and the issue seems to be with how the homepage pulls and displays these articles.
My Question:
How can I modify these specific sections/headings on my homepage to ensure they display the correct content? Is there a setting in the Newspaper Default Pro theme that allows me to control which articles appear under these headings, or a way to customize these headings to align with the content displayed?
Any guidance, tips, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated, as I’m relatively new to this theme and want to ensure my site is as user-friendly and accurate as possible.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Jordy
Hi,
I have a row of 3 articles showing on mobile version that are not shown on desktop version.
I don’t want them to be shown in the mobile version.
I found where to lower the number of articles shown from 3 to 1 in Settings, mobile theme, Grids.
But can’t find a way to put “0” as a value to completely remove the article showing in mobile version.
Could you please provide support ?
My website is https://www.mauricesurmesure.com
Thank you in advance.
Hello @candc!
Create a new page in Dashboard -> Pages, press the publish button, and view. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/gGw1zq0zdf3r
You can also import a homepage template from the Cloud Library. All your templates can be found in the cloud templates. Also, you can disable the header and footer from Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/.
Thank you!
Hello @solankit !
Did you set your homepage correctly? https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Uninstall the cache plugin and try again. Please edit your mobile page, make a change, save it, and view it on your phone. So, you can be sure it is loading fine.
Thank you!

Hello Pratul!
There is a 520 error from Cloudflare in your mobile shop. I can see that you have the mobile theme plugin installed on your homepage.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I’m creating new categories and defining them in the tagdiv composer but they do not show on the front end despite them being updated on the homepage. Can’t someone help with what I’m doing wrong?
Hi
My website https://anopenedmind.com is showing some issues recently. Theme is updated already as well as WordPress. Whenever I post something new, it used to appear on the Homepage as latest post. But now it does not. However, the post can be seen if you browse to its specific category.
Similar strange problem happening in my WooCommerce shop recently. Recently published shop items do not appear on Desktop but they appear on mobile. It does not look like cache problem otherwise how it can appear on mobile. However, I tried clearing browser cache, server cache, CDN cache. Nothing helps.
Please see https://anopenedmind.com/shop/ both in mobile and Desktop. You will understand.
Can you tell me how to solve both the problems?
Thanks
Pratul
