1. There is the title of the big slider, edit the big slider and choose hide title.

You can hide that categories using the category filter on blocks and homepage loop to, just add in the filter the category ID with -(minus)
Ex. If you want to exclude a category Apple that have catID 3, write in category filter -3 and that category will be excluded.

In the top slide why you can show featured articles?(important posts) and from blocks above you can remove them to avoid duplicates using -ID of the category Features as a filter for blocks.
The WordPress have an offset post function but work only in loop. We know about this, we have in mind a homepage with unique content(no duplicate posts) for future updates.

I’m changing the font but don’t see any changes on the theme. What element is this for?
PS: I’m trying to change the “Continue” font following snippets on the homepage. (As well as the like/follow buttons for the social plugin) What do I need to change that? Inspecting says it uses Roboto Condensed, but I don’t have that set as any of my fonts.
PPS: The nav for this support site has “Support” misspelled. 😛

Love the theme, but I’d like to use wptouch with it. However when I try to activate and use wptouch I get this on the homepage:

Individual posts load fine, just the homepage. Anyone know how to fix it?
I have Jetpack installed and showing share btns set to show on my homepage posts, pages and posts. It only shows on single posts.
I’ve upgraded to WP 3.8 and your theme 2.1.2 and everything is great but the Facebook plugin issue that remains and also now the Jetpack share btns issue. I see it’s a theme issue because when I try the Twenty Fourteen theme, it works fine as configured, buttons are showing everywhere as it is supposed to.

I’m sure this is simple but I can’t figure out how to filter the Latest Articles that appear on the home page by a particular category.
I notice that under Homepage Loop Feature there is the option “Multiple categories filter”. It this what it used to determine which categories appear in the Latest Articles on a home page?
What I don’t know is where to find my category IDs? I have pasted in a category name for example “Filmmaking Tutorial” and it’s slug “filmmaking-tutorial” but it doesn’t limit the latest articles to just that category.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh! I coldn’t see that option.
I used page template ‘Homepage – bg – no article list’ as my home, so I couldn’t change any option of Big Slider. I changed to ‘Homepage – blank’ template and put an element ‘Big Slider’.

You can delete the demo data from your site, just delete the demo posts from Posts, delete the menu from Appearance -> Menus and also the homepage from Pages. All this not depend of which theme you have activated.

Also please be sure you have a backup of you (site files and database)

it helped activating these features to the categories but I can’t see that line for homepage blocks? Do you think it would work if I just copy those lines to the shortcode block widget file?
Do you know if the Jetpack plugin is full compatible with your theme? I am having some issues displaying share buttons on the homepage even having all configured right and I don’t know where to start looking for a solution!
I use a Block 4 in my homepage and I’ am wondering if there is a way to show the number of comments for each post in homepage. The comments number should be next to post date.

OK I also forgot to mention that the “Big Slide” does not seem to auto slide. Is it suppose to behave this way or should it have a settings to insert the seconds per auto slide?
