Dear:
Can you help me find out if my license has been installed on a site that I no longer have access to? And if so, can it be deactivated?
The site is http://www.luiscardenas.mx
Thanks

Hello,
I am trying to share my posts with buffer but unfortunately the link do not resolve.
I have tried also installing different sharing card plugin, but no result.
The interesting things is if I share the post in a twitter directly, with long link, the card resolve correctly, and I get the nice page preview in twitter, but if I use any shortener service, or I do the sharing via buffer, the page do not resolve into the card, and inside the post remain the shortened link
Any idea how to solve the issue?
I did try searching, but this forum is so slow it actually times out. Took me a good 10 minutes just to log in to post.
Anyway, it’s a brand new install of Newsmag and as soon as I enabled one of the prebuilt templates I started getting an error. I’m trying here first, because I bought this theme a while ago, even though I only just activated it today. So I assume that means I don’t have official support.
Anyway, this is the error:
wp_booster error:
td_res_context->get_att(gap) Internal error: The atts are not set yet(AKA: the render template method was called without atts)
/home/u625203387/domains/digital-archivist.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Hello. This is my first time working with your template, so I have some questions. Unfortunately, I cannot find how to edit the text in articles in the template installed. As for the pages, there I can find a block in which I can edit the text. But in the articles I don’t see such an opportunity. I’m already slowly going crazy.
When I open an article via /Edit with TagDiv Composer/ I only see how you can edit the design as well as a plan for placing pictures of the article template, but I don’t see how you can edit the text itself. Could you tell me where I can see the instructions.
I read the instructions but for some reason I still don’t understand how to change the text in articles correctly. I really need your help.
Thank you for your help.
Hello,
We have made a page that works well enough, Tendences.lv We use the WPRocket cache plugin, the loading speed is normal on desktop. We now want to adjust various things for the mobile version, as well to improve the appearance and speed of the mobile version.
Questions:
1. How to correctly install tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin so that the mobile version after instalation displays the page as it is displayed right now, so that existing users can use it. After the mobile version can be slowly changed in design.
2. Are plugins Official AMP for WP compatible with WP Rocket, and please tell me best way how to introduce it in our page.
Please send me a good example of a Newspaper page showcase using tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP, so I can have a look and test the speeds and how the designs have been changed for the Desktop and Mobile versions.
Thank you

Thanks for your help Bettina, but I found the problem and it’s a real bug because I had to install the theme several times making several different configurations until I found the problem, and it’s simple, when I change the WordPress language to “Portuguese” the error happens, when I change it to “Brazilian Portuguese” the error does not happen, when I change it to “English” the error does not happen, that is, the theme is not prepared to receive the “Portuguese” language. For me there is no longer a problem as I can use the “Brazilian Portuguese” language. Thank you for your help.

Hi,
like most websites, we also use google adsense. We attach great importance to the fact that advertising is only displayed where we install it using adbox.
For some reason, however, a huge advertising block appears within the Weather Block every time Google advertising is loaded in another adbox.
I can absolutely assure you that the automatic placement of Google Adsense is deactivated. So there will NOT be any ads placed by Google.
I can also rule out the possibility of Google advertising being loaded from a third party.
It looks like a pretty strange bug to me. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything about it in the forum. Can you take a look at this, or do you have a fix for it?

According to https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ I don’t have the malware you speak of, so try again on that one. I’ve also revoked your access to server, cpanel, and wordpress installation so there won’t be any adding of malware.
Hello,
Do you have extra plugins activated on the website? if yes, please let only tagdiv plugins and reinstall the demo.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check if you have the plugins installed and activated after the update.
Please deactivate the extra plugins during the update process.
Thank you!
Hello @fuenson !
Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active for the default templates.
We do not have an option to change all the posts automatically.
Thank you!
Hello @indrajeetb!
In the original template is working well, please check: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/2023/06/16/td-post-advances-in-predicting-and-monitoring-atmospheric-conditions/
You can try to install it again and assign it on your articles.
Thank you!
Hello Betty!
You can only modify the footer with TagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned and edit that page with TagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. For example, edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I received this message from TagDiv support. Let’s hope it works:
Hi,
That is indeed the malware – https://labs.sucuri.net/blacklist/info/?domain=fast.quickcontentnetwork.com I found it as well on a few websites while I was investigating similar issues. Checking in the Live CSS option is a very important step in cleaning the malware, I’m not sure my colleagues from the forum didn’t mention it. We added a filter for the Live CSS in newer theme versions, which doesn’t allow malware to be entered there anymore. But if the website was infected while using an older theme version, updating the theme doesn’t solve the problem. What you have to do after updating the theme is open the Live CSS and press save – https://prnt.sc/a4XFrTI5j9tb That is it, the malware will be removed from there.
But I would still have a few suggestions based on what I encountered in other cases:
– In case you have not already, check in the plugins folder using a file manager (cPanel, FTP, etc.) to see if there are plugins there which you did not install. The plugins may not show up in wordpress but they could be there.
– Scan the website with wordfence.
– Check the website users.
The website does appear to be clean now – https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/www.marcocalvo.it There’s nothing in the Live CSS and no unusual scripts loading. If I can help with something let me know.
Regards.
I am having the same issue with a newly installed theme

@simchris Respectfully you should not come into someone else’s thread and tell them they need to learn how to use WordPress and manage a server. I’ve had this theme install for over 2 years now. They updated something it caused issues. It is well known and documented that they had vulnerabilities in a prior build. Plenty of people got infected with malware I did not. This theme is filled with loaded coding and back doors and whatever else you want to add to it. Whenever you try to tell them that there’s a problem they tell you you need to fix it instead of them fix their code. Whenever you’re hosting provider and others have looked at this and have said the same thing that they the developer needs to work on it something’s wrong. Just go look all over the internet you’ll find where tagdiv has issues.
Hi
I have a tested clean site to test things, so I installed pulse pro and check its header and how its menu is working flawlessly in mobile and desktop being sticky. I am trying to find replicate this in a production site, but there is no evidence (no row, no inner, no element, no theme panel) where sticky is checked for default template of pulse pro demo site.
So my question is, where is this sticky checked option?
Best regards
Dear Team,
I am trying to find the right place to edit the mobile footer on my page Mundgefuehl.
TagDiv composer tells me that I should use a cloud template, but I do not have a separate mobile footer template installed. In the Newspaper Theme panel I see only the reference to the Rimont footer template, but this gives me only the desktop version and not mobile.
Many thanks for your support
Betty

Hello,
Did you disable the mobile theme for homepage?
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can just install one by one and verify if the issue is coming from that installed one.
Thank you!
