My issue with the mobile is much worse. Since the update to 7.3 using the Envato plugin, the webpage does not load on the mobile most of the time. If it loads then it takes up to 2 minutes. I deactivated the mobile plugin, delete it and then re-installed it but the problem is still there.
More than 20 percent of my visitors are mobile users.

Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.3), leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you have right added the link to your facebook page in order to achieve best results.

Unfortunately, we have an issue regarding on mobile theme and this has been fixed in the latest updated that still remained 7.3 and that’s why the Envato Toolkit did not notice the update. Please try to re-update your theme and check again the results. Do you want to display in more article box the Facebook page instead of some posts? If so then you will need to make some changes in theme’s core files. Firs you need to configure your the widget the will be displayed following fb’s documentation: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin

First of all, you will have to download the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest account and then, using the FTP method, you will have to update your theme, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please keep in mind that with this packet will come bundled and the latest version of our required plugins -> Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1 Update your theme and check again.

Try to download theme again from themeforest and install it in your wordpress, clear all caches then test again.
Also make sure that you delete the current version of mobile theme plugin and install the new one included in theme’s path.

I decided last night to test the black demo . I clicked on it and included content. I did not like it as it was too dark. I switched back to default including content but all my posts are gone. Most of my categories are gone except for few.

I would like to split my quite long post into several pages but when I try to use <!––nextpage––> (either in visual editor or html) I get nothing. Though, I see that loop-single-5.php (foe example) has <?php echo $td_mod_single->get_post_pagination();?>.
So, does newspaper support this feature and if yes – why I can’t use it? 🙂

Please notice that all your data was been loaded in the database. Please try to make a full backup and then, make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and then import your backup to this new install to recreate the initial state of your site.

Try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Then activate TD Composer and check how it works. Note that the plugin is still a beta and is best to try it on a test wp-install. just to make sure that it won’t break site’s functionality. There might be a conflict between TD Composer and other plugin that you have installed in your wp.
The best environment for testing would be on a sub-domain with a fresh wp-install with this configuration:
– last version of wordpress
– last version of Newsmag (we did extensive testing and development on Newspaper but it should also work on Newsmag)
– TD Composer plugin
– optionally you can install Visual Composer.

Please keep in mind the offset setting is unavailable for mobile theme. This mobile plugin intends to display the Big Grid module to the top of the page (the post from here is sorted by default from the Featured Category) and at the bottom of your page, you will get the Latest Articles module which is set it by your latest…Do you have some additional customization through code which modifies this sorting? Or, all your posts are placed in this Featured category?
Please provide some information in this regard. Also, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer. Also, if you are using some untested plugins with the theme, please disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
