For those who have a problem with RTL Theme & website !! I fond a solution :
Just use this superb plugin :

Afetr installing the plugin and generating the rtl.css file, go to newspaper theme panel and load “arabic translation” from translation section to couplet 100% the translation of the theme.

However that does not address my main question. Can you be so kind and explain to me why widgets outside of the initial Newspaper 6 installation do not appear in the Visual Composer? (I have tried 15 different widgets all from different companies and developers).
As I am reading the threads on this post, a gentleman from your company said installed widgets should appear in the Visual Composer, all I am saying this is not happening on my site and I need assistance fixing it.

As you can see, I have only 2 extra plugins installed. The 1st is SEO Yost, which is reccommended SEO plugin for this theme. The 2nd is cyr-to-lat, which is must-have for any web-site using non-latin font. This means I can not afford using both plugins in any case, even if I have some incompatibility problems with them. But it would be very nice if the theme is compatible with basic must-have plugins with no need for users to test this:)

I have tested on my side this feature and everything seems to work as expected. Please ensure that this problem does not come from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. For better results, we recommend using the latest version of the theme and tested plugins.

WHat version of the theme are you useing? The woocommerce file is no longer present in the current version as it’s been divided into single-product and archive-product. Please make sure you have the latest theme installed https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure your woocommerce plugin is up to date.

As I have said into your previous topic, these errors come from interference between your untested plugins and our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clears all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

I installed NewsMag and am currently using the Default Demo (not including content), which includes login features through the BBPress plugin I assume. However, I would prefer my site not to have login features for visitors, so is there a way I can disable that?

I have tested on my side with category ID and post ID and everything seems to work as expected. Also, if you follow the correct steps in this regard and your problem is still there, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

I have an existing NextGen Gallery installation, which I’d like to keep when my website is fully operational on the NewsMag theme (I’m currently in beta testing). There are a number of features of the NextGen gallery which mean we’d like to keep using it on our new website when we make the switch.
However on my demo site I’ve already run in to some problems with pages not properly loading.
Has the theme been tested with this plugin? Do you know of any conflicts?

My arrow icons, search box, social media icons, and page tabs aren’t loading correctly.
1) I have setup my php.ini file correctly according to the documentation.
2) Reinstalled WordPress on Godaddy Hosting
3) Installed & Activated theme
4) Installed included plugins like Rev Slider, Tag Div, etc…
5) Installed demo content
No caching plugins are installed and these elements / icons aren’t showing up correctly. Please help me!

This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflict with one of your installed plugins. Try to deactivate the animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/YfRwIXkEWam7 clear all caches and test again. Also you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and check if the problem is still there.

This kind of issue might be caused by the interference between untested plugins and also, it could be possible to appear some js errors in your console. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clears all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see in our demo preview that this issue does not come from our theme.
If you need more assistance in this regard after my advice and if you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the issue.

Hi,
I have the Newsmag Theme (ver. 2.2) installed and custmized on my local machine.
Everything works as aspected.
After uploading all files to the public server, the theme is not working (displaying only the header) and
the wp-admin page keeps blank.
Of course all the necassary configuration within the database was done.
I also changed the functions.php back to the original one – no difference.
Could you please provide a hint where to look.
What are the first files loaded when the newsmag is activated?
I also tried to disable all plugins, same.
The only thing is to rename the theme folder and then go back and work with the fall back theme.

I have installed the theme and activated the license, I found that the header search is not responding in computer but working on mobile devices (https://www.stufeed.com)

Also I have one more issue. I cannot save the theme setting when i use https url of my wordpress, only i can use http to use wordpress account newpaper themepanel. If the use https link the saved setting in themepanel keeps on a infinite loop showing the saving roataing image. Please fix both the above issue

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot pin point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.
If you still cannot install the demo, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Please also provide a link to this topic.

I just purchase this theme and would like know if it is ok that the development copy can be installed in different domain name than the live copy.
We also want to install a development copy on our local machine to faster customization. How many development copies we can create?

Please try to make a fresh install of the theme (I see you do not have it active at the moment.)
Then only install the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please remove any other version from the plugins section (disable and remove) and then install it from here: http://screencast.com/t/DwZN21u0VR
Please let us know if you still have problems afterwards and let us know when you have the theme active so we can inspect your website.
