I’ve tested the sharing buttons from Jetpack within a smart list 4 and they works fine with the latest version of the theme, V 2.3.5: http://screencast.com/t/l6oYMPJwISA5
I am not sure why they are not displayed correct on your site but I suspect that it’s a css issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Jetpack, also from Jetpack live only Sharing module active, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist update the theme at the current version available on themeforest following our update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and test again.
Before the update process make sure you do a full backup to the database and your current wp-install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

The bar is added from your code and have a specific css and it doesn’t come from Newspaper theme – http://screencast.com/t/zeyGaE61s it is like an advertisement for myfonts. You can do a clean theme install on a subdomain and see that the theme doesn’t have such of preview bar. I suggest to contact the font’s author and ask about this.

Sorry, ignore this report. I tested it without installing the VC plugin. It’s fine now. Nonetheless I wonder why it did’t install on the previous test installation. I understand that you may not be able to answer without seeing the error but just in case it’s a known thing… Next time if I get similar error I will send you the screenshot.
When I tried to install Classic Blog demo after uninstalling Newspaper default demo, it failed saying some Server error. The same thing happened while installing another Demo also, so I removed the whole wordpress installation and installed on another directory. However, the reverse has been the case, as the block title cannot be edited and there no

I searched the knowledge base for this: one Newspaper license, multiple install.
But I could not find exactly the answer to my dilemma: can I use an existing license to install Newspaper in a sub directory (on same domain of course), like http://www.tagdiv.com/subdir/, and point a sub domain to that sub directory (like subdir1.tagdiv.com -> http://www.tagdiv.com/subdir/ ? Do I need another license (want to make sure).

BEST TO INSTALL MANUALLY VIA FTP.
Simply unzip the file on your PC/Mac, upload via FTP into the plugins folder and activate.

I bought a Newsmag theme and hosted it on Godaddy Managed WordPress platform but after installing the Theme, the REQUIRED plugin (Visual Composer) could not be installed.
below is the error I always get once I click to install the plugin:

I believe my initial description already answered all of your questions — I’m using the Custom Headings module and Questrial IS NOT LISTED in the font dropdown box although many other Google Fonts are. Google Fonts Didact Gothic is not in the dropdown either.
You can see what I’m describing if you look at the Font Family dropdown at the bottom of the Custom Heading settings box, under the General tab.
I didn’t do anything to add all the Google Fonts that already appear there — as I assume you know, they are automatically listed as part of the theme install.
My question is what’s the best way to use a Google Font when it’s not already listed in that dropdown?

Unfortunately we cannot provide the patch files and it is recommended to use these files only if you update from the previous version. We had users who tried to update the theme like that and they had issues after and they had to do a clean install. I suggest to do the same and for future if you want to use the patch use it but only if you use the previous version.

I have checked your website and your mega menu feature seems to work as expected. http://screencast.com/t/axLsn4UWBVN I suspect it could be a problem that might be caused by the plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule our the conflicting plugins.

Contributor role don’t have upload_files capability and therefore don’t have access to set the feature image of the post. To allow them to do it, you’ll need to install a plugin for role editing and add that capability to the contributor role. We did not tested any plugin for user’s role, but you can try one like Members and see how it works or something similar.

I have checked your mobile menu on homepage – http://screencast.com/t/zd9ZacyJJi but did not found any issue but on article page it seems that the menu button link is affected – http://screencast.com/t/72VnzE4Mt I suspect that it comes from a script that you use or it is added by a plugin- http://screencast.com/t/dNrLlglwyQP Please disable all the plugins except Visual Composer, clear all the cache, purge your files and remove any custom modifications that could cause this and see if you still have this issue. I could not found any issue on mobile menu, also you can try to do a clean theme install on a subdomain or local and test it only whit the plugins provided with the theme and without any custom modifications and check it.

I have checked by trying to disable all plugins on my website apart from Visual composer and just installing the plugins that came by default with theme, but the smart sidebar functionality din’t worked with it.
I then installed each plugin one by one, by it din’t solved the issue.
Please let me know what to do next to get this resolved !

All the theme files will be overwritten when you update the theme and you will have to re-add the code modifications. Only the theme and wordpress settings should not be affected by the update, but anyway it is recommended to make a full backup of your installation before – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

We didn’t had such a issue before and i am not sure what could cause this.
Check the browser console if there are any errors while the pagination buttons are used. You can also try to create a new local install on your computer with the following configuration: the latest version of WordPress, v 4.4.1, the latest version of the theme, v 2.3.5 and the Visual Composer plugin v 4.9, this version is included in theme path.
Test the pagination with this configuration and check if the problem persist.
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue create a development environment which can be accessed live then address us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-accuses so we can take a closer look at this issue.
