I just check the setting on may install an for me are working -> https://i.imgur.com/gRYEQU8.png -> https://i.imgur.com/UqqF6rr.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Kh0yhYI.jpg but as I can see in our screenshots you have a page set as a blog, this is different, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for your reply but the problem is solved now. I just uninstall and reinstall again the theme and that was it.

You will need to use a migration plugin but please make sure that your migration will be done correctly. After the migration is finished I would suggest removing and reinstalling only the tagDiv Composer plugin. In that way it will save all the new urls correctly.

I installed demo files with content but still the demo pages and posts are not imported. tried with mulitple sites, same problem.
Render failed – no data exists for chosen country. Tried changing the country… Same result… Did as another user suggested – delete and reinstall the composer plugin… same error.
It was working before.
I also installed a local copy and having the same results.

I tested the Template with a nulled version and then purchased the theme this morning I was using the Medical theme to test. I uninstalled everything, uploaded the purchased zip and installed a Pro demo. No problems.
The I removed this and tried to go back to the Global Medical demo. During installation it stops and says it encountered an error but will try and recover. I’ve checked permissions and wp config settings. No issue. It finishes loading and the frame is there with the old post I created from the nulled version No images or posts or menu have loaded. Tried it a few times, please help.

I’m having issues trying to share post images to my instagram page. I connected my Instagram account in the Panel settings and also put the url in a text widget in the footer but still not having any luck. I also tried a Social Share plugin which still doesn’t work.
Is there a special type of Widget I had to install, other than a text?

I had to reinstall the Newspaper theme and deactivated in order the plugins that came with the theme.
Now I have a issue with AMP sites. As soon as I activate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the AMP plugin disappears. Although it’s still installed and activated, I cannot access it anymore (the WP-admin menu link disappears and also the direct link does not work anymore). If I deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, it’s working fine again. But, of course, I need them both.
Can you please help me with that issue? Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi, I installed woocommerce, after inserting the chosen page in the products, it gives me this error: Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

To fix the covid counter you need to dactivate and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and install int again from Newspaper > Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3nvXhlS.png, after that clear all cache and the covid counter will work again.

Hello, on my website: https://valorvortech.com/ under the post: https://valorvortech.com/top-5-best-features-the-iphone-11-excels-at/ when scrolling to the end of that post, it shows the Newspaper loading icon and loads in my one other article on my website. This problem didn’t exist before, and my one other post doesn’t have this issue.
I tried editing the template but didn’t found anything.
I have a total of 9 plugins, 7 of which are the tagDiv plugins needed to run the site. The other two are an image compression plugin, and an adaptive image plugin, both are from ShortPixel, that I installed when this issue happened. I have tried deactivating and deleting these two plugins, but the issue still persists.
I also attempted utilizing a brand new template, but the issue is still there.
I am unsure of how to get rid of this issue, and can’t find anyone else having this issue, is there any way I can go about disabling/getting rid of this?

I’m writing because of two problems we’re getting in a clean Newspaper installation:
1) In the category template we have included a post loop block to show all the child articles with a ‘load more’ button, but when we click on it, the new set of loaded posts is exactly the same group of articles that were already shown. This happens with any kind of pager: conventional paging (1, 2, 3…), next/prev AJAX buttons, and load more button (this last one is the solution we want to use).
2) When updating a post already published we get a message “The response is not a valid JSON response”. Specifically, we were trying to set the main category of each post in the template selector.
We’ve updated to the latest version of WordPress (5.4) and Newspaper (10.3) but the problem remains. We write an email to contact@tagdiv.com with the access to the site and the details aswell.

I write here given that the subject is similar.
Today I tried to change the demo of our website (from College to Health), after the daily full backup of our hosting service.
A big issue and potentially unrestorable happened and I want to share here for the community too! I was fortunate at the end, but guys!
I have last version of Newspaper installed.
Here’s what I did:
1. uninstalled College demo
2. installed Health demo “with content”
3. cleared browser cookie/cache and refreshed the url
4. the website changed a lot and it had many box/areas of health in addition to the website content.
5. I decided then to restore the website with the full daily backup
6. cleaned browser cookie/cache and reloaded the url.
7. College demo loaded but with mixed content, the website is not the same anymore (!!!!!) Usually with a full backup in the past, I was able to restore layout errors to the functioning backup version, so this was unexpected.
8. I contacted my hosting company and they were surprised too!
9. From WordPress Area, the NEWSPAPER version seems INACTIVE, it asked to insert the activation code (!!!!) as shown here https://imgur.com/a/dCN4OCA. In addition, College demo DID NOT have the uninstall “button” available, so it seems that NO demo was installed (!).
10. they replied to do this: to move your files to another folder or delete them and then restore from the Backup Tool. After that, go to PhpMyAdmin and drop the tables of the database for your website there and restore the database from the same date from which the website files were restored.
11. I did not know how to do that and asked for their help. In the meantime, after around 1 hour from the last backup, suddenly, the website restored previously to the last version, without manual work of our hosting provider.
12. the message asking “please activate the theme” disappeared.
Anyway, hope there should be a safer way, in the future, to see how the website look with the new demo without these big issues.
I found there are big difference in loading time of some of your demos, but I don’t know if it can be trusted or not. I mean, if College has a 4.8 second loading time with Gtmetrix compared to 1.8s of Health, basically, Health demo is generally much faster of College or it depends by how the page is designed?
