Thanks, for your reply. I already done the plugin stuff. Also i reinstall all the plugins without any result. By the way i’m on version 9. I try to update the theme to 10 but after some hours, i get “theme stylesheet is missing” error. Can’t find the problem related to this. Any idea?

I have installed and set up the theme.
But, I am facing major browser compatibility issues – especially on the post page.
I uninstalled the theme, installed again.
Unistalled the demo (using City News) and installed again.
Nothing worked.
NOTE: I have deactivated all major plugins (including cache etc.). But it didnt help.
Here are my issues one by one (only the ones I could detect so far):
1. Post page on Firefox 75.0 (Windows). I have heard similar complaints from IE users and Firefox for Ubuntu. If I do not activate the Mobile/AMP theme, then the problem is there (Android Chrome on Samsung Galaxy S11). It works fine on Windows Edge and Chrome. https://imgur.com/a/3OSkLwo
2. Footer Menu – I am not sure if it supposed to appear there. Ideally, I would have loved to have it like on this page. But, I do not mind the position. However, it gets distorted on mobile and overlaps with other texts ( if I turn the mobile theme off)

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, that is the only way to remove the mobile search, if you use the responsive version and you have a PRO Demo installed you can remove the search icon using right click from tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ecZTNM5.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/KsV3ofX.png

The problem has been resolved.
1. I changed from wp fastest to wp super.
2. I installed the AMP plugin that came along with the mobile theme and everything started working fine.
Although, I didn’t install the AMP plugin with the mobile theme cos’ I didn’t want AMP pages but everything is working fine now.

We’ve installed Newspaper Theme on our site, pixelcritic.es, and we spend lots of hours yesterday trying to upload our logo site to the header, but we couldn’t do it. The image uploads onto the library but when we try to put it as the site’s logo it doesn’t work. The image has the size demanded (272×90 px), and we’ve tried both .jpeg and .png formats. Also, it’s not a problem of that image, because we cannot use neither the sample images of the web nor a new favicon. We’ve tried installing a couple of demos and also with two different header formats, but it’s not working.
What shall we do?

I am loving this theme! Great work guys 🙂 It’s my first ever wordpress install and I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it possible to make the Black Pro front page play music inline on click (like on podcast home page) instead of going to the post page. Even when I add podcast elements (like Block 85 – Podcasts) into the Black Pro home page they do not play inline. Guessing it’s a setting on the Black pro template somewhere?
2. How do I also change the music note icon to the play icon?

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.

Hi, I get a blank background and cannot solve it.
I have the API installed and theme updated.
Also, I tried to clear and deactivate cache. Also deactivated/reactivated Composer. I can see the video y the background while in composer mode, but when I save changes and go to normal view, I get the blank background. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks!

The pages are open to mobile design, but I still cannot access the content of the pages in the mobile application.
I also installed the WP Super Cache plugin you suggested. I deleted the previous plugin from my WP Fastest Cache server. but unfortunately the speed rate has dropped 50% compared to the previous plugin.

We installed the mobile theme but now we have some problems:
1.- The menu doesnt show well. Sometimes the logo appers with a bad dimensions and the colors that we’ve defined for it are not load… other times the menu appera on the left side over the logo and no works.
Test on an iphone
We see the same page on the desktop (adding “/amp”) and appears ok
How could we fix this????
2.- The pages on the footer doesnt apperas also
