Hello. I have tried installing the theme, but it is not working properly. I only get 3 tabs: Welcome, Plugins, Support. And I cannot get the tagDiv Composer plugin to install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello, I recently installed a demo but I can not find a way to modify a part of the home page, where there is the block named “last articles” in the end of the body
That is strange since it is not editable neither with div composer nor from widgets section

I’m at a total loss here, I’ve uninstalled every plugin and cleared browser and site cache, My site is dead to any editing with tagdiv
Latest troubleshooting update. Ive removed all tagdiv related plugins and themes. I rebooted the vm on AWS. I installed the file for the beta of 10.
When the required plugins page comes up, I press install/activate.
The spinner on the cursor goes, but I get no changes. I’ve been waiting over 15 mins now.
Just as an update on my troubleshooting options, I installed the beta of 10 and still have the same issue
Tagdiv composor just spins on any page I try to load it on. have rebooted my AWS instance, uninstalled and reinstalled both the theme and the plugin. Site is down, need any help I can get. I also have the Newsmag theme, but the liscense has expired. I even uninstalled that to be sure it wasn’t the issue.

A demo will affect more than you homepage. Some demos set up template for post pages and more. Homepages set the template only on homepage. Usually our customers install a demo but keep in mind that you can edit both of them using the tagDiv Composer in the same way.

I have solved that issue by installing the demo. but I need CSS code to reduce the size of see screenshot this is oversize which is not loking good in mobile

I’m having problems on my website made with the newspaper theme.
Theres sometimes that on desktop view the appearance of my website is the mobile view.
I really don’t know why this happen, I didn’t install no plugin that forces the mobile view on desktop or no plugin that interferes with this theme.
Do this happened with some of you guys?
Please let me know what can be causing this.

I don’t know what to do. All the fonts are Helvetica. The cache cleaned, but the page does display not Helvetica. What do you advise me?
I want to use the template ‘Church’. I installed this template at the beginning work. But now I can’t save this template in Cloud Templates.
Maybe I should delete everything, then upload it again with another initial theme, and then upload template ‘Church’ in Cloud Templates. and work with it?

1. My theme is 9.7.2. Do I need to manually install the latest version? No additional theme updates are available for me.
2. Yes, the mobile theme has been activated.
3. Gutenberg editor doesn’t work for me. Gives me a white screen.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Hi, I received the reply from your support but was told that I can install a theme to manage the 404.php page. I had specified that I do not care to install any theme, I like the default page but I would like to change the message shown on the screen.
I made some changes on page 404.php of the theme but I don’t understand why the changes are not displayed

So, I removed cloudflare and Fast Velocity Minify and WP Optimize.
The only cache left is LSCache. That’s all. Nothing else.
In the Theme Panel, my mobile theme is set to Mobile + AMP.
In the AMP menu, the settings are:
– Website is checked
– Your install is configured via theme to use the Trasitional mode
– Supported templates: Posts, Pages, Singular and Homepage are checked
In Yoast AMP, only Posts and Pages are enabled.
But still, I have this bug on desktop:

How can I fix this once for all?
If we cannot fix this issue, is there a way to fully disable AMP?

that’s strange. For me – Jetpack caused my problem.
Once I uninstalled it, everything came back to normal for mobile version.
Maybe some temporary issue.
