Well. There is no blank column and I imported new post templates to test but nothing changed the situation.
But I have found the problem.
The problem is here in the header section:
<div class=”td_block_wrap tdb_header_logo tdi_10 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_18 tdb-header-align” data-td-block-uid=”tdi_10″>
In this wrapper the associated CSS has 20px padding declared as seen below. when I disable the padding, the mobile menu is OK.

padding-top: 20px; // problem is here
}
I think it is because of original theme settings. Because I don’t set 20px padding for any block or header element.

It keeps on showing pulse pro on header even when i have removed the logo text and hidden it

Hi. Thank you for your response. I do not want the header to be white. I matched the color of the background and uploaded the logo again. It still shows a white background on browsers. Any other way I can fix this issue? http://www.auradivinity.com
This is what it should look like (without this white space – instead with an orange dividing line) – but the theme keeps getting the old footers / headers from somewhere. And it obviously cannot be changed or the changes are not adopted.
Also, I can’t get the logo to be in the middle above 🙁

Hi totojisic100k, I deo not know exactly if I understand correctly the question, do you want to remove the H1 from pages to can use it in other place ? If is so then it can be remove only manually from theme files. Normal our theme set the H1 for logo and for post/page title (on posts this system it is automatically, but on pages depends on the page template that you set). If you want to edit it, you can set a page template and edit that page template -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/page-pagebuilder-title.php -> https://i.imgur.com/QN7Ummw.png (set a div or a p instead of H1).

I will try to explain for both of you how our theme is working.
When you are using a standard demo (not a pro pre build website), then the logo need to be set from theme panel> header -> https://i.imgur.com/SmZAAOA.png but in case that it is a pro pre-build website, then this need to be set using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/vCSd8jr.png also here it is a video tutorial that should help you -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also make sure that you have those theme plugins enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/IYor1uJ.png
If you cached all those and the logo is still not change, please providing an working link to your website and also make sure that you do not have any plugins interfering with the theme.

It is possible to have some cache on mobile browser, please check with different browsers or try to clear the cache. In case that the problem it is still there please let me know what device are you using, with android or iOS.

Trying to remove the logos and when I click on save settings, the progress indicator just keeps spinning. I have disabled all plugins except the tagdiv ones and the issue persists.

Just purchased this theme, imported a demo, but the theme panel is not registering any saves i.e. logo, favicon etc. I’ve read through the forum and its not endlessly loading like with everyone else, it loads but no changes happen. I’ve also done all the troubleshooting and its not ajax or anything else in the article. I am however getting these errors in the console:

Hello, I am using Pulse pro prebuilt site on my site. I have notice the mobile application or when accessing the site with small screen. The pulse pro appears. I have check the theme panel under mobile app logo but notice it does not have the button to deativate.

You should check the row of the element and all settings(CSS tab also) and for sure you can find where to delete a color or a background image from that logo. Let me know which template you installed and I can help you.
In order to see your cloud templates, you need to access Dashboard -> Cloud templates. There you can delete them also, but I recommend only to assign another template without deleting everything.
