Thanks for responding. However, I am still not clear about any of the questions on which you gave me reply. Please try to explain in a little more detail. I am not a professional programmer. I hope you understand.
1) So you are saying that I should first create 4 categories and 4 different pages. Then I should assign each category with each different page. right?
Please check the image, I want something like this, if someone clink on the category from the header menu then it should take the viewer to a different page with such a introduction and then relevant topics. https://snipboard.io/y6pnfG.jpg
Now, I have sub questions for this.
a) The home page will have collection of all the articles from all the categories combined, right?
b) The category pages will have only relevant articles, right?
c) Please explain me about featured category. If I assign any article to featured category, then what exactly happens to that article?
d) Can I assign any article to multiple categories? For example, featured and health category at the same time?
2) I didn’t found any option in the cloud header to change the size of the logo in the header as well as in the footer. Please tell me how I can increase it using Custom CSS. Or with the help of image or graphics that which setting I should change to increase or decrease the size of the logo.
3) I have already written a short text in the box that you mentioned. However, I want to link a separate page to the Title “About us” in the footer menu. I hope you got my point. You gave me a box in the footer in which I can write something. However, there is no option to link the title to some other page.
And I also don’t see any option to customize or build the home page. How to do that? Please check the image.

6) Last questions, there are numerous options on the demo home page. For example editors choice, popular post, must read and etc. All these sections will be automatically created or I have do something? I mean I have installed the demo without content. Hi,
I have installed the Gadget Pro Demo (Newspaper theme) without Content on my blog excelmee.com.
I have edited the “Home” page using TagDiv composer.
In that, I could manage to change the “Logo” title. But the logo is not changing.
I have changed the logo image with a sample image. It uploads. But after saving, the “default” logo reappears.
Deleted page cache (WP Super Cache). But the issue remains.
Please help me to solve it.
Note: Also please let me know the logo image size as it’s not mentioned.

I have installed the awesome “newspaper theme” and the “gadgets pro” demo without content on my blog excelmee.com.
Everything is fine so far except creating new pages!
I have created an “About Me” page (not using the TagDiv composer) by clicking Pages > Add New WordPress menu.
When I preview I could see that the alignment of the page title is not perfect. It’s behind the title and logo.
I haven’t published the page. So unable to share the URL, here is a screenshot of the preview.
How to solve the issue? Once solved the issue, I can proceed to create other pages like Privacy Policy…

Hi fleur, if the theme has all the thumbs disable, that dose not mean that will display the image in full size.

Please try to understand my concept and then guide me with few basic questions.
My concept:
I want to create a blog that would have 4 different categories.
1) Health
2) Happiness
3) Success
4) Knowledge.
Now, I want a home page just like you have show in the “Blog fitness” demo. I want that all the new posts or articles are shown on the home page exactly the way in the demo. However, I have some extra needs as well.
My extra requirements.
1) I want that each of my category should have it’s own blog page. (I mean that “Health category” should have it’s own page with heading on it. And all the post that I make in health category should be automatically posted in this page. And they should also appear on the home page.) In simple words, if a viewer wish to see only health related articles or post then he should have the option to do that.
It’s kind of a filter. If a view clicks on the Health category from the Header menu then he should be directed to page where only “Health category articles or posts” are present.
How to do this?
Should I create 4 different pages? Or I should create only 4 different categories? Please guide me on this.
For reference you can refer “www.livestrong.com” They have the same setup.
2) Is it possible to increase the size of the logo? I want that my logo to be of a little larger in header as well as in the footer section.
3) There is a “About us” column in the footer. Is it possible to link that to a dedicated page? Along with a short description that is already present?
Please help me with these three suggestion only.

I’ve got the same problem. I set my own logo instead of the demo logo. It’s fine on the normal website but it still shows the demo logo on mobile. But only on the custom pages not on the home screen!
What am I doing wrong?

I have updated all the plugins, but my site now has changed when i go on it via mobile. the logos have gone wierd and also there is only one category: latest posts. It has changed the structure of where everything is.

Ive uploaded my gif header full size and it does not display like a gif.
It is an image, and enormous.

This can be because you are using WPBakery plugin, please disable this plugin and this demo will look as in our live demos.
Also as I can see your gif is not the original size, is a thumb -> https://i.imgur.com/uuc3Mvu.png and you do not use Newsmag theme and Newspaper theme that is using cloud templates, not only standard templates (my above suggestions were for Newsmag theme that has only standard templates), please to write your questions in the forum for Newspaper not Newsmag.

how do I change the address bar icon(favicon). Currently, there’s a WordPress icon showing in the address bar at the top and I want to change that to my own logo
Solved this myself – I had imported the Estates header template and for some reason it was trying to load the default Estates logo image but it was confused about where it actually was in the media library. Not sure why that happened. I removed the logo in the TagDiv Composer and it fixed it.
I have a problem with my SVG logo, it is not displayed on Chrome and Firefox (also in TD Editor) only if it is in color, and only in Desktop viewport – Landscape viewport – Portrait viewport; in Phone viewport with the same SVG works perfectly.
If I log in with Safari (as a guest and as an administrator) I can see everything correctly.
I cleaned the cache (including Cloudflare), disabled the plugins but the problem persists.

For post templates, please check our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-post-templates/ and please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
You can set the posts with our theme using the grids and blocks from tagDiv Composer

Ive spend the whole day on this and simple things are not clear.
-when having written a post:
– how do I add it to a menu item?
– when having selected a certain post template why does it not lay out like it should? I add a picture and it doesnt allign as it should? If i change the post template the post doesnt change.
– why is it not possible from ‘theme panel – posts’ to add a post to a certain menu item. I might need also need a post to appear in more than one place i.e. on the home page for a while and always under a certain menu item.
– do catagories correspond to menu items?
-how do i edit categories (delete/ad)
– upload a gif as logo does not display the gif. its still an image.

If i add is as a logo from the theme panel it doesnt work….
Since the last message, i did another fresh install and cleaned out WP. I choose a different demo theme and uninstalled any non-div plugins. What’s funny is that the logo from the last install could not upload, but now it does.

Hello there, so I’m starting a new website and using the newspaper theme. Everything was fine and all customization was almost finalized until I tried uploading a new logo I designed myself.
A few minutes after the upload, I noticed my website went down with the “error 508 Resource Limit Reached” https://prnt.sc/u254sp i got in touch with my hosting to know why and I was informed that “there is a self-DDoS on my relationshiplesson.com domain name which is possibly caused by my website theme.
I was also made to realize “that due to the theme configuration issues, my site is being requested by my server at the URL: http://relationshiplesson.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/logo.jpg”. It’s said that this causes the high resource usage and can lead to error 508 on the sites hosted in my account.
So I asked for the solution and was told “Usually, this kind of issue requires code-debugging which cannot be provided by hosting organization.” So, I was adviced to get in touch with the theme developers.
This is true because whenever I go to my ftp and rename the Newspaper theme folder, my sites comes back up and I have activated another theme which everything is fine. I have deleted the theme and downloaded another one via envato market plugin and it’s still the same issue immediately the theme is activated, website shows up “error 508 Resource Limit Reached” again.
Please what can be done to rectify this issue?
