I’m a smart girl. I’ve been racking my brain for weeks trying to figure it out.
I used the DEMO on the Heaven Spa – just uploaded and changed out my info.
Easy – peasy.
The only thing I can’t figure out is this logo to the left at the top.
I’ve read everything on here about installing and uninstalling and there must be an easier way???
I just need this one thing – the logo in the left corner that says, “Heaven Spa” gone.
I don’t even need to put my logo in there.
Please help?

Make sure you have set up a logo for both mobile and desktop then pick , so go to your themes panel and under your headers settings locate The Main Menu and you will see logo on sticky menu option, then thick header logo, shows the header logo

Also, the logo text only appears to be visible when I am mouse-overing the field. If you could tell me how to get it to stay up, that would be amazing.
When we use your default headers the sticky menu shows our logo when scrolling down.
However, now we have created a customized main menu, and we can’t find out where/how to set the logo to be shown on the sticky menu. This goes both for desktop and mobile.

I have an issue with the header. I use the TD Composer (in WordPress), change the header using Import option but afterwards neither at the front end or Theme Panel any changes that are done (logo, background colour, etc.) are not visible. How can I make them appear? Which step I am missing?

Everything was fine prior to update. But after that the search icon disappeared while the menu icon and logo are overlapping each other. It results in serious fall in performance in terms of UX. It happens only on the mobile version of the theme.

There are some margins there, without those it wouldn’t look good

These headers can be created/modified in the composer. If you want to build one from scratch, use the blank header template.

I want to make the page with only hero image and logo and without footer and header.
Header I remove in tagDiv editor “No Header, but I have no find option for remove footer on this page only.
How can I make it?
Following the 2 latest updates, my website encountered the following issues:
– The social media counter isn’t displaying the logos and the text inside the social media boxes had to be manually centered because it would go too far up by default. It used to look like this.
– There is a big green line on the top of the website, with an arrow on the left corner. Previously, there was a partial line like on the Newspaper Magazine demo. Can the big line be removed? My website used to look like this.
Any help to fix these issues would be appreciated, I wasn’t successful so far unfortunately.
The last thing that has been occurring lately is that recent edits to the website can’t be seen for people who aren’t logged in before some time or before clearing the cache. I haven’t made any significant change to the website (before these updates) so not sure what could be the issue unless a plugin was updated as is acting differently.

Yes, you can have another logo on your footer only if you have a cloud library footer or cloud library header or both. Those can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and you can add one logo into the footer and another logo into the header.

Hi,
I’m using the Header Style 9 and I see that the logo size should be 272 x 90px. I cannot keep the aspect ratio intact with my logo using that size. Instead, I’ve uploaded the logo sized at 272 x 46 however it seems to be resized by the theme, looking blurred? Can I prevent the logo being resized?
Secondly, the logo is being used in the footer. Is it possible to set a different logo in the footer?

I´ve selected the transitional mode in the amp plugin settings and then i´ve checked all the suported templated. I see that the amp version is working, but everytime i hit the my logo in the header or go to another post the amp version changes to the mobile version. Is there any way to remain in the amp version all the time?

So removing this code from the template files should not load them anymore. You could try it like that.
The booster could cause problems when some resources are moved, maybe the CSS that hides the desktop logo on mobile is not applying anymore, so both logos are visible. Try removing what you moved in the booster one at a time, while checking when or if the issue is solved.
Maybe I misunderstood what exactly you want to remove (hentry) please mention with more details what is is you want to remove exactly. Let me know.

Hi there, i’m very happy with the theme, but it’s to many funcionallities that i get a little lost.
So i’ve listed some of the questions… Can u aswer me please?
1 – At the “YOUR HEADER AD” I want to put 4 images “lined” instead of one of 728×90… How can i do this? In this case those are my partners logos.
2 – What is the perfect Featured Image? I want a size that goes well at the grids and blocks.
3 – Some of the blocks can display the articles rotating automaticly? Like an slide… What block can do this? Or I have to use Revolution Slider?
4 – I alredy use a AD plugin that has a lot of information, Advanced Ads, and I want to continue using with news mag. This plugin generates wordpress shotcodes that can be placed into contents and widgets, what is the best way of inserting this shortcodes with TD Composer?

Please ensure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ After you have made this step, clear all the caches and check again to change the logo from that section. Unfortunately, please note that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the logo only for certain pages, like single pages with articles, sorry! The logo is general for the entire website.
Please note that only from there you can change the logo from your entire website. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer that section. Also, provide there the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hi, I am setting up a homepage and want to show in the big slider the Author info. But right now is missing, even after selecting the option in the layout tools. Am I missing something?
Every post has it’s author configured.
