Below is a New Relic trace from Kinsta (our host). This indicates ~46% of the load time is driven by tdb_header_logo::render – since the logo graphic itself is very small, I’m guessing this is a theme issue that can be resolved. Can you confirm?
They tell us the average WordPress load time they see is ~500ms, so we’re at the slow end of this, but seems fixing this header logo issue would get us there (and help your other customers).
Please let me know next steps to fix.
Hi. In any case, whether the page has a name or not: it is a big mistake to put h1 automatically in the logo. That is, not one page, but several can have the same duplicated H1 which greatly affects the promotion. I would advise you to clean automatically to expose. Make better option: bet on home, as the replay even 2 pages page will dilute the value. Thanks for the reply.

The h1 is set on logo if the page template do not have a title, if the page have a title, then the title will have the h1, you can check those files in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-h1.php and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/logo.php

1. The header style you mention will look like this when on mobile

To see what the sticky mode will show on mobile, activate the sticky view mode

So you can edit the header in all it’s stages, default desktop + sticky desktop, and also default mobile + sticky mobile. In each you can make modifications if needed.
What exactly is hidden in your case? Let me know.
2. If you don’t want the text as logo on mobile, and wish to display an image, first select the mobile viewport and click on the header logo element

Then remove the text and tagline text, and select to show the image logo (you have to upload an image) – http://prntscr.com/nut86c
3. As long as there are elements in the sticky mode, there will be a sticky version of the header. If you want to remove the sticky version, activate the sticky mode for desktop or mobile and remove the elements in the header. So for example if you don’t want a sticky header on desktop – http://prntscr.com/nutaje
4. Same here, remove the text and tagline text, select the show image option, and upload an image – http://prntscr.com/nutbop

Why did you put the H1 logo? This is very wrong and creates problems for everyone.

The only H1 that our theme sets is on logo, if you do not want to have h1 on logo please select the “Pagebuilder + page title”. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Fz4wge23Ptf
Please check if in that pages you do not have set with some plugins or builder the h1 on some elements.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

From what I can see it seems to refer to the AMP logo image in general

So using a logo with 60px height should work alright. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, if there are more details about this that I am missing please let me know.

I am still new to your system and facing the following issues:
1- I used header template 36 ( from the cloud) and nothing this set to be hidden on mobile, however, the lower menu is hidden? why is that?
2- I am unable to show the logo photo in the mobile view, it only shows the text?
3- nothing set to sticky, however, I do have a sticky menu in the desktop, How this work? I thought we need to choose stick for one part? ( it is not sticky on the mobile, how to enable that too)?
4- the sticky menu shows the text log, is it possible to make it show the logo image? or Icone?

Hi, In order to comply with the Google News Publishers guidelines, it is necessary to store a 60 x 600 pixel logo for News Stories (not to be confused with the logo displayed on the AMP pages). Hi,
We’re seeing a very significant slowdown in page load after installing the latest version of the theme. Our host has dug into this, and identified the leading cause:
> I’m seeing a tdb_header_logo::render process that is taking 50-90% of the request time. The logo render process is taking ~6 seconds all by itself.
Our logo is a small png, ~2kb in size. Do you know what is causing the logo render process to take ~6 seconds? How can this be fixed?
I am also using the built-in theme functionality for display in between content ads but it only has one ad unit which can be inserted after specif paragraphs, I need to insert 3 ad units in the post, after 3rd Para, 6th Para and 10th Para respectively and for that I was using the Advanced Ads Pro plugin.
This thing is very important for my blog, please provide me with a solution to fix this and also disabling auto post load is not an option because that was the reason I purchased this theme.
2. So if the Login/Logout Header Module is not working in mobile, how can I hide it from Mobile users only and continue displaying it to desktop users.

I’m using the Newssmag theme in my site ecorun.greenplanner.it
when I updated to the new version the header disappeared (no logo, no banner)
I had to backup the old files and everything was ok again
I didn’t modified the header before update… how can I mantain the actual layout?

Please try to not use plugins for ads, and use only the functionality that our theme is provide for ads, I think that you have a conflict between your plugin ads and our theme.
