From what I can see that is the size of the footer logo image, there is a small thumbnail set – https://gayoutradio.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/what-logo-150×80.png
When setting images you can select the size of the image

The reason I suggested using a smaller background image for mobile particularly, is because from what I can find online Safari may not load big images when on mobile, and also has a problem with backgrounds.
However the same image is used on the live demo of the header, when I test the demo with an iPhone the background loads. What if you check the header demo with an iPhone, does it load? – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/header-template-36/

The logo will be h1 in these cases – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/h1-of-pages/
The theme will make the logo h1 when there is no page title. For example in a category page where there is a page title the logos will not be h1

If you don’t want the log to be h1 select the page template page with title

So the issue happens only for the logo setting, or does it happen in the whole theme panel when you try to save? Usually this issue is general and affects the whole panel.
