If by full width you mean a big logo image, that will be no problem. That header style does not have a limit for the logo image size

So, I saw that you want to use the text with the logo for this section. Yes, that file as well. Then the logo when clicked will direct to the link you want, instead of the default home URL.

Please follow these similar topics, the default functionality of the logo when clicked is to direct to the homepage, the theme does not have options to modify it. It can be done by modifying the files as shown

Please note that content for mobile pages has to be entered through the Mobile editor. Pages created with the composers will not be displayed. This is meant to improve the performance on mobile and give the opportunity to present a simple website version on mobile devices.
The mobile theme plugin is optional, it can be deactivated. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile, adapted for mobile due to the main theme full responsiveness.
The logo is recommended to be of this size for best results on mobile devices
