Hello,
What header style are you using? There are only 3 header styles that will show the full logo. Those are style 9, 10 and 11. The fashion demo uses header style 10.
Also be careful not to use a thumbnail of your logo when selecting the logo from the media library there is a size selector in the bottom right of the screen. Make sure the full size is selected.

To create a homepage, please notice that you have three way to do this. Folosind header style 9,10 sau 11 nu este nici o limita de width pe logo – https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/ Deci se poate folosi orice imagine full width fara nici o limitare, exemplu fiind acest demo al temei – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cars/ Tot ce trebuie facut este sa creezi o imagine de o dimensiune mai mare si sa o folosesti ca logo pe acest header style care e setat in prezent. Nu este necesar sa ii modifici width-ul cu css deorece este deja full width – https://www.screencast.com/t/oxfemDZGc

Please notice that Scandal Magazine demo uses the header style 10 and the logo are displayed on full width. If you want to have a bigger logo, you should load a bigger logo by default because the theme does not enlarge it. Unfortunately a text logo will not be displayed on mobile, so in the absence of a logo image you must upload a different logo for the mobile theme, in the Logo for mobile section in theme panel –

The recipes demo uses header style 11 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ that displays the logo on full size. The header styles that have this property, as to display a full width logo are header styles 9,10 or 11. From what I understand you want the whole header (logo, ad and menu) to remain fixed at the top of the page when you scroll down the page. Unfortunately there is no theme setting for this and has to be made custom. You could try however this code provided below with this result – https://www.screencast.com/t/2M67GyOd6k also you should enter it in Theme panel->Advanced Css in the desktop section so it applies only in that situation, because it could cause problems on smaller devices. Or if you want you could experiment in different situations and optimize it so it suits your needs better. Please let me know if this solution works for you or you wanted something else.
