The footer logo doesn’t load either, it just shows a broken link.
I also tried it with the W3 Cache deactivated.
Thanks for the reply Bogdan, but unfortunately its not that as I don’t use WP Super Cache I use W3 Total Cache.
Facebook browser doesn’t load the mobile version, it loads the responsive one. It doesn’t load the logo correctly on it either.
I hear what you are saying about being registered as an official browser, but the reality of the situation is that a very high percentage of visitors will come from Facebook mobile, and will see a broken site if they do. This means that your theme is no good for anyone who wants Facebook traffic (e.g. Viral News sites).
Is there a workaround where the logo can be loaded from somewhere else when someone arrives from a mobile device?
The top bar is overlapping the header on the mobile vie. This cover the logo and the Top Section, how do i remove this??

Unfortunately if you want to alter a theme header it has to be done custom. I do not understand exactly how you want your logo but the logo and ad in the headers have no settings to be moved around. I have been banging my head against the wall trying to solve this issue, but can’t find a way so I am hoping that someone may be able to help.
There is a major problem with the way the theme displays in Facebook mobile browser, which effects any visitors from Facebook post/shares on a mobile device as they load in their own browser by default (and apparently you can’t do anything about that).
The logo, header and menu are not loading properly at all. e.g. if you have a white background header on desktop and your logo/text is black and you want to reverse this on mobile (black background and white logo/text) for some reason it picks up the logo (white) but then seems to load the background as if the browser was desktop (white) making it completely invisible. Plus it seems to be loading the responsive theme rather than the mobile theme (but even that theme doesn’t work right).
I figure it is something to do with the way the theme detects the browser so not a massive deal.
I know this has been bought up several times in the past (even months ago) on this forum and the response has always been that the theme hasn’t been tested with the Facebook mobile browser, but it seems illogical to me that, because of the way the web has moved so much towards mobile and the fact that a huge amount of traffic to most websites is from social sharing that this is not a massive priority.
I mean it should be a deal breaker for almost anyone considering installing this theme if they care at all about how their visitors view their site, so could hit the company’s bottom line in a big way if it isn’t addressed asap.
Does anyone know of a workaround?

You must be using some kind of custom add manager that causes this, normally in Header style 9 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ the header add is located beneath the menu, but you could change it’s location (assuming you have a header add code placed in Theme panel->Ads->Header add) by modifying header-style-9.php from the the theme files like this – http://screencast.com/t/8GMPckXe335D

I recently updated the new version of themeforest and it has done something strange to my header advert. It used to be placed between my logo and the menu bar and now it’s in the background to my menu – see here: http://citysavvyluxembourg.com/

There is a blank space on the header between logo, menu and top bar on my website: animal welfare.org .
I want to eliminate the white space on the header.
On the theme panel there is not an option to do it.
Is there any other way to have no space between logo, menu and top bar?

It seems I was unable to explain the issue correctly. I will retry: there are different sizes for the two types of logos in the Official documentation and the Newspaper theme panel (Theme panel -> Header -> Logo for Mobile).
On one hand you are telling to use 32 x 42px for the mobile logo and 264 x 84px for the retina logo (Official documentation) but on the other hand the theme panel is suggesting to use different dimensions:
- LOGO MOBILE – Note: For best results logo mobile size: 140 x 48px
- RETINA LOGO MOBILE – Note: For best results logo mobile size: 280 x 96px

Hi Brogdan, thanks for the reply. I can’t deny that the pic you show is as I want it, however, that is not what is showing up on my ipad and this computer.
As the site loads the image is fine but then as the site resolves it’s as if a layer is being put over it that is opaque but covering over the logo? I can still see the GMI in the logo, but the grey-white rounded box around it is obscured and the colours are less vibrant. If I could add a screenshot you’d be able to see what I’m on about.

Well these are references for the header and footer logos. Please remove or replace the header and footer logos with other images that are present in the media library and then clear all caching and purge cdn files.

If you want to change it you should use a bit of CSS code to load the new font for this section. For example, you can use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area:

}
Also, notice that the ABeeZee font should have to be loaded in your theme from the panel if you want that the code to be applied.

Our theme will not enlarge any logo. You will need to upload a bigger logo image if you want t bigger logo. The theme cannot do that as enlarging any image will result in huge quality loss.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the size of header logo and header ad, sorry! Please notice that both elements are precisely calibrated and if you will increase or decrease them you can damage the header layout and we cannot offer support for this, sorry! You should try to do this task yourself, using your own inspector browser and then you should create your custom CSS code according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Site is loading very slow because of a missing PNG image which is already removed from media. Can you please help me where in the theme I can change this OLD PNG file and give reference to new one.

Hi, great theme. My problem is that our logo both top and bottom seems to be being covered by a layer so it is not showing as it should (ie, white with the letters showing). The white in the logo is being obscured.
