As per the topic title, while the ALT attribute is present in the media library it’s not being applied to images in the above cases mentioned in the title.
This also appears to be a problem with re-sized images for the homepage and category post lists pages resized images.
Also, background and logo are not setting explicit width and height, which google insights doesn’t seem happy with.
This is coming from Bings webmaster tools and the googles page speed insights with various degrees of warning levels.
SEO tools are also popping up a warning due to this, is it going to be possible to get this added/fixed for the theme? It would be good for the templates SEO.

Thanks for your quick reply, Anamaria; and I do apologise; I understand this isn’t the correct post to raise this unrelated issue.
The menu was created by just importing one of the cloud library options (specifically the CRYPTO header). Once I did that, I simply just changed the logo and colours.

Whan I share any post on my facebook page, facebook shows wrong photo (usully logo from the top).
On preview it shows good pictute, but second after I publish it, it is wrong.

1) Do you have a built-in way to list my menu items like in this picture, or should I use CSS?

So: The submenus should be listed horizontally and every submenu item of submenu (how do you call them?) should be listed even if the submenu is not active, if the parent menu item is active.
2) Where can I hide this mobile menu icon? I am using Crypto News template and cant find this logo in any Settings. Probably obvious thing to ask, but I have tried to search and not found. 🙂

Just installed and activate it. First update I want to do is changing logo. I added it in backend’s theme panel > header. On front end it still shows the default log and on the sticky menu, shows my logo along with the default logo. I followed up on frontend edit. Nothing is updating, no matter what I try to change. And the save button just spins infinitely with no outcome.
So what is missing in order to get a first good experience 😀

Hello,
I have downloaded and activated the Estates Pro header, which I want to edit to my specifications. I replaced the logo it came with with my own, without changing anything. However, unlike in the template, my logo will not overlap the hero section below it. It’s set to -80 in the CSS at the bottom, just like the template, but the effect is not the same.

You will see the logo in the top left corner, disappearing under the element below it, despite being set to -80 in the margin. The effect I am trying to recreate is here:

Sometimes, for example when refreshing the page, there is second menu/header – or what ever it is – appearing. It also has the old menu logo and search bar. Where can I delete or hide this?

Thanks for your guides which I’ve just read. However, all of my image URLs are perfectly fine and work flawlessly.
The only thing that’s showing an incorrect URL is the Newspaper Theme Panel (Header > Logo & Favicon > Logo Upload fields).
As mentioned before, I’ve uploaded a brand new logo image (which has the correct URL) and the Theme Panel just resets and goes back to the old photo when I click save. So basically, I can’t get the Theme Panel to save a new logo image…it just refuses to save.
So all my site images are working perfectly fine with the exception of that one place in the Theme Panel that doesn’t want to save any new upload.
Hope that clarifies my issue.

1. Please edit the mobile version and check the header logo -> https://i.imgur.com/JuZt5kB.png and try to change it.
2. The background color is set on the Row on the content -> https://i.imgur.com/QOpz5Lj.png and the background image is set the Inner Row -> https://i.imgur.com/QpiM0Yr.png
3. On the row is set a margin-bottom -> https://i.imgur.com/LmMxrBs.png you can remove it or set it to 0.

Hi everyone,
So I have a somewhat similar issue. However, doing what otggamer mentioned didn’t resolve mine. I’m on the latest version of Newspaper 11.4.
Basically, I migrated from one host to another. Now, after the migration, if I go to:
Theme Panel > Header > Logos & Favicon, all the logos (desktop and mobile) are showing a URL of “https://wordpress-722984-2411204.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/…..”.
There are 3 issues with that:
1) The URL points to a temporary Cloudways link. However, I’ve already changed my DNS away from the Cloudways temporary WP name to stluciatimes.com. I’ve already updated my permalink structure. I’ve also confirmed that all URLs are working correctly on my site. Therefore, the URLs should point to “https://stluciatimes.com/wp-content/uploads/…”.
2) The folders that the URLs are pointing to (year of 2018) have all been deleted. However, I have already re-uploaded a new set of logos.
3) Whenever I try to change the logos to the new ones I’ve uploaded and click save, all the URLs automatically go back/reset to the old “https://wordpress-722984-2411204.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/…..” once I refresh the page.
Any assistance or ideas that could help would be awesome.

That logo is an image and I think that one of the fonts it is Waialua and the other one I think it is Novera Classic Semi Bold. (Those are the results when I check the image with an online tester), maybe the results differ from app to app.
