hi,
looks like you run out of memory
put this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); in the wp-config.php file.
Thanks for you message.
Radu A.
Hello!
I hope I am thinking right. Jetpack has a lot of modules or plugins in it. So that should use a lot of server memory and page speed should be significantly decreased.
I wan’t to know which “modules or plugins” in Jetpack plugin I can deactivate so my page will work without any problems or which “modules or plugins” in Jetpack must be activated that page works proparly.
My regards
Hi,
Depends of how you have set the slider. You can edit your homepage and edit your slider(Big slider), each block/sliders can be edited from here http://screencast.com/t/VhaocnliS
About the memory issue you have to increase the memory, add this in wp-config.php file
/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
Thank for the message!
Hello,
I would like to know how I can manage my slider options, because Every featured image from a new post now appears in my slider. Also I can’t activate my revolution slider. I get this Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes)
Hope someone could help me!

Don’t paste in from MS Word unless you use the MS post filter option in WP. When you copy/paste from MS Word into a post directly it may copy all the HTML code that MS Word uses; this also can happen if you copy/paste from another website in some cases. “Mso” code is from Microsoft Office if memory serves.
If you look at your post in “code view” (showing markup/html) you would see all the carryover html. I often find it useful to “save as” from MS Word to a UTF8 plain text file then paste that text file into WP for cleaner posts.
See this info from WP support pages, which should help
http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/
Thanks for availability!
Now it works correctly, it was a problem memory_limit
I have found other problems with the theme:
– The twitter counter reads 0 followers but are actually 414
  Is a problem related to the theme?
– In the “Theme – options/Translation”, I can not change some phrases such as:
  – “We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for does not exist.”
  – “If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search”
  – “No results for your search”
For all these sentences, insert the correct translation but when you save the changes back to the English language.
Hello,
I think this is from memory limit, please add this code in wp-config.php file and see if work.
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M');
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
It could be from WP memory, you are with the memory at limit, please try this and see if work. Edit wp-config.php file and add this line of code:
/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M');
Thanks for the message!
Disregard.
It was due to temporary high server load.

I was in the middle of updating/adding images to a gallery for a page and then all of sudden errors were popping up during upload. Now there’s all these error messages containing “Unable to allocate memory for pool.” and the lines of coding that they reside on. HELP.

This may not help you, but Regenerate thumbnails plugin worked great for us with thousands of files.
http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
HOWEVER: if your system “times out” then you need to disable other plugins while doing a large operation on so many images – especially if you have larger then needed images (like if you uploaded 1MB files for images vs 50kb for a gallery picture, as one example), and perhaps set your website to “closed temporarily” (plugin to do this I think). Upshot is you want to
1) make sure your domain on your hosting plan has enough resources available to do a major operation
2) make sure you have enough disk space for all the new image sizes (some people with smaller hosting storage forget about this, as you’re basically perhaps tripling the number of images you will have from say 18,000 to 36,000 (3 old thumbs, 3 new thumbs)
So, plugin will “die” if not enough memory to run or space to write.
If your system still cannot handle doing that much image processing, you may want to look at the Jetpack plugin, PHOTON: http://jetpack.me/support/photon/ .
When you change to ANY new theme in WP you need to redo the image thumbnails as not all themes use the same layout, or thumbnail sizes, which of course is one of the things which makes each WP theme different.
Note that you may wish to also review the various plugins at wordpress.org on this topic as redoing all your graphics is part of using ANY new theme; it’s not specific to this theme.
Auto Post Thumbnail PRO for $7 from Themeforest also works awesome on one of our sites since we pull in content from our mothership site to a sister site via RSS.
Sorry don’t have better help on this one.
Hello,
this is a strange error. get_header() is an internal function from wordpress.
I can recomend you:
1. to disable permalinks and see if the site works without them and if everything is ok renable them.
2. disable all plugins
3. try to increase the allowed memory size in php.ini
4. try the site with the default wordpress theme
5. a full wordpress reinstall
I’m sorry for the problem but it looks like some kind of hosting problem / incompatibility. This kind of problems are very hard to fix without direct server access. I can assure you we did not encounter this problem before.
Hello,
When the site is loaded in a mobile, the image background is also loaded but it is not showed. It consumes memory, bandwich and increase the loading time.
It would be nice if we can disable the background images for small screens.
Thank you and great work!
I just installed your theme on my website: http://www.enterao.com, and I have a serious problem, the website is constantly put in blank, for a long time. Need urgent help with this, because I’m losing customers and money.
I read here on the support page I had to change several parameters and so I did, I changed:
memory_limit = 256MB
post_max_size = 256MB
php upload_max_filesize = 256MB
Thank you very much
Regards,
Thank you for resposne Radu,
I have increased memory limit to 256M, but the same.
Now, I can activate theme, but, imidiately after activating, page loads very very slow, and after about 15 min, server goes down.
I have sent you an email with credentians, please check it.
Regards,
Sandall
Hello,
can you increase your php memory limit size? https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/memory/
Hello,
Please try to increase the memory. Add this in wp-config.php and see if works.
/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M');
Thanks
Thanks for not answering my query. I found where the problem is. I went to my webhost and increased the values of php memory_limit (MB), php post_max_size (MB) and php upload_max_filesize (MB).
Hello,
sorry for the delay, we all took the weekend off and in 8 hours we will be available full time.
– The theme should work without the plugins.
– The theme is not that massive… at ~6MB. some hosts have the max upload and max post set to ~2MB.
@shekharchap can you please send me a log from apache if possible?
You can try to:
– re upload the theme via ftp to make sure all the files are there
– increase your memory limit by adding define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' ); to wp config.
– Or you can try to edit your php.ini and change the memory limit to memory_limit = 96M
Please let us know if you manage to fix the 500 error. We can always offer you a refund.
Sorry for all the problems đ
