I should have searched the forum first. Problem fixed by increasing memory from 64M to 256M.
Problem Solved
Fresh install on fresh wordpress, theme installs with no issues, however, upon activation of the TagDiv Composer, the entire site goes down and I get an error: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Upon further investigation I am getting this dump from the server:
(XID vnd3b4) The system failed to run the wp-cli batch commands with the following issues: STDERR: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36864 bytes) in /home/fitoutnews/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1665 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36864 bytes) in /home/fitoutnews/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1665 Error: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Vlad,
This is another example of you not even reading the support question. He is asking how to speed up the Admin Area TagDiv Composer, NOT the actual frontend of the site. Suggesting him to measure his page speed and follow some generic tips is a waste of his time.
Byzmo,
First thing I would do is try to disable all plugins to make sure there isn’t another plugin causing the slowdown. If there is not, another item I would look at is your current hosting plan. I would try to increase the memory allocated to wordpress admin take a look at https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP you can add a define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' ); to your wp-config.php and see if that helps. And finally, since TD Composer is all javascript, another thing would be to check your browser extensions or to try a different browser to see if that increases your speed at all.
Hi,
I have installed Yoast SEO Premium and Newsmag Theme on my site. Moreover, I’m using WordPress 5.2.1.
The issue I’m getting by activating both the Yoast SEO Premium and Newsmag theme is, the Page as well as the Post editor section is opening with a white blank screen.
When I rollover to the WordPress Default Twenty Nineteen Theme, I successfully able to access by post editor page.
I also tried to increase the WP Memory Limit and other things but the issue will not resolve at all. I think it is some kind of compatibility issue between these two i.e. Yoast SEO Premium and Newsmag Theme.
Do note that, I have one more site where I have installed Newspaper theme and there I’m not getting the issue I mentioned above. There everything works fine.
Also, One thing I would like to give as an information, this issue appeared when WordPress 5.2.1 update has come.
Note: I’m using the latest updated version of both the theme as well as the plugin.
Hope you guys look after it and resolve it ASAP.
Thanks and Regards,
Sanjay.

Hello !
The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

I have selected “style 2” as default post template as the sitewide setting but I am not able to see the change. Why? Check any post, for eg. https://www.stemjar.com/favorite-childhood-memory/
Hello,

I have read different topics and i optimize my server and it have enough memory, i disable all the non plugin theme, etc.
Please, help.

Hi,
@JKLFab In most cases 256M set for wp-memory would be alright, for most websites. Having many plugins or plugins that require many resources, could exhaust even the recommended value.
We recommend the values mentioned in this guide – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ for a proper functionality. If needed try to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide, or contact the hosting provider for assistance.
@tmaghrebt From what I can see the website is working now – http://prntscr.com/nva7ka
Having 512M is more than enough in almost all cases.
Thanks
I am receiving the same error. I’ve never used Newspaper. I got it installed and when I got to the step for installing the plugins via the WordPress interface, everything just stopped working. I can’t even log into the WordPress admin anymore, I get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 103809024 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 786432 bytes) in /nfs/c07/h03/mnt/102529/domains/tallahasseefoodies.com/html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 10427
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Also, my main page now has this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 103809024 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /nfs/c07/h03/mnt/102529/domains/tallahasseefoodies.com/html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_map.php on line 1250.
My hosting company is saying I can’t use your theme. Here are my php.ini settings:
; Rename this file to php.ini and uncomment or add directives.
; For a complete list of valid directives, visit:
; http://us2.php.net/manual/en/ini.php
[PHP]
; We highly recommend that you leave this options enabled
cgi.fix_pathinfo=1
extension=curl.so
; Increase maximum post size
post_max_size = 99M
memory_limit = 99M
upload_max_filesize = 198M
; Increase execution time
;max_execution_time = 300
; pull in EGPCS [Environment, GET, POST, Cookie, Server] variables as globals
;register_globals = true
; For performance reasons, (mt) does not load all of the modules that are available
; into PHP. You may uncomment any one of the following “extension” lines to enable
; the desired module
; Salblotron XSLT
;extension=xslt.so
; save in local tmp
session.save_path=/home/102529/data/tmp
Looks like a hosting issue. Check your php.ini file and make sure you have enough memory allocated. Also, check to make sure that you have enough resources to run the site as many hosts will limit the number of running processes or database requests.

Please check our documentation for Installing Demos -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-installing-demos/ also some demos have elements from tagDiv Cloud Library and you need to have it activate.
Thank you !
Second time that I have tried to update to the latest version of Newspaper. It has been hell. After changing settings in my PHP I was able to upload the theme successfully. I had deleted the old Newspaper theme files, even went into file manager and deleted some old files from there. I renamed the themes folder and got a bunch of error messages. I renamed the Plug-ins folder with no success. Otherwise I just get a blank white screen. I currently have another theme running just so there is something to look at, but it’s not pretty. I activated the Debug file and got this in the log file:
28-May-2019 01:35:32 UTC] PHP Warning: require_once(header/ads.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vzbujfc1chle/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/header-style-4.php on line 27

This is what shows up on the home page with the Debug file active:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.
I also got this message, but I cannot remember where it came from as I have been going crazy researching and changing settings for many hours:
[27-May-2019 13:25:42 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77845176 bytes) in /home/vzbujfc1chle/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/lib/rules.php on line 1601
I have uploaded the theme 3 times. The third time I did it via FTP and nothing has changed.
I have run out of search options on Google in trying to find a solution. I did a search in this forum with not much luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,
I have followed all required requests and suggestions and I unblocked the admin-ajax.php with my go daddy hosting.
However, I am still seeing this issue.
I am not sure what to do at this point. My website has been down for maintenance since Thursday and it is now Monday.
I unblocked admin-Ajax.php
I increased my WP memory limit, I unplugged all plugins to see if that could be the issue.
I’m kind of at a loss here on what else to do at this point.

Hi,
It seems that your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why the theme is not working well. Please check the system status parameters and increase all of them according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
