Ok working on the other part of customization, the Mobile Theme -> Custom Code, I obtained some results using this code:

.td-header-wrap {
height: 90px;
}

.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height: 90px;
bottom: unset;
}

#td-top-mobile-toggle, .td-search-icon {
display: none;
}

Not perfect but a big step.
Thanks,
David.

Hello,
The mobile logo can be edited only with a custom css, you can try this code:
.td-main-menu-logo img {
width: 150px;
}

The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css > phone section.

TO hide the mobile and search on mobile you’ll need to use this custom css:
#td-top-mobile-toggle, .td-search-wrapper {
display: none;
}

The code should be set in the same place as the first one.

I hope this will help you!

I’m using my logo, dimension 544×187, loaded om WP.
Is there a way to have a bigger logo in mobile view?
I’ve disabled also search and menu icons but they continue to be showed on mobile, but not when I use desktop browser in mobile mode. Is there something I miss?

Thanks in advance,
David.

Hi,

Please copy the row from the desktop version and add it to the viewport mobile in the mobile menu section.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please use cloud templates. Edit the mobile viewport of the homepage, for example, and build the top menu, or copy and paste the row. I recommend using the shortcode “Mobile horizontal menu” that is scrollable: https://app.screencast.com/vAzcDNrV3jZlI

Hello. I would like to display the top menu on my mobile device. How can I activate it? Thank you.

Hi there! I’m now using Jetpack Boost to clear cache but there’s been no change. I checked and I am using all the right menus but it is the same issue. The menu button still does not work when the home page loads for brockpress.com on mobile. I can’t seem to find any other plug-in that would be interfering.

Is there anything else I could try?

Hi,

Did you set the background image? To set a background image go in Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/uvDejzbX

Thank you!

Here is the image to show what I mean. There is no colour selected in the theme colours.

Even when you clear the colour it defaults back to the gradient after you save settings. Will never save.

Thank you so much. I have made them both transparent since the start but the default blue stays there no matter what you do. Even if you try and change the colour. I want to show the background image which you can faintly see underneath.

This is the trucking theme on Newspaper<b>Mobile</b> <b>Menu</b>

@Anamaria

I have observed. My site was Ok for 1 day then its again showing like this:https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49284228?key=a7b171d1a9705f07fde269c7190ed41f

please visit the site now. What I have observed is that THIS IS SIMILAR TO MY MOBILE VERSION. THE MENU ON THE LEFT IS SHOWING PAGES EXACTLY LIKE MY MOBILE VERSION.

After few hours or days it started showing this version. THIS IS SUPER STUPID AND STRANGE BUT THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYDAY.

I disabled cache plugin. I HIGHLY DOUBT THERE IS SOMTHING VERY STRANGE BETWEEN DESKTOP AND MOBILE VERSION. Here are all the plugins I am using:

*** Another problem I am facing is that i am keep trying to update tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin. Every time it is showing updated and when I refresh the plugin page, it is showing There is a new version of tagDiv Opt-In Builder available.

Please help me to fix this. I am tired.

Hello,

Yes, if you removed those plugins, you will see the templates that you customize with tagdiv Composer. For menu, go to the mobile viewport, click on the menu icon and check if you choose a menu from this dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/kXblv69NkhU60

Thank you!

So removing the two plugins: TagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP should solve these errors and be able to use the website with the templates created by me?

Another thing is the menu theme on the mobile, which would have to be the same as what I have in the PC version or one would have to be created with the corresponding mobile templates.

Hello brockpress_,

I have the same problem with mobile menu, but for all pages.
Anyway, how did you resolve this problem?
If you resolve of course.

Thanks

Yes, I know about this element and about the demo CSS code there. But I didn’t change or add anything there.

What there could be connected with the mobile menu?

I also saw that user’s report. But my menu does not open on all pages.
In any case, this user didn’t not say how this problem was solved.

Ahhh I get you – but yeh I was tripping over finding the custom css that adds the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on the sidebar Popular Posts element….
so literally just found it when I imported in the block again from the Cloud.

There is a little element called Custom Css, that sits bottom right. When you go in there, you find the custom code written for the demo site.

I’m finding my way about day by day here.

I seen another user also report the Mobile menu not opening for only the homepage (post about 6 hours ago down the forum) – whether it’s related to same thing you experiencing? Check it out.

Yes – can confirm – mobile menu not opening.

Merkcuio – can I ask you something (sorry for doing it via this) – but how did you get the numbered posts css working on internal pages (like About Me, Activities etc) – I’m trying to get that code working that’s on homepage so it numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – but can’t get head around this theme, where that css is stored from the imported demo!

Hi,

Just noticed that the mobile menu does not open after clicking on the mobile menu icon.
https://birgitwetzel.websitedesign.ge

It worked perfectly yesterday.

May I send you my user and pass So you can resolve this issue?

Hello,

1. You can use the Mobile horizontal menu or you can do two menus.
2. Can you please provide some screenshots?
3. A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

Hello,

I recommend not using a plugin to redirect; maybe the menu is not working because there is a plugin conflict or you have some misconfiguration.
Also, if you have created a mobile page, then please make sure that you have set the right menu for it.
Also, did you configure the cache plugin to enable mobile cache?

Thank you!

Hello,
1. This can be done using the theme panel settings. For background – https://i.imgur.com/CVCZ9kk.png and for color – https://i.imgur.com/wMB97WO.png
2. You need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and select the mobile view port, then select the mobile menu and choose the menu you want to use – https://i.imgur.com/HCR42PU.png
Thank you!

I have added a background image for the mobile menu. But everytime I go into Theme Colours > Mobile Menu > and change the gradient from its default blue to transparent and save settings, it just keeps reverting back to a blue gradient. Like a code is telling it to ignore any opacity changes. I have no CSS on the site as it is new. Broken feature. Please help
