Hi, thanks for the quick reply!

Translation is not the issue. If tagdiv mobile is turned on and you search for anything on your site on mobile, a search form + text appear that cannot be accessed/edited anywhere in the theme panel or cloud template editor. In the last hour or two, I tried the code itself, but no luck. I’m talking about this: https://imgur.com/a/ssVkvtA
Is there any chance that form was left there by mistake after an update? Because it’s not there on desktop.

Unfortunately, search exclude did not work. BUT! It is solved now. If anyone has a similar problem, the first thing that seems to work is Ajax Search Lite by replacing the themes search forms.

Hi,
For the moment the theme option for the lazy load doesn’t work on iframes, or embeds.
It is applied only to the featured image elements used on the theme.
Thank you!
I understand, usually on the mobile version the loading is slower because most of the time a mobile device has a slower internet connection.
What I can recommend is that you use flex block elements to use the cache option on the – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/ and if the problem still persists, you can try using the mobile page template – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ using a mobile page template you can adjust the content, set smaller images to be used etc.
Thank you!

Hello,

The mega menu will not be displayed on the mobile theme; this can work only on the responsive version or mobile page. What you can do is create a mobile menu and set it on mobile.
Also, the footer you can customize from Theme Panel-> Mobile Theme -> footer => https://i.imgur.com/7ABDfSe.png

Thank you!

Hello,
I disabled lazy loading on my site
https://nook.rs
I think that is lazy load on featured image is very very slow on mobile version of posts and home page after upgrade to latest version of theme.

Desktop version is ok.

But Lazy loading on mobile pages with element “post loops” works perfectly!

When I have posts with embeded social links loading is more slowly

Php 8.1, theme latest version, ngnix, fastcgi cache, dedicate server + only 1 site.

Thank in advance.

There is a search form that I can’t modify anywhere. I searched for it in the cloud template editor and the mobile theme settings in the theme panel. It’s nowhere but still appears only on mobile & the results come based on that form. Even the text is odd: “If you_re not happy with the results, please do another search”. I removed like 4 similar texts from various search forms but I can’t find this specific text either. This text doesn’t exist in any panel or editor. Disabling the tagdiv mobile is not an option because from that point 99.9% of the site needs to be revamped to fix everything else.
You can check the bug here, only appears on mobile devices: https://bigfreakingaming(dot)com/?s=a
Pages should not be there either because they are excluded everywhere, yet that new search form + text appear + the pages too with it. Is there a workaround to fix this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I just checked your website and it looks like you are using the mobile theme plugin. This is a plugin theme for mobile, so it will display a different template than the responsive version. What I recommend is to disable the mobile theme plugin, then the responsive version will be used.
Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately for the standard pack, it will not be introduced, because this plugin is becoming deprecated.
For mobile themes, I will add a suggestion, but I don’t know if it will be implemented, because they want to keep this mobile version as simple as possible.

Thank you!

Hello,
Kindly add a bookmark system in Mobile Theme and Standard Pack plugins.
We are not able to set a bookmark system in a mobile theme plugin and not in the predefined post type of Standard Pack.
Note- We don’t want to use the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin

Hi,
I’m trying to hide the “Sign In” link from mobile menu, but when I switch off on Theme Panel > Mobile Theme nothing happens…. I really don’t have a clue where to change that. Also, I wanted to show a logo on top of mobile menu, but I don’t know how…and change the style of the font, line spacing, etc… How can I change that?

We hope we solved the issue deactivating mobile theme plugin (it mades main mobile page works properly, but amp pages don´t work) and activating again (both mobile and amp pages look to work correctly).
Thank you Bettina for your quick answer

Hi,
I did several checks, and indeed it seems that using only amp or amp with the mobile theme, although the element of breadcrumbs appears on the page, is not in the scheme. Unfortunately, for the moment, this situation can only be corrected with an SEO plugin, because this element is not added either by amp or by the mobile theme plugin.
We would add to our list of suggestions to add a breadcrumbs scheme from the mobile theme plugin when it is used with amp, I hope that our developers will take this suggestion into consideration for the next update.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi, how do I disable the possibility of creating new accounts and logging in to the Menu in the mobile theme?

I am using breadcrumbs on both amp and non-amp versions of my website. On non-amp version, I have used breadcrumbs shortcode from TD composer and for the amp, I have switched on the breadcrumbs option in theme panel>mobile settings>breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs are appearing fine on both the versions. But when I check my pages in Google rich results testing tool, only the non-amp version has the Breadcrumbs Structured data. I am not having issue with displaying the breadcrumbs. The issue is structured data(schema) for the breadcrumbs in the pages.

Also I am not using any plugin to inject breadcrumbs schema in the page, so I assume it’s added by the theme on the desktop/responsive version. I am not completely sure though.

Please help

Hello,

Please provide some screenshots.
Also, please let me know if you have the mobile theme plugin activated, if yes, then the problem is caused by the cache plugin.
If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hi,

Please deactivate the tagDiv mobile theme plugin.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello

If the mobile theme plugin is reinstalled, is there any other method to solve the grid issue I mentioned earlier?

Thanks.
