Hello!
It seems that you use the Mobile theme plugin. Please set up the correct logo by sizes in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m not sure I fully understand what issue you have, can you provide more details?
Also, if you created a mobile page, please make sure you don’t have the mobile theme plugin activate.

Hello,
Please make sure you have disabled the tagDiv Standard pack plugin, to have the settings from the Mobile theme, (from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates).
Thank you!
Hi admin-forum, Sorry for the late answerer, I’m glad that you manage to solve the problem.
Usually, using the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin, will provide you access to all 3 options from the theme panel > mobile theme, those options are use to apply the mobile theme only for mobile, for mobile + amp and only for amp. What that means, is that is that the mobile theme layout will be use for selected option. Now when you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll need to set for pages a content in mobile editor. https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/

Hi i’ve installed TagDiv Mobile Theme. In my newspaper kokpit – Themes panel – in position: Plugin Settings – Mobile Theme – I havn’t got a option – “Post Settings”, like you have in yours tutorial video: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Where is a problem?
Hello, I’ve probably a problem of compatibility with in my wordpress installation :
Website display works good on desktops and Laptops.
Concerning mobiles, there is a problem apparently with the AMP display for the newspaper theme.
Maybe it comes from the template itself, from from a conflict with other plugins or from something else. I don’t know…
I’ve installed properly AMP with the wizard, following your documentation, AMP Plugin Tab appears in my WordPress Admin Menu and I can configurate it normally.
The mobile page is good displayed without AMP. With AMP, it doesn’t work good !
Maybe, there are other problems – I don’t know really.
Anyway, it’s impossible to select the tab option MOBILE + AMP in the theme Administration – Theme Panel – Mobile Theme.
Here is the address of the website : https://www.tiktokk.info
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,
Are you maybe using Cloudflare? – https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/error-520/
If you do, would it be possible to test without it being active for a while?
Even if you do use Cloudflare however, it would be unusual if the cause of such problems are the mobile theme + AMP plugins, and only after the latest theme update. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also if possible a server manager if the hosting provides one. We will take a look, maybe we can find out why there are such problems.
Thank you!
When I load my home page, a broken menu (mobile menu and mobile search box) appears on screen. After page loading complete home page comes up.
Need a quick solution.
Broken page here

We’ve been experiencing this problem since the last update of Newsmag came out.
Out WordPress and Newsmag are up to date.
When our website crashes, it shows the error 520.
I want to know what we should do to fix this issue.
Should we deactivate the tagdiv mobile theme and then reactivate?
Or should we reinstall everything and wait for a update for the mobile theme?
We’re losing access that are really important for us. Now, when I’m writing this post, there were at last 120 people on our website at the same time.
Hi there,
I have enabled AMP and it seems to work for my Home Page, Contact Page – etc.. anything that is a page. However, for my blog posts, I am using various Cloud Templates named ‘Category: Events’ or ‘Category: Lifestyle’.
Under Theme Panel > Categories I have the Cloud Library Template set to Category: Street Style which is used as the master and under each additional category I have inherit from Global settings.
But nowhere on these settings or within the cloud template settings can I find an AMP option. These pages are all showing up as normal pages on a mobile device, how do I fix this?
http://www.cocktailrevolution.net.au – you can see this by going to this site.
Thanks
Hello, we have an issue displaying the caption of the images in amp posts in our web (https://mifamiliaviajera.com). The caption looks right in not amp pages but in amp posts the caption extends in multiple lines as you can see

We have searched the forum and we found a similar problem where you give this solution
You can use this custom code to fix it => https://www.screencast.com/t/VjabZTHLukO
.wp-block-image .alignright>figcaption {
display: inline-block;
}
Set the code in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code =>
Can we use this code to solve our problem? or is it a different one.. in this case, what can we do?
Regards
Ana
I have activated the theme on my money site and your theme is costing me lots of loss in terms of revenue and ranking on google ever since I have updated the theme, the Mobile Usability score is continuously going down on google search console, whenever the site loads it shows scrambled text and images for first few seconds and then the layout automatically gets fixed and when I test the link of my website on Google Mobile-Friendly Test it gives too many errors and I’m losing ranking on google because of this issue.
Note: I’m having this issue on both mobile and desktop, I have first updated the theme to 11.2 which totally messed up my website and then I installed the previous version of the theme that is 10.4
Theme activated on: https://www.goodelectricshaver.com
Have a look at the google mobile-friendly test result for my website, follow the link below
https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=6jvRnjO5_dZyS6GbmRg6PQ
Please do something about this since I’m losing both ranking and revenue

Now, you can use which one is more suitable for your needs.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme.
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. The design is looking pretty similar as our plugin. Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
If you want only Mobile and not Mobile + AMP, please set it in the theme panel -> mobile theme -> mobile settings this option.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello, I’m looking to buy a second license for a new website but I was never able to figure out the mobile theme. I just want a simple listing of the latest news and some menus, nothing fancy. Since it’s different from the desktop layout, am I supposed to go for the route where I delete the apps and create the mobile page? Right now, I have that done with a mobile theme from the cloud installed, but it’s not showing the correct way.
https://widebodynews.com/
Also, I have a question about AMP. It seems to disable my lightbox and google search console showed links with /amp in them at the end, so it was seeing two types of links which I thought was strange. If I don’t want amp I’m supposed to go the mobile page rout?
https://widebodynews.com/muscle-cars/hot-rodder-cant-buy-his-old-dodge-charger-daytona-builds-this-instead/?amp=1
(note, I have watched “Let’s go Mobile!” ten times. Please tell me what is the ideal solution to my situation).
