Hi Sentropi, the mobile theme plugin is using the options for mobile posts from tagDiv Standard Pack (you need to install end activate this plugin from newspaper > plugins) -> https://i.imgur.com/HtTABx7.png after you remove unwanted elements you can disable the standard pack.

first, desktop website and home page = its perfect
second, (mobile theme activated) mobile home page with grids and latest posts its perfect for me again because i want it simple
third, desktop post page when you click the article you read it in this page so i edited this page to make it simle like my home page = its perfect for me
fourth picture is the problem because i delete those unnecessary social media icons or author name or date while i can delete them in desktop. how can i remove them? i looked into theme panel and mobile theme options i couldnt find anything.
mobile home page you guys give with mobile theme is perfectly simple. i went into theme panel closed footer header uploaded a logo choose 6 post grip and latest articles capped 10 posts. everything is simple. but i cant make any change on the post page with mobile theme. am i missing something? how can i remove those social media icons and others?
i dont want to create mobile template directly with tagvid composer and then use it. because its working slow that way. this mobile theme is perfectly fast and simple but i couldnt figure out how can i edit post pages. please help.

I am willing to work with you to resolve this issue. I can see even in version 10 you have the same problems. Personally, I do not think its a “plugin” or custom code as you say because all I did is import the newspaper theme and change the text. Basically its the same as the demo you provide but with different text.Â

Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
Also, if you want you can disable the mobile theme plugin for home page, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in the current post/page https://www.screencast.com/t/wFVtXvbWQT if you use the option, then it will be using the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.

You need to change the background color for mobile header from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/Ou8CBHm25, not in the theme files.
Also, the image size should change depending on the screen size.
To display the latest posts, it depends on the cache, and it is advisableclear all cache(also from your browser) and see if it appears.

Hi Johannd1b, I see that you are using the multipurpose header style 3, if you use the standard header styles, then the only way to have a different menu on mobile is to use the mobile theme plugin or you can choose a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library and this can be edited with tagDiv Composer, in this way you can set a menu for desktop and a different one for mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/vcsLujZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kMOa3RX.png

Even the mobile theme broke and got deleted. This is the last dollar, cent you get from me. I will never purchase your theme again, even though I like it and think it’s really well made. But your lack of customer support and the fact that you cannot update the theme automatically is a huge minus for you because it’s such a big risk and a time-waster. My site is NOT the same before the theme, it’s worse and it looks like crap now because I can’t remember all the settings and configurations. This has become a huge issue for my business which you have caused.

Also if you are using the mobile theme plugin, and the mobile version is display on desktop, then will be display on all browsers that are used, for this you need to use a cache plugin that has support for mobile themes, like wp super cache.
If you disable the mobile theme plugin, the it will be use the responsive version.

I realise its not been tested on the Brave Browser but it has been working just like any other browser. Hi, we use the Newspaper X theme for our gaming news website . Since the last theme update, we have been facing the following problems:
1. Our website is monetized by Google Ads. We can see them in Tagdiv composer, however some ads aren’t visible on the website, even after ad code was placed in the theme panel. This problem is only for the Desktop site, for mobile we are using mobile theme + amp which shows ads perfectly.
2. When we open a category page from the main menu, it always shows the latest posts on top, which shouldn’t happen.
The posts under review category don’t show up at all.

3. We are using the Magazine Pro template, and it came with some background images like the image in the footer. We have removed all those images however in the gtmetrix waterfall tab, for some posts we can see those images are loading even after they were removed.

I have two problems:
1) There is something wrong with my header image that takes ages to load. I have tried to insert alternate header images, which appear successfully if I am using TagDiv composer. If I close it, they disappear. I also see a 404 in my network panel as the theme tries to load in /bghd.jpg (which doesn’t exist on the server). I am not sure where this is set or how to tell the theme to not use it.
2) My menu is not clickable on mobile devices. I have used the same menu item in TagDiv composer, which appears at larger sizes. I still see the hamburger menu icon on mobile devices, but no menu items appear when I click on it.
I’m happy to share login details / do a quick screenshare for someone to talk me through settings.

Let me see if I understand correctly, do you want to use the mobile theme plugin (not the responsive version) and this is not working? If is so, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please make a test using only tagDiv plugin.
Also please let me know, you manually install the mobile theme plugin or the theme? Also if you can provide some screenshots to see how it looks when is not working will help a lot.

Using cloud templates created by tagDiv, Sign in / Join is not showing in mobile view and I’m unable to change nav drawer opacity in mobile view.
I’m not using a mobile template plugin. I just want the same PC site in mobile like in a normal responsive website.
I have two problems:
1. The signin / Login / Join / Signup / register module is not displayed in mobile viewport. Even though when I put it manually with tagdiv composer, the fields won’t show.
2. I’m not finding anywhere how to change the opacity of Nav menu drawer of mobile (the gradient background)
I’m finding it very difficult to do that with tagDiv composer.
I’m new to tagDiv theme please help me with a step by step tutorial.

I am using polylang plugin for translation and polylang is doing great it translates everything and newspaper theme is fully compatible as well as mobile theme plugin but the only problem is when i am using mobile theme with Amp plugin only then the main menu and the footer menu not translating to another language as i am switching the language, and if i am using only mobile plugin not with amp plugin then everything works fine, everything translates.
