I cannot change the background color and image in Mobile Theme of my website http://www.cafaggiincucina.com.
I would like to reduce the transparency of the gradient, but I already tryed to change at Template Menu and at the Mobile menu. I clicked at save but it does not really save. And when I go back there is at the same way at the beginning.
Why is it not saving and changing?
The same think is happening when I am trying to add an image.

Please make sure that you are using amp plugin with mobile theme plugin, after that you’ll need to index your amp versions on google.

I use the responsive options in WP Bakery for the columns to control the content that I want to be seen on desktop vs mobile, however after upgrading the theme from 8.5 to 10, this isn’t working now. I sent a support ticket to WP Bakery thinking the issue was probably with them, but they took a look at it and tell me it’s because of a customization you all have made to WP Bakery for the theme that’s causing the issue. Using mobile theme with amp the rel=”amphtml” is set in post and pages -> https://i.imgur.com/7WzbUqs.png
This can be a plugin conflict or something that is interfering and the plugins is not working normal. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yeah that is happening because of conflict with other plugin but in mobile theme page title show only
And the other content disappear in mobile Amp

Hello TagDiv, thank you for an awesome theme.
Right now I am migrating a website to WordPress with the newspaper theme and I have two esthetic problems that has appeared.
1. When the landing page is in mobile size, the main slider gets two white bars around the image, I can’t really find the reason to this and would like some help to remove the bars and make the image fill out the screen instead.
2. When the website is in mobile size, the header gets small pink slips in the corners. Can’t really find the reason for this either and would appreciate some help with removing those so that the header is in the same color everywhere.

You are using a header template, from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer, also the ads can be set from theme panel => https://i.imgur.com/JhWOrQO.png or can be set directly in ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/NhXTJCS.png

So you want to adjust the mobile theme to be more like responsive version of theme.

the css is:

This need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css and if you are using mobile theme plugin, then you’ll need to set this code in theme panel> mobile theme >custom code> css too.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I’ve enabled the transitional mode (Mobile + AMP) via mobile theme options to see if it’s got something to do with the decrease of valid indexed AMP posts in search console. Now I can access the AMP plugin options (it’s back in the WP panel menu) and the AMP options when editing the posts. But I appreciate any help on this issue.
Hi there.Mobile theme Rocks!! I have received hundreds of msg from my users that my site on mobile is really very fast and very good user experience.Even Google page speed shows 100 for my site.
I have just one question that when we click on the menu item on the mobile site it does not show the contents, just a blank page. My Menu is made of pages so I believe the mobile theme does not support pages in the menu. For now, I have created a new menu adding categories as many items and display in mobile however can you please confirm if page based many is not supported in mobile theme(I think it is for good, faster speed).
I am using mobile+AMP option
in my “site help” i have this error:
persistent object caching in not enabled (AMP)
Theme panel>Mobile Theme>Use Mobile Theme for: AMP
I havte try:

However, I have noticed slight differences between the posts.
For example: when I click on one of the posts, the header colour scheme and layout of the menu seem to be normal (https://imgur.com/3QP9h4k and https://imgur.com/rgj3dnK).
However, when I click on another post, the header colour scheme is black and layout of the menu appears differently (https://imgur.com/1DkvwCK and https://imgur.com/TGykvgD)
I have only deactivated the Mobile Theme, I have not made any changes in the Composer or Theme panel.
9. I noticed the the button circled in red only appears when the Mobile Theme is activated but not when it is deactivated https://imgur.com/NfdCJw1. Is there a way I can include this on my site when the Mobile Theme is deactivated?

Thank you for your answers. I have broken down my follow up questions separately for ease of understanding.
1 and 2. In my WordPress dashboard, I went to Pages > Home — Front Page > tagDiv Composer
But I cannot access the top menu, there’s no option for me to click and edit it. Where do I go to access and edit the top menu? https://imgur.com/dnezh3n
3. A) So if I have the mobile theme installed then the top menu and footer is black by default no matter which demo theme I install?
3. B) If I have the mobile theme installed then my website will run much faster compared to not having it installed?
3. C) To clarify my understanding, if I have the mobile theme installed then I cannot do much editing or customization to the mobile design?
4. To clarify, you would recommend that I should only do edits and customization through the tagDiv Composer, and not do them through the Theme panel?
