The footer on mobile and amp are different because you use tagDiv mobile theme plugin as amp template and this one looks a little different. Also the problem seems to be caused by this error -> https://i.imgur.com/o4FllQl.png make sure that this is not a plugin conflict.

Usually we recommend to our clients to use WPML translate plugin, this can translate the menus/pages/posts/cloud templates.
If you are using other plugin for translate is very possible to interpret wrong the theme menus, also the mobile theme plugin have a different implementation then the theme.

The menu would be translated, but it will still have the hyperlinks to the English language site… I need them to also send the user to the Dutch pages.
So how do I use the NL mobile menu with NL text and NL hyperlinks in the mobile theme? If the desktop theme can work with two menu versions, then why can’t the mobile theme?

today (without having touched anything in the plugins or anything else) I discovered that the theme does not reduce the size of the youtube videos, browsing from a mobile phone.
Usually I just need to insert the video link and wordpress automatically puts it in the right size.
I use Gutenberg.
I tried to disable all u plugins but the problem remains. When all the plug-ins are deactivated the theme adapts the video in width and not in height and in addition does not make it clickable.
Very serious problem

My blog is in two languages, but I can’t get my mobile website to use the secondary language menu.
I created two mobile menus, one for English and one for Dutch, and assigned them to the right locations. Yet in Theme Panel > Mobile Settings, I can enter only one option for main menu. This setting seems the overwrite the other settings.
How do I make my mobile theme use the NL menu for the NL website and the EN menu for the EN website?

This is the worst customer support ever. I can’t believe I have to pay extra to get this type of service. I send in a ticket – shouldn’t the link to my site be connected to my profile, you send me basic answers back, take 24 hours for each answer and no resolutions.
http://www.dailydream360.com is the site. Again the issue is Mobile theme. I have the ad code placed in the MOBILE THEME Ad slots and i put the network code in the MOBILE THEME Analytics window with the google analytics. The in post ads are not showing up on mobile.
We have recently updated the newspaper theme on https://www.bbrief.co.za/ and started noticing some issues on mobile.
Sometimes funny codes just appear, sometime the hyperlinked texts is in blue instead of red.
The usual theme colours on the sides disappear.
We have one article (https://www.bbrief.co.za/2019/12/03/the-upside-to-being-inside/)with )that has it’s appropriate background color.
The other posts don’t have their own background colors even though the background color was set under Theme Panel>Categories.
I assumed at first it was maybe because some articles have more than one category so I would go into the article and make the category (which background color I want) as the primary, but still no luck.
Will you please help and assist us.

Using the mobile theme, the mobile version will look different, but will be more faster -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ also if the images do not appear then you’ll need to enable from theme panel the thumbs that are specific.

Yes, I am aware of where the mobile ads go, I have inserted the ad code from my ad network into slots for Loop Ad, Article Inline and Article Bottom? Is there a different header code for the Mobile theme where I have to reinsert the analytics/ad network tracking code into?

from what I can see now the mobile version and the desktop one are the same, maybe before you had the mobile theme plugin activate.
Also you can customize the pages and cloud templates using tagDiv Composer per each device (dis new option will be apply on flex elements and cloud elements) -> https://i.imgur.com/Z6kmrgg.png

Hi! I’ve updated to Newspaper 10.2, and I’m able to set up AMP Analytics from the AMP plugin option in the menu but as soon as I activate the Mobile Plugin, this option disappears. However, in the Theme panel, in the Mobile Theme section, there is no “AMP Analytics” section. I.e. it does not look like the view suggested here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
There is no “AMP Ads” either.
Is that only for me? Or is there another place I can insert my analytics code?
