Hey there, thank you for the prompt response. From the method of altering header files which you have mentioned, I would suppose that it would be a tough procedure. Due to many factors of the theme and mobile/tablet transition for example. ? Please advice me on this as it would be good if I can achieve the desired look I am looking for.

hi.

Yep right, but I do not understand why that was work fine with visual composer and not good with TD Composer, so my only solutions are : stop using TD composer and go again with VC ? or desactivate this theme mobile ? (but i like it !)

Thanks for your time

Hello,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme, right? Please notice that plugin is such different than the general responsive mobile. So, if you are using the Mobile Theme plugin, notice that all the pages which use a Visual Composer/ TD Composer shortcodes will not be recognized for this and that’s why you bring these shortcodes for your mobile view mode. For more information about this theme’s concept, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thanks for the message!

Hi,
Upon attempting to install the tagDiv Mobile Theme, following the directions I have noticed this file was not included with my theme purchase. In other words following the file path Newspaper-tf\plugins\td-mobile-plugin.zip, it does not appear.

Thanks,
-Guy

Hello Somosung,

Yes, it’s possible but please notice that our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! You should use such a custom CSS code in order to achieve as you wish. As a recommendation, you should try using the media queries and target the mobile layout with the desired instructions for your blocks -> https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the message!

Hello josecarlos,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, but please notice that, for example, if you will use the Google Chrome browser for your phone, there you have an option named “Request desktop site” which displays you the exact desktop layout for your mobile. For more information about this setting, please check the following useful guide here -> https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-request-desktop-version-of-a-web-site-in-chrome-for-android/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello nicobros,

Most likely, you have iPad mini which has 768px as width and please notice that device is classified as mobile and that’s why you bring that theme layout for this iPad, sorry!
Unfortunately, we do not have any solution in this case, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

The thumbs on your page seem fine. They are clear and crisp: https://www.screencast.com/t/op3Cfs7GmT
You cannot have blocks show the exact image size as the one you upload. Each block uses it’s own thumbnail size: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

As for the logo the sticky menu logo will grab the main logo and shrink it to fit the main menu bar https://www.screencast.com/t/vDbKNIcBOu8p
You can choose to grab the mobile logo for the scrolling menu: https://www.screencast.com/t/p22UglQr

Thanks.

Hello Somosung,

Unfortunately, the mobile theme has not been designed to be used with Newsmag theme, sorry! At the moment, this plugin is available only for Newsmag product.

Thanks for your understanding!

I’ve activated the mobile theme but I don’t want categories to be shown or photos. Just the headlines. Is there a way to do this?

If I disable the plugin and have it use the home page, the sidebar content (we have a left sidebar) appears first.

Can I create a mobile homepage separately and set it to be the mobile site?

Hello!
Could someone help me with the mobile version of my website? http://ubicrypto.com/
I think it has something to do with my disabling the Tag Div Mobile plugin. I disabled it because the business theme is not compatible with mobile.

The problem is that it does not load any of the pages because of a timeout. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Thanks,

Hi Catalin,

Yes, we understand the mobile theme is not designed for iPad but it is triggered when we visit our website on iPad!

Our question is how we can disable the mobile theme when someone visits our website on iPad or other tablets. You understand what we mean?

Thank you.

Hello nicobros,

Please notice that the mobile theme will be loaded only for devices which have maximum 767px as width. The mobile plugin has not been designed to be used for iPad or any other devices.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

Sorry but the mobile theme has no filters or controls over the content displayed on the front page. It will show a list of your latest articles. If you want to change this rule, you will have to alter the code: https://www.screencast.com/t/3UZZP3qE0Fos

Thank you!

Hi Team,

Thanks for your excellent theme. It looks great and is user friendly.

Yesterday, I tried to visit our website on iPad, we found that the mobile theme was triggered. It looks very ugly and it seems that mobile theme should not be shown on iPad.

We read through some of your questions here regarding this issue. We are sure we do not have any cache plugin with our site.

Could you advise how we can fix it? Below is our website for your reference, thank you!

Nico

Hey,

I need to display 3 menus on my mobile site. Same as my desktop site.

Top Menu
Main Menu
Footer Menu

But the theme seems to only allow to set 2 of them.
Any way to set all 3?
