Please is there any other option of mobile theme that is 100% compatible with newsmagazine8 theme? Most of my visitors visit with mobile and the speed isn’t so good right now that’s why I’m so into this

First off, great theme, it really has a wide variety of customization opitons, which is a plus.
1) To begin, we were wondering if it is at all possible to display the “Big Grid Full 1” block on mobile the way it appears on the homepage. When on mobile, I only see latest posts but not the “Big Grid Full 1” the way it layed out currently on the homepage.
If so, we would also like to have tabs appear on mobile, say if were to add them on a block like the way this website did it –> hypebeast.com (they have tabs on mobile)

2) Also, the animation setting on the theme doesn’t seem to be responding on the latest posts for some reason (block 12). I would like the images to scale when they are being hovered on the homepage as well.
Please make option to show custom categories post in mobile theme to them on top. Or there should be random posts.

It only comes when you use both mobile theme and speed booster plugin together.
You can either deactivate mobile theme or speed booster.

I am getting the same thing on Newsmag 3.4 and its a standard install and its not the mobile theme as the plugin is not supported on Newsmag yet?

I’m here cause i noticed a little bug on the mobile version of Newspaper. When you load the homepage or an article, before that the browser loaded the full HTML/CSS, there is a blue color on the page that cover the content, exactly the color of menu’s background. Is there a way to fix this, i don’t really like that.

This depends if you use the mobile theme plugin or not. If you do not use the mobile theme, the mobile header is common with the desktop header:

At the moment the mobile theme is not working on your website, also there is a huge number of errors present on the page

This most likely is caused by a problematic plugin, or plugin conflict. Try as a test to deactivate all of them except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear the cache and see if it is working as intended. Also very important is to update all the plugins provided in the theme package along with the theme updates.

I have a reoccuring problem with newspaper mobile theme. Rarely it it works (like I set everything up in theme panel)and most of the time, mobiles and tablets only display the normal (main) responsive theme. Both seem to be in conflict, but I have no idea how to solve this problem. Could you please help?

The top menu cannot be sticky. It does not share the main menu functionality to scroll with the content.
As for the mobile menu, it is probably a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I have a reoccurring problem with my Newspaper theme. There is a large white space on all posts when my site is viewed on mobile (i.e. The page seems to be too wide) The problem isn’t related to a plugin I don’t think as I deactivated them all one by one and the problem remains.
Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance for any advice anyone might have.

I’ve recently implemented some new ads for my website, ScreenGeek.net, and the ads load correctly on desktop, but not on mobile. The ad company says that other sites aren’t having this issue at all, so I think it’s something to do with the theme or the coding. It only does it with certain ads, so I’m not sure what to do. I also can’t attach an image on here, so if you happen to look, it might take a couple of clicks on the site to see what’s happening. It happens with ‘Pandora’ ads.

Please keep in mind that we do not have any bad reports with the responsiveness on mobile the mobile after our latest theme update, sorry! The theme was fully tested on mobile and should have to be responsive. Most likely, the problem come by your end. Ensure that you have right update the theme via FTP way and also, if you are using some untested plugins, you have to disable all of them and leave just only the required plugins because all of these could interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, like this, sorry! After this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there after this advice, you should make a new clean install to another sub-domain and check the results.
If the problem is still there after re-installing the theme, you should provide your website URL and also, some useful screenshots with your problems so I can identify it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
