Hello drvarun5179,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should customize yourself the mobile theme if you want to achieve as you wish. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide this type of services, sorry! As a hint, the files which create the mobile theme can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SMBV8jvp1JU
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
i need help, on my site https://www.corporel.de/ the mobile theme is running, but the 3 images are not shown, like my other site with the theme? How i can fix it?
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.corporel.de&tab=mobile
Well, i was indeed able to call the sidebar in mobile bbpress php, but the default sidebar rather than the bbpress sidebar.
Rather, my original question is now- is there any way to disable the mobile theme/plugin under specific pages. Is there any code or shortcode by which i can do some hit and trials (given the forum is not active yet). I would very love to discover the possibilities if any.
Hello drvarun5179,
Please notice that our mobile theme does not call the sidebars on mobile. All of these were removed because the mobile display does not allow to show them, sorry! If you need to display the sidebars on mobile, you should disable the mobile theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
Basic follow up recommendations are already provided by the developers. I will give you some additional tips (considering you are using the mobile theme plugin already):
1. Optimize images
>Reduce the size of files just before uploading. Use this software- Caesium, and set quality to 80 (i set 60-80 depending on existing size). Resize image to 1280 maximum, unless you really need to show images with high quality.
>Use Wp Smush and regenerate thumbnail plugin.
2. Use a CDN– Cloudfare is free. Its easy to set up too.
3. Https support– trust me, its really good. You can always google https vs http to find why https is good. You can get a FREE SSL certificate from Cloudfare indeed and implement it on your website.
4. Remove query strings– so far, i use Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin to fix it. Query strings are actually calling server for something specific.
5. Use WP Super cache (supported by theme) and Cloudfare and yes, GTMetrix plugin. These 3 will make your website god of speed.
6. Heartbeat control– its pretty much for reducing load on your server, not recommended if you can’t implement it properly.
7. Wp Optimize– cleans out waste garbage in your database.
Hope this helps. I personally tested them all out. So far, i just couldn’t figure out a way to fix those etags.
Hello,
Loving your theme. But I’m currently trying to integrate BBPress in my blog, https://medicforyou.in. It works charm, but it seems like bbpress hasn’t been configured properly for Mobile theme (with tagdiv mobile plugin). The core element- sidebar is missing from mobile theme. I did try calling mobile theme using <?php get_sidebar('bbpress'); ?> but it’s not working. Then i followed the link- BBPress Creating Specific Sidebar. That didn’t work out as well.
Then i tried plugin organizer, but it failed too i guess. So my guess is, either there’s a way to disable the mobile theme plugin on bbpress entirely or call the bbpress sidebar on bbpress mobile php.
I hope you understand, given the fact that these days 70-85% visitors are coming from mobile. The only fix so far was to disable mobile theme plugin by tagdiv. I really don’t wanna lose the speed this super plugin provides. Please have a look into it.

Hi,
Please try the solution provided in this topic to fix this issue
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-mobile-theme-5/
Hopefully this problem will be fixed with the next update for the super cache plugin. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
The top grid that is displayed on top of the mobile page picks posts included in the featured category – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
This grid is followed by the Latest articles section, which simply displays the latest articles. There are no options to change how these elements work regarding the picking of posts. The top section will only display posts from the featured category.
If you would like exactly the same content from desktop to appear on mobile, you can simply deactivate the mobile plugin. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt for best results in every situation. More information about the mobile theme and how it works here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello,
My mobile page is showing the proper menu in apparently one specific category only: “artigos”. All other categories show the regular desktop menu below the articles as if the mobile theme isn’t activated. I wish the mobile theme to show properly.
Any help?
Thanks!
Hello cartu73,
I have inspected your website and now, your website on mobile seems to work as expected. Also, I have noticed that you have some errors in your console which might come from your untested plugins used with the theme. I saw that you are using the Jetpack plugin, especially Photon module of it which is a problematic plugin, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bsz1LXrS7RJF You should remove all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Clear all your caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
The mobile theme is very sensitive to caching. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Wp super cache also has a flaw in it;s code that must be adjusted as shown here:
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows in the provided link.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is where the Like/Tweet feature for the post page is defined in the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9MRMBr1g
You would need to copy the code into this file in the mobile theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OJtqhN6E2kj
It would look like this with some minimal styling
– https://www.screencast.com/t/W5XFcJjjv
You can try it this way and see if it works for you, I have not tested this extensively so this implementation may provide unexpected results.
Thanks
Hello,
Sorry but the mobile version is the same as the desktop version unless you use the mobile theme. The mobile theme plugin allows you to have another menu fro mobiles, different from the desktop menu.
Thank you!

Hi,
My website http://www.dianalegacy.com is opening in Mobile mode on Desktop.
I have checked my Theme panel, homepage all is working.
Please assist. Thanks.

AMF
Sometimes it works, sometimes it uploads features that i’ve set up in the past and everything seems to be different from the latest update to the website that i’ve made. This morning i’ve tried to disactivate all the plugin, then clear the cache and then reset all the cnd file. For a while it seems to has worked, but now we are in the same situation of this morning. The mobile theme doesn’t work, even ifni disactivate the related plugin when i’ve try to visit my website from mobile it shows to me the mobile theme (but obviously not in the way that i want).
Hello,
This is because you use the tagdiv mobile theme. Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
It is an optional plugin and can be disabled at any time if you do not want to use it.
Thank you!
Can you please show me the code I need to add to the mobile theme
Hi,
There is no option to display these features on mobile when using the mobile theme. It would require modifications to the theme files to achieve this. If you would like them to appear, you can simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin, and they will be displayed. The theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size and device, while also displaying the same content from desktop as well.
Thanks
Hello didtav,
You should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-mobile-footer-wrap{
display:none;
}
Thanks for the message!
Hello didtav,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for the menu to be always sticky on Mobile Theme, sorry! You should edit the theme core files in order to include this effect. This is not a simple task and if you aren’t aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understating!
Hello,
You probably use the mobile theme and this could be the reason for the op posts not updating. The homepage top posts on the mobile theme show featured posts. If you do not mark new posts as featured, they will not change. Please read this guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
In order to mark the posts as featured: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Thank you!
Hello Vishal,
If you want to display the top bar menu on the mobile devices, you souhld use a bit of CSS code for it. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
}
}
