Hello faizitagdiv,

I have inspected your website and I saw that your general font family is “Century Gothic” which is applied to any devices. The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to have a different font for mobile mode than desktop, sorry! Try to clear all your caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

I have inspected your website and it seems to be displaying the mobile theme at the moment on some pages
https://www.screencast.com/t/rbuoWYCv
In previous topics related to this problem usually it was a caching plugin to blame. Please try and disable the plugin and check to see if the problem is fixed. Also update all the plugins provided with the theme, from the theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
It is recommended to use WP Super Cache for best results, with the settings mentioned in this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
For the Big Grids you could use a code like this, and change the values how you want
https://www.screencast.com/t/cC81UruuCFsX
This is the code used, you must enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css

.td_module_mx19 .td-module-title a,
.td_module_mx20 .td-module-title a{
font-size: 30px;
line-height: 30px;
font-weight: bold;
}

Thanks

Hi,

I see what you are referring to. This seems to be caused by a link present in the post content
https://www.screencast.com/t/0xwQLtfkS
https://www.screencast.com/t/Y59RAhVJ0kKJ
Please try the code provided below, and it should make the link display properly on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/Q0AcnwH1

.single .td-post-content p a {
word-break: break-word;
}

The code must be entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom Css
https://www.screencast.com/t/wdf5eaLR
Please let me know if this is a working solution for you.

Thanks

Hello,

If you want to remove the search on the mobile menu you can simply use a css code to remove it.
Add this code in the theme panle-> custom css box:
@media(max-width:767px){
.header-search-wrap{
display:none;
}}

If you use the mobile theme plugin you must add the co0de in the mobile theme section (the very last menu in the theme panel)

Thank you!

Hello,

The mobile theme plugin is an optional plugin that can be deactivated at any time. If you use the standard responsive version of the theme, the content will be exactly the same as the desktop version except it will be on 1 columns as the mobile version of the site (plugin or not) only has 1 columns to show content.

Thank you!

Hello,

@Sanalsantiye

Unfortunately the mobile theme will not use visual composer elements so using a default author box is not allowed. You can however create a list of your authors in the mobile editor as you would create a post by using the tiny mce editor.

Thanks

Hi,

If you have the mobile theme activated, then this will display predefined templates for the page, post, category etc. On the homepage for example it will display a Big grid on top that will show posts from the featured category, so you need to have posts in this category in order for it to appear. After the Big grid there will be a Latest articles section. Content for the pages on mobile has to be inserted in the same page edit screen as you would on desktop, but in the Mobile editor – https://www.screencast.com/t/B0J2G8Kr7Oh
More information about the mobile theme here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please note that this plugin is optional, you can choose not to use it. Then the same content that you have on desktop will be displayed on mobile as well. The theme has a full responsive design and will adapt to every device screen.

Thanks

Hello,

The top menu was disabled for mobile devices. It can be activated though with css. Please add this css code in your theme panel-> custom css box:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full, .td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;;
}}

Thank you!

Hello krysteleal,

Hello alaid,

Most likely, you have a cache for your dedicated server and that’s why it happens on your mobile mode. I suggest you contact your hosting provider, request them to clear all the server caches from their server and check the results. We are sorry for the delay but please keep in mind that our support hours (GMT+2) are from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM. This period is very crowded and we cannot provide unlimited support as you want, sorry!
For the other hand, if you are unhappy with our product and if you want a full refund, please contact the Envato Market and request a full refund, accessing this link here -> https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will provide your money back so you can buy another theme with unlimited support.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

The mobile version of the theme only has 1 column. There are no extra columns to remove. Please provide more details to what you want to achieve.

Thank you!

Hey there,

I tried finding for the option but I realised there is no option for a scroll to top button.
The theme option specifically which I chose also shows no scroll to top button.
Is there a way I can implement it on the bottom right of the page for all platforms? (Desktop, Table, Mobile)

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi,

That code you are using hides the default theme header, and entered in the mobile theme Custom Css will hide it on mobile only. It seems to work properly from what I can tell on your website
https://www.screencast.com/t/ZAq9TRwPrR
https://www.screencast.com/t/ELjKsnBJ10
If you want the code to apply in other situations, like on tablets as you mention, try entering the code in that respective section as well – https://www.screencast.com/t/pmse44nP
There is no option to remove the grid present on the pages while using the mobile theme, or replace it with something else. This grid displays posts from the featured category. If you want to achieve something like this you will have to use a plugin maybe, or make modification to the theme files. The mobile theme was designed and optimized to provide the best performance on mobile devices, and to be as minimal as possible

Hello,

Sorry but the mobile theme does not have such settings. The homepage for the mobile theme is predefined and cannot be changed except by altering the theme code.

Thank you!

Hello,
The mobile theme is an optional plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,

Unfortunately the theme does not have meta data control for the mobile version in particular. These elements are enabled or disabled for all versions of the site at once.
If you need to only activate the data on mobile, you will have to enable it and then hide it on desktop and tablets using css.
Enable the date from the theme panel and then use this css in the theme panel->custom css box:
@media(min-width:767px){
.td-post-date, .td-post-author-name span{
display:none;
}}

Thank you!
