I have a problem with my site
As you can see in the homepage the images and thumbs are ok, but if click in post the featured image dont show. I try everything in theme panel. If i enable the lazyload i have problem and with thumbs Now i am with lazyload disable and featured images in posts show enable. I tried to enable – disable all plugins but nothing. Any idea what happened or what can i do? In mobile site everything is ok…..
The footer links of my mobile site aren’t working since the beginning. These open normally in main site but on mobile site the page content doesnt get displayed except one advt.

Regarding Q 2 of change of pattern of reviews, I know that there are three system. I just want to change colour, etc. E.g., In star, it is showing black colour star, I just want to change the colour from black to golden.
Further, If I have only one criteria for review then also it is showing that criteria review start + summary stars (which I mean an average) but if there are only one criteria then showing the same twice is not worthful.
Regarding Q 4 relating to youtube, etc subscriber, I have bought the theme only 2 days ago, so I understand that the plugin is upto date. Though youtube subscriber shows 0 value though by clicking if I visit to youtube page it shows 33 subscriber.
Regarding Q 5 relating to menu in mobile, where to set colour combination (or your combination) for the background, my queries is that menu is showing on clicking burger sign on mobile but it looks like that please see screenshot at https://www.dropbox.com/s/8bnhu1mslnwd51e/MobileMenu.png?dl=0
Regarding Q 6 relating to mobile theme, I like the mobile theme and understands that it is different from desktop theme. I want to hide featured image for certain post categories on the mobile as hidden in the style – 5 of the desktop view. Is it possible.
Regarding Q 8 relating to mobile editor, as the same is not available for post, so can I presume that for posts (not pages) content created for desktop version (i.e., through visual composer, etc) will also show in mobile.
Q 9 (new) relating to hide image placeholder, is it possible to hide image placeholder space (see http://viewpublish.com/category/news/) for few post categories in article display view (at archive page of that category) as I dont have featured image for that post category. Similarly hide image placeholder in front page for that too.

Q1->Unfortunatly, please keep in mind that the post template is not available in custom post type because this is CUSTOM and in this type of post which you have made custom, you do not have available this option, sorry! You should do it yourself.

Q3->Please notice that if you do not have a solid coding skills, and if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Q4->Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the right version of Social Counter which comes bundled with this theme packet. Also, ensure that you have added the right Facebook ID and also, make sure if it is valid. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Q6->Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses is too different by desktop version mode. For more information about our mobile theme, you should consult the plugin documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, if you want to bring on mobile the same content which is displayed on desktop version you should disable the mobile theme and this will be automatically switched to the general default mobile responsive mode.

Hello Bogdan. O already did this with no success. The gallery os working well for the móbile theme plugin but unfortunally after the update, this problem started to happen. You Saw that another guy in this topic have the same problem i have. Its a common problem.
What is the solution for It?

Now I see 3 categories son the mobile theme but all of them will have to show up. Please clear all caching on your site and contact the hosting provider and have them remove any hosting-side cache as well. also pleasde disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

@bintmusic that code will not remove it from the mobile theme. the mobile theme has it;s own files and folders in the main theme folder under the mobile folder

Please clear cahce on the one that does not work .It;s the same method, if both sites use the same theme, the solution will work on both ends.

1. The mobile theme will pick up the whole translation from the main theme, but you have to clear cache after translating.
2. Please access the plugin settings manually and set it up from there.
if he plugin still won’t work, there could be a plugin conflict it. please disable all other plugins except yoast and visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then try again.

So I am now on the edge of the bridge about to dump the theme and here is why… but I am reaching out to see if there is anything we can do
1: When we got this theme, we were excited about it because it promised super speed, it was neat, very modern and just really everything you dreamed of
2: After getting the theme, we are kind of finding out that we need to do a lot more work to make it happen… and by a lot more work I mean it is not really a fixed set of settings, meaning we have to keep trying and trying and trying and trying
so here is my dilema

Our old theme wasn’t that bad, we just wanted something more modern and better, so we switched to this
from day one of switching our bounce rate shoot through the roof , our traffic is dropping and as of yesterday even started getting issues with lazy loads where images no longer apearing
Google speed is even worst than before
We have switched to mobile site, that alone has caused confusion with our tagging on Google and I’m still yet to find out how to solve that as its throwing these errors
The mobile theme seems limited, no options to organise home page even with category links at least or something… its just plain and ok… lets say we want it to be faster, but I dont see it doing anything for our stats

I have issue with mobile theme. On the post page list of categories over post title is strange. It lists just 2 categories while on the desktop version it lists all applicable categories.

I noticed a problem in the display layout featured video from a mobile device.
Using layout 9,10 and 11, featured appear bad to mobile. You see a black halo that covers more than half of image.
I noticed that it’s not just my site but also the default theme.

Hi there, first of all, your Theme is the best i ever worked with! Brilliant work. Cant say that enough.
1. the translation of some phrases does not effect the mobile page, f.e. “Latest Articles”. i did translated them, but it has no effect.
2. there seems to be a little problem with Seo Plugin by Yoast. i got a message “Since you are new to Yoast SEO you can configure the plugin”, but when i hit this link nothing really happens, i cant configure anything.

1. Change font style of the title of the posts appearing in mobile theme to Playfair Display
2. Change font style of the post content in mobile theme and size too

1- how not to appear the menu option in the mobile theme. In fact, in Mobile Theme / Mobile Settings / Main Menu, I select the option “—No Menu—“; however, when I enter in my site (www.videosupporters.com) by mobile, in the left top it appears the option to open a menu (the symbol of menu in mobile, I mean, the 3 horizontal lines), and if I click on it it opens a page that says “Click here – to use the wp menu builder”;
2- As it is written in the support documentation, the first section of the homepage displays 3 featured posts (posts included in the Featured category) – my question is: how to I define which posts are featured (or, in other words, what I have to do in order that a post will be classified as featured category)?
