Hi,
Please deactivate mobile theme, clear all cache and try again, see if this issue is still happen.
Thanks!
Yes, thank you. It helped to solve the problem. But another problem appear. I use multilingual website using your theme and WPML plugin which must be compatible 100%.
On smartphones first language version of website works good too, but when user change language to another – he see the same problem with only part of content (only Related articles) as when tagDiv mobile theme plugin was turned on… My website has next structure:
– https://websitename.com/ – first language content website version
– https://websitename.com/de – second language content website version
WHy this happens? What do you think? I tried to switch off CDN and cache plugin but it didnt help to resolve this problem with second language website interface.

Hi,
If you have the mobile theme plugin all you need to do is to go in Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on deactivate -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rmMHVnAT
In mobile theme only the posts will appear in the mobile theme, the pages that you make for desktop you need to recreate them without composers/builders because it need to be a classic page, without blocks and shortcodes.
If there is still a problem please provide a link were I can take a closer look at this.
Thank you.
Hi,
PC users see full website content. But mobile users see only related articles and nothing more. I wrote you to your emeail about this problem.
How to disable mobile version of theme or fix it? Thank you
Got it working now. Not sure what was wrong. I noticed on pagespeed mobile speed dropped from 78 to 69 when adding Mailchimp form via TD Newsletter.
🙁
Hi believer,
You need to use the td mobile plugin that come with the theme version you are using, for example if you have Newspaper v9.1 the only mobile theme plugin that will work for you will be the one from that package.
So if you want you can update the them to the last version 9.2.2 and use the mobile theme from the package that you have download or you check what version of newspaper you have and you send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and ask for mobile theme for your version of theme.

Thanks.
Hi,
Something like that could be done with CSS, for example – http://prntscr.com/mdlnrw
Enter the code in the Advanced CSS section of the theme panel, in the desktop field.
.td-header-style-7 .td-header-sp-logo {
margin-bottom: 60px;
}
.td-header-style-7 .td-header-sp-rec {
margin-top: -109px;
}
For the mobile case something like this – http://prntscr.com/mdlpgb
This time enter the code in the phones section of the Advanced CSS section.
.td-header-style-7 .td-header-menu-wrap {
margin-top: 60px!important;
}
.td-header-style-7 .td-header-sp-rec .td-header-ad-wrap {
margin-top: -114px!important;
}
I have a mobile page that needs a dark background but on mobile only. the desktop version can stay the same.
I have a module block on that page with a dark BG and there is a gap between it and the header and the footer and I cant fill it with padding or border settings in Composer, so I need to change the background of the entire page.
I tried this:
@media(min-width:767px){
.page-2807{
background-color: #141414;
}}
but it doesnt work.
Known bug. It may actually be saving just not showing it. If you disable the mobile them, save and re-enable mobile theme it works.
Hello,
About this post. After installing the multi language plugin i noticed that the menu shown on mobile phones is only in the default language. How can I instruct the site to use a different menu for a different language ?
Thank you.
Hi,
I check your website and now you have only a warning -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fzqGFXu6s1c and the ads are showing -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wdqfVS3a1wM on mobile too -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WrFH9phSQ
Thanks.
Hi,
There is an issue similar to what you are describing when the composer save animation doesn’t stop spinning, when the mobile theme plugin is active. The page should still be saved even if the success message is not displayed however.
This problem will be solved in the coming theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The “Current page was not created by TD Composer” message or the status of those custom fields will not cause any problems.
Thanks
I have an issue related to show an excerpt. It runs ok in the desktop version, as you can see:
https://belemdopara.com.br/categoria/coluna-do-salame/
When I see the same page in mobile version, it doesn’t show the excerpt. I’ve tried many configurations but I didn’t get the correct one.
Any sugestions?
Thank you very much
Antonio Mokarzel
Ok, will check and let you know.
Also, in our mobile site the 3 top bar menu is not opening.
Hello,
You need to delete the mobile plugin version you are currently trying to enable and add a new plugin. Add the mobile theme plugin from the theme version you downloaded from envato. This is the only way to update the plugin. It will be disabled if an incorrect version is detected.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Sorry but I cannot see this issue on the emulator or on mobile devices as well. Can you provide a screenshot and more details to how we can replicate this? Did you test from another device?
2. Please check the google auto ads settings. How are you implementing them? The theme ad spots have ad size settings if they are added in the theme ad spots.
Thanks

Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.
If you want to have more speed on mobile, you need to install the Mobile Theme plugin for this. This plugin was fully optimized for mobile and you should achieve good results. You can check our demo on mobile to see how it works from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/
Also you need to decrease the Speed Index
Thanks for your understanding!
Each theme version package will contain the theme plugins that will work only with that version. So for example if you use an older theme version, trying to install the latest mobile theme plugin will not work.
Either update the theme, or contact us by email as mentioned, so we can provide an older plugin version. Please specify in the email what theme version you are using.
Hi,
The website speed depends on many factors. There are guides provided by us and by users, you could check some of them and try a few suggestions from them
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/website+speed/
On mobile using a slow internet connection, one of the biggest issues would be the size of the pages. Large page sizes will take longer before they load fully.
hello,
Please try to test after disabling the mobile theme plugin. There is a current ongoing issue with the use of the mobile menu together with the tagdiv composer, where the composer is not able to save changes properly. Please deactivate the mobile theme plugin for the moment. If this is not the case, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that you set the content in Mobile editor with out shortcodes and builders ( documentation ). if this is wall sett please make sure that you do not have some plugins that can create some conflict wit mobile theme, in order to check that you need to deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem is still there.
Thanks.
Hello,
This is the mega menu functionality which will not work on the mobile menu. The mobile menu cannot show the posts under a specific category. This only works on larger devices that can handle the standard menu.
Thank you!
