Hi,
I see you use mostly flex blocks. Be sure to take into account when building the page, the mobile variant. For example while using four module per row in a flex block is fine on desktop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/clc9Uo96DDy
On mobile that will not look nice – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZC9Xzsisq11A
So while the mobile view is selected, choose for example one module per row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/O6GIVj28
Then on desktop there will be four modules per row, while on mobile there will be one.
Also the CSS tab margins padding etc are per device if you use them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zii5FqnV
If you use custom CSS use it per device – https://www.screencast.com/t/ndmigIDX
It depends on how you build the page, that will directly affect the mobile result as well. That will be the case with flex blocks. Th predefined blocks will always be automatically responsive, but the flex blocks will require more care when used.
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile menu does not display for tablets, in general. If the table is smaller the mobile theme may display. So only on smaller devices it will be visible, most tablets will display the responsive version of the website.
This is done automatically and there are no settings to control when to display the mobile variant and menu.
If this not what you wanted to know please correct me.
Thanks
Hello xavig,
Unfortunately, all of these changes involves doing such additional customizations and we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry! If you want to have more options, in this case, you should implement it yourself through the code because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you! Usually, we recommend the developer from studio.envato.com
Another alternative for you would be to use a mobile theme which allows you to have two different menus for mobile and desktop.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
That “mobileu_gradient_two_mob” seems to be a mistake, I will add it on the list and it will be modified most likely.
The other one seems to be alright, what problems would there be with it? I will note everything and pass it along. If you identified more issues please mention them.
Thanks
Hello,
Our mobile website fail and we only get right access with HTTPs on the URL, can you help us to solve it?
To further clarify the issue:
I made a test post to see what would happen on mobile. The theme updated properly. However, once I deleted the test post, the test still appeared on mobile (and leads to a 404).
So now I have the correct layout on mobile, but it shows a test post that leads to a 404 as the first post on the page.
So it appears I can only update the layout of the front page on mobile IF and ONLY IF I have the content to make a new post.
I’m sorry but that isn’t what I expect from a premium product, so there must be some way to fix this without using the mobile theme plugin, yes?
I don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin if possible because I have some unique elements on the front page that I would like to be display on mobile.
Oh, and a lot of my images are also simply not loading at all on the mobile version, which is another thing that cannot go unfixed.
Please help.
Thanks
I’m still having major problems with this.
My front page will not update on mobile. I have checked on multiple devices. It sometimes updates, and sometimes will not.
Are you saying that implementing the mobile theme plugin will somehow fix this problem of the front page not updating to reflect the changes I made in the tagdiv composer?
All I want is for the mobile version to reflect the changes I make on the front page tagdiv composer.
I consider this to be a serious problem with the theme.
I recently upgrade to version 9 but the main menu won’t expend on mobile device. Please help me to check
thanks
John
Here the Some Recommendation for Mobile device:
#Firstly, Move menu on left to right. It helps to user to use the menu. The user easily uses the menu (Try yourself). Like this:

#Secondly, Disable the popup search bar. Make search bar like this:
.
#Thirdly, Make default social Floating sharing like this:

Check this site on the mobile: https://www.theodysseyonline.com/
It makes more user-friendly & Google friendly.
Hi, yesterday I created my new site.
On desktop devices all works fine, but on mobile I can’t see the lastest published posts
I already installed the WP Super Cache and tagDiv Mobile Theme and it doesn’t solve the issue.
I’d like to get your help
Kind regards
Hi,

Thanks for any help, greatly appreciated
All the best, take care
Chris
I tested on mobile also the problem occurs
Hi,
So you mean that the WhatsApp share button does not appear? it should appear on mobiles, on desktop it will not be visible. For example check this post page sharing buttons on desktop, then on mobile
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/8-incredible-pictures-from-the-travel-photographer/
The Whatsapp button should be visible for mobile.
Thanks
Oh I see. Thanks. Are there any plans to offer font customization for mobile in the theme?
Regarding my featured post. This is how I understand it:
My featured post is using block 24, so I need to edit module 19 font settings.
The modules listed in that table for Block 24 are:
Block 24 Module 19 Module 19 Module MX16
So, I have module 19 set to Gil Sans which correctly sets the font of the post title, but the post body excerpt is still at Arial. I’m trying to change the post excerpt font.

Ryansmccain. Reason: Added question about my body except font
Exactly! Thank you for your reply, your code was not enough I think since the border at the top and bottom was too thick on mobile (desktop is fine) and the bottom frame touched the title of the next block, but I think I managed to achieve what I needed adjusting the padding.
Hello.
My website is’t showing up right at mobile devices: livecoins.com.br
This theme is Responsive, right ?
Hi,
It should look like this on mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/ExDvyAFL1b
Is it different for you? could you provide a link to the page?
I tried to replicate the design, set background for the row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c4i0STUQ9
On mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/SpJCMtgPzO
Hello!
Tell me, please, how do I configure the transition to the mobile menu for the tablet?
Hi,
The more stories font is altered from the font of the module used on that section. If for example you have module 6 here: https://www.screencast.com/t/uqJ0UdopmOm you can change the font from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/7YzXFVELxco4
You have to use the modules, not the particular blocks. A block is made out of 1 or more modules: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
Mobile fonts cannot be changed. Sorry. It can only be done with custom css. The theme offers no font customization for mobile devices.
Thanks
Hi, I’m trying to fully validate my website.
I’ve to solve only 3 problems caused by the td_css_generator.php file
It’s possible that at the line 756 there is mobileu_gradient instead of mobile_gradient
background: -o-linear-gradient(top, @mobile_gradient_one_mob 0%, @mobileu_gradient_two_mob 100%);
Also I think that this property causes some validation problem
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr=’@mobile_gradient_one_mob’, endColorstr=’@mobile_gradient_two_mob’, GradientType=0 );
Other problems (spaces in the url) were in the td_social_sharing.php file but I easily solved and put a new file in the child theme.
Could you help me to join a full validation?
thanks
Hi,
So the backgrounds of the rows load fast while the content loads slower? A setting to set a delay for the background loading does not exist unfortunately. Provide an example of a page where this is happening so I can check on mobile.
Thanks
You show me an example. For example, swipe right to 50 pixels. I can do other options according to the example.
and Can you write a CSS code to work only on mobile?
Hello Catalin. I did this two changes:
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QjYkL3EdnQE
in my child theme and it works perfect!
Now I have a specific main menu for mobile and another for desktop. In mobile it looks awesome but I lost the style in main menu for desktop.
Can you help me to fix it? Thanks very much
Hi,
I checked the website on mobile, tested the menu for a while. I see no problem with it, works alright from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bBagfWviMAL
Maybe you solved the problem with the menu.
That’s exactly it Simion – I cannot replicate it on demand but it happened this morning again – it’s the home page https://westbridgfordwire.com
Currently ( 8:45am UK) this is showing https://imgur.com/a/yuvOofv – but that isn’t the current block chosen in TD Composer, and earlier today a different block was showing, the last chosen block – I haven’t done anything except browse the site to see this
Note that if I edit page with TD Composer, the block is there – view the page then on a mobile device, and you will see the other block, the last chosen block showing, mobile isn’t the issue though – because that same block will show on the homepage again later at some random time
After advice from Bogdan I switched ‘duplicate articles’ to allowed, but this doesn’t fix it
Thanks
Pat
