Hi,
This happens because the single post template assigned to your articles does not include the comments element. However, you can easily add it using tagDiv Composer.
Please edit the single post template (https://i.imgur.com/SA3sEAC.png), navigate to the section where you want the comments to appear, and from the left sidebar search for the “Single Post Comments” element. Drag and drop it into the desired location (https://i.imgur.com/0kNTuXR.png). Once done, save the settings (https://i.imgur.com/2EuHs9B.png).
Additionally, I recommend disabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. You can also disable AMP, or alternatively use the tagDiv Mobile Theme only for AMP https://i.imgur.com/MM0crTS.png . If you choose the latter, make sure the “Redirect mobile visitors to AMP” option is disabled in the AMP https://i.imgur.com/GM5tzuM.png plugin settings. This will help you maintain the same layout on mobile as on desktop.
Thank you!
I’ve had the mobile version disabled for several days now (since it helped me set it up a few weeks ago). How do I use the responsive version?
Thanks.
Hi,
Please disable and remove the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, and switch to using the theme’s responsive version instead. This should resolve the issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
The tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is quite limited and offers only a small set of options. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include a feature to exclude categories. You can only select a single category, specify the number of items, and choose a basic sorting method such as latest or random. The “popular (all time)” option is also available, but it may consume additional resources.
Thankyou!
Hi,
The block filters will apply to all viewports, so if you want to have different content on mobile, you should consider using the mobile page option https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
What you need to know is that, on the mobile page, the cache plugin should support creating separate caches for desktop and mobile.
Category Posts Not Showing on Mobile (TagDiv Newspaper Theme)
I am having an issue with my WordPress website using the TagDiv Newspaper theme.
I use categories in my menu, and when I publish articles, I assign them to the correct category. On desktop, everything works perfectly — the posts appear inside their categories as expected. visit into your mobile http://www.maslaxcabletv.com i want to solve all problem of my websites and check all settings i will share to trustly my Admin account send me massege in to this email maslaxcabletv@gmail.com
However, on mobile devices, when I open a category page, the posts do not appear. Instead, I only see an empty space and the footer (like the “About” section).
So:
Desktop → Works fine ✅
Mobile → Category page shows empty + footer ❌
I would like to know what is causing this issue and how to fix it.
The comments only shows in the mobile and tablet theme, not in Firefox/Chrome
Hello,
I created a testsite here:
https://sandbox.ibiza-heute.de/
You can check the issue there, when you activate/deactivate the Plugin EventOn FullCal and watch the site on a mobile device.
As the site is not visible for the public how can I give you Login Credentials?
Thanks for Feedback
Bernd
As you can see, the mobile version isn’t displaying correctly. From the menu, when accessing the different sections, it looks like this:
https://opinandosinanestesia.es/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/1-scaled.jpg
https://opinandosinanestesia.es/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/2-scaled.jpg

https://opinandosinanestesia.es/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/4-scaled.jpg

How can I fix this so the pages display correctly? The same thing happens with the footer.
Thanks!
Hi,
I’d like to hide some categories on my mobile theme in “Grids”—Latest Articles. I don’t see any option for filtering posts!

Hi,

Hello
on this site:
https://www.ibiza-heute.de/
there is a strange behavior of the homepage only on mobile devices when EventOn FullCal is activated. The content will not load properly and white space is shown when you scroll up and down.
Although EventOn, EventON – Lists and Items, EventON – Event Lists Ext can be activated with no problem.
I disabled all other plugins and the problem is definitely EventOn FullCal with the Template.
What can I do?
Thank you for Feedback!
Bernd
Hi,
I just checked your website, and it appears that you still have the signing on mobile on some pages and articles, so this is the problem (most likely, those are not even protected with reCAPTCHA https://prnt.sc/dK_CRlHv1fuH since you believe it is disabled on the site https://i.imgur.com/Y1oqLsJ.png – https://prnt.sc/A39SBfzgOQcf – https://prnt.sc/7V6Yyr4LLNxr). It is possible that you disabled the theme panel options recently, if so, please clear all cache and purchase the CDN.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you please provide some screenshots? Is this happening on mobile or desktop? Do you have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin enabled? If so, please disable the plugin, clear teh cache, and try again.
Thank you!

I have created a special page for our support case and your assistance. The link is provided above.
In the upper module, which I built using the tagdiv builder, the row is set to a 5/12 to 7/12 split. The featured image is located on the left side.
In the second module, the layout is shown without the image. This is how it should look when an article does not have a featured image. In this case, the row is set to 12/12 and the featured image is not included.
The mobile version of the site works similarly, though the images and text are stacked on top of each other. Because the spacing is slightly different, there is a separate mobile version for each module.
If you create a JavaScript for me, the question is whether I can then copy or duplicate it multiple times across other pages. This layout will be used several more times on the site later on.
Thank you for your help. How can I support you?
Thanks, I have managed to include the video, but it does not play on mobile or PC.
What could be the problem?
Hi,
This could be a plugin conflict. Could you please do a test logged in on mobile and make sure that no cache is applied? If the situation still persists, we will need to do a test using only the theme plugins. And after you check it and confirm it’s working, enable the plugins one by one and check until you find the one causing this issue.
Hello,
if I open this homepage ibiza-heute.de on mobile devices like iPhone or iPad the page builts up slowly and when I scroll up again the before visible content is white and has to load again. This effect appears not on desktop.

Thank you for Feedback!

Hi,
When using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, ensure you use a cache plugin that supports separate mobile and desktop caches.
Also, using Cloudflare, you’ll need to use Cloudflare APO and activate cache by device type.
Hi,
The mobile theme (plugin) is showing on the desktop template. When i’m logged into WP i can see the desktop template fine, but when logged out it shows the mobile template
In the theme folder, I have the mobile option ticked
Hi,
1. If you have the demo installed, then the same single post template should be used, “Single Post Template – Free News”. Also, make sure that you are not using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin.
2. Use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage, select any element and after that from the left sidebar, you select the mobile viewport, then select the menu element – https://prnt.sc/dJV0CGbkkWbU, and you can edit the page ase as you would the menu. Or if you want, you can simply remove that element and add the menu element – https://prnt.sc/mYRxWJ3nI0Xt
please help me also with this 2 problems:
1. In demo there is a diferent layout for the post. Can you tell me the name and how to set it?
2. I want to set me menu for the mobile version, now if you click it goes to search and I want to be menu.
Hello,
After installing and enabling FlyingPress on my website, I noticed a rendering issue.
When the page loads, slider images and featured images do not appear immediately, leaving large blank spaces in the layout. As soon as I touch, scroll, or interact with the page, the images render instantly and the layout becomes normal.
This happens both on:
mobile devices (iPhone / Safari)
desktop browsers
Hi,
I just checked the mobile version and this is how it looks for me – https://prnt.sc/tOyXyazgtwgU the logo looks ok on the homepage, also the mobile menu – https://prnt.sc/yCI7odkibKLN
Hi,
1. There is no official minimum word count for Google AdSense approval. Quality, originality, and usefulness matter more than word count. However, most successful applicants publish: 600–1200
2. To create high-quality, valuable content using the Newspaper Theme, follow these best practices:
– Use clean, readable layouts – Choose simple templates and avoid clutter.
– Focus on in-depth, original content – Publish well-researched articles (800–1,500+ words).
– Optimize typography and spacing – Make text easy to read on desktop and mobile.
– Use high-quality images and media – Add relevant visuals to support your content.
– Structure properly – Use headings (H1, H2, H3), bullet points, and short paragraphs.
– Improve SEO settings – Optimize titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
– Ensure fast loading speed – Avoid too many ads or heavy plugins.
– The key is combining strong content with a clean, user-friendly design.
3. The TagDiv Composer will be used to create pages and templates, but not posts, for posts will be used the wordpress editor (Gutenberg or classic editor) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
