Hi,
Using the mobile theme, you cannot add shortcodes, only text and image in the mobile editor;
You can’t edit the Mobile theme and AMP version with tagdiv Composer; the only settings are from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to have those shortcodes displayed, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin.

I get all that….and it’s totally correct, with one exception: Keep in mind that the mobile theme plugin is disabled.
I created a mobile home page. I also made changes to the individual blog page. Now when I edit the mobile home page and save my changes….the homepage as on desktop version becomes the homepage on mobile. When I then edit the desktop version and make changes, the mobile homepage becomes te desktop version.
Basically what happens is that the last template I change, becomes the new frontpage for desktop and mobile. Even though I delete all page cache.

Yes, it is okay if you have disable the mobile theme.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.

I’m not sure why but the about page is not showing up on the mobile version. I’m not exactly sure how to edit the mobile version. I know there’s some mobile settings in the theme panel, but I don’t know if I’m supposed to make a mobile page. It’s confusing.

I had a similar issue with my SVG logo not displaying correctly on desktop device, and I found a solution that worked for me. It looks like the problem might be due to conflicts when the same SVG code is used for both desktop and mobile viewports.
Here’s what I did to resolve the issue:
1. Create Unique IDs: Ensure that your SVG code for mobile has unique IDs for the gradient and other elements. This prevents conflicts between the desktop and mobile versions.
2. Separate SVG Codes:
– Add the SVG code with unique IDs for the desktop view in your theme editor.
– Switch to the mobile view and add a modified version of the SVG code with different unique IDs.
3. Test and Verify: After making these changes, save and preview your site on both desktop and mobile devices to ensure the logo displays correctly on all viewports.

Seems like something is not working properly. The blue background effect doesn’t show up on mobile and appears transparent on live search. The menu doesn’t show up at all.
I don’t know what to do.
Could be a conflict with any other WordPress plugin?
How do I change the menu design and the live search design or maybe create my own menu design and live search design?

Maybe we are not understanding each other — as the theme update changelog mentions (sticky is responsive), and as you also mentioned making the inner column sticky in the mobile viewport — I am just asking how to do so? If you see the link and what am trying to do, perhaps you can tell me what process to follow?

Deactivate the cache plugin that you use and check again to see if the problem is still there.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

I should have mentioned before : I have updated the theme to the latest one. In the mobile design, I could make the inner column background grey, but the “sticky” is not an option I can’t tick. — yes, I meant the mobile viewport. It would seem I cannot tick the option…(it is not highlighted). I can however, alter the sticky offset. Please let me know what I am missing!

Please set it as sticky also in the mobile viewport(select the inner column settings). Update the theme to the latest version.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
