The author name can be disable in general for all the blocks and grids

If you would like to hide it just for that specific big grid, you can use a code like this for example. It will remove the author name just for the grid in question

Please note that them theme is fully responsive and there should be no problems for mobile devices. The theme package even includes the optional mobile theme plugin. More about the mobile theme here

I have tried the single image element. I inserted an image in the single image element

Saved the page and tested on mobile with this result

As it can be seen the image is displayed properly. I did not modify anything, simply added the single image and saved the page. Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue.

I have inspected your website on mobile and I did not saw any problems with it. Everything seems to work as expected on mobile and desktop. Please provide some useful screenshots with your problem so I can identify it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

The shortcodes will not get rendered as the mobile theme does not use the page builder. Please read the guide. it only allows standard text in the tiny mce editor.
The plugin can be disabled at any time if it is not to your liking as the theme is already responsive without the mobile theme. It is an alternative plugin.

There is no problem to solve. The mobile theme needs a mobile version of your site. If nothing is added in the mobile editor, nothing will show up on mobiles.

Please try to disable all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Leave just to active only the plugins come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem will be still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. Notice that our mobile theme was fully tested and should work as expected with the theme if it was right installed according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Please keep in mind that the mobile menu should work as expected without any problem if the theme is right used, without any untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and which might cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these and leave just only our tested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I can check it to mobile devices.
