I’m trying theme show me the menú in mobile version, but don’t work. I think all its ok :/
The mobile responsive theme is not loading correctly. The content is lined properly on the phone. But the entire screen can be swiped away and you look at a blank background. The content doesn’t sit centered on the screen. Also, the header stretched in and out. http://imgur.com/5rA5p5t
There is no banner ad installed on mobile so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Hello,
When I place the adsense text link unit on content, this theme doesn’t display the ad properly. Because same code is working fine on my other site (newspaper theme) properly. Issue is that text of ad is srinking in blocks as well showing only 2 boxes on desktop and only 1 one mobile view.

Please let me suggest.

I have only a few (three) categories on one of my websites. As of the default theme behavoir these categories gets pushed in to the regular mobile menu once the site is displayed on a mobile device.
I have been playing around with the css to try and make the changes to the mobile menu never happen when I reduce the browser window in size. However I haven´t been succecfull.
Is there any way to do this? Disable the apparence/changes that are made to the Main menu (not the Top Menu) when a site is shown on mobile?
Apologies, I was on my mobile and I thought replying within the post was private, where would I send my credentials?
Hi,
Please do not post sensitive login information here on the forum, this is a public topic for everyone to see. I have edited your post, and removed them. As a solution to your problem, please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom Css
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Zyu5OSOJ
It should make the image more responsive, and display better on mobile devices.
.td-pb-span12 .vc_single_image a {
background-size: contain;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
Thanks
Thanks Simion,
Home Page author hide problem is solved
i understand your concern regarding mobile theme responsive issue. default theme is works fine in mobile but the main problem is that when i checked with google page speed test, result is near about 40-52/100 for mobile while when i upload the custom provided mobile theme then the result will be 70+/100. so how can it will be increased with default theme.
Please suggest what to do Next.
Thanks again
Hi,
The author name can be disable in general for all the blocks and grids
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DzTB9fWAI
If you would like to hide it just for that specific big grid, you can use a code like this for example. It will remove the author name just for the grid in question
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7ocWvIT2
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css
.td_module_mx21 .td-post-author-name {
display: none;
}
Please note that them theme is fully responsive and there should be no problems for mobile devices. The theme package even includes the optional mobile theme plugin. More about the mobile theme here

Thanks
Hi,
I have tried the single image element. I inserted an image in the single image element
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EzDKYTCiISpY
Saved the page and tested on mobile with this result
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Y6exAFV2mx9
As it can be seen the image is displayed properly. I did not modify anything, simply added the single image and saved the page. Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue.
Thanks

How do I fix?
Hello aleksandarcasual,
I have inspected your website on mobile and I did not saw any problems with it. Everything seems to work as expected on mobile and desktop. Please provide some useful screenshots with your problem so I can identify it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your message!
The shortcodes will not get rendered as the mobile theme does not use the page builder. Please read the guide. it only allows standard text in the tiny mce editor.
The plugin can be disabled at any time if it is not to your liking as the theme is already responsive without the mobile theme. It is an alternative plugin.
Thanks
I know that, but if i try to copy-paste the shortcode of the desktop view in the mobile editor, it doesn’t work.
Hello,
There is no problem to solve. The mobile theme needs a mobile version of your site. If nothing is added in the mobile editor, nothing will show up on mobiles.
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
When i set a page with TD Composer, the page show up good in desktop view, but the mobile version is completly blank…
I tried to disable “tagDiv Mobile Theme” and all work good. Please, can you solve my problem?
Hello akashdeep305,
Please try to disable all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Leave just to active only the plugins come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem will be still there, you should try making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. Notice that our mobile theme was fully tested and should work as expected with the theme if it was right installed according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks Catalin, though that design tweak is the far lesser of the issues.
More importantly are the two functions not working – the tag div gallery and the mobile theme appearing on tablet.
Hello CVBJ_Creative,
Please keep in mind that the mobile menu should work as expected without any problem if the theme is right used, without any untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and which might cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these and leave just only our tested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I can check it to mobile devices.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello gibbsyns3,
First of all, I will thank you for your interests in our theme! So, please notice that our mobile theme is addressed to mobile devices and has a special design and functionality according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you want to change the layout of our mobile theme and also if you do not like our grids you should edit the core files where these are created and change them as desired. As a hint, if you want to affect the top grids from homepage, you should edit here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/836WpmOW5bRk
Please notice that if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
it takes long for the theme to load, so the visitors leave before the website fully loaded
