Hello zugre,
Please keep in mind that this option is a general one, for entire website (mobile, tablet, desktop). Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tested on my site and everything seems to work as properly.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The theme has 2 option to the logo on sticky menu: header logo or mobile logo. If you need a third option then you will need custom modifications and we can provide any type of custom services, sorry! We provide only technical support for the theme related issues based on envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
Thanks!
Hi,
We have change the navigation system from version 7 and also the mobile menu has a different functionality.
Thanks!
what ever i do its not updating on my mobile view some one have any idea about this .its like frozen
Hello Shawn,
I have inspected your website, and I saw that in mobile mode, the featured images are not properly working. Also, I have notice that you have some errors through your console, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/U06gMgntKO1 and also, you are using some untested plugins. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a full backup to your data and make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello sphink,
Please keep in mind that the mobile theme will display a different layout of your homepage and this cannot be edited by Theme panel, sorry! If you want to make some adjustments to your mobile homepage, you should edit the theme core file, like front-page.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ntaRLpm9m For more information about our mobile theme concept, you should consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
So, if you are unhappy with our mobile theme, you should simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile version.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello cloin1,
If you want to display your top bar on top header you should consult the following link here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/top-menu-display-in-mobile-and-tablets-too/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
hi,
you can see it at, http://nwtravelmag.com/. It’s adding a logo and a link to the about-us page. The logo section is empty in the header section.
Just to be clear i’m talking about the logo and the about-us link you’ll see on the site on a mobile device above the footer navigation.
Hello chrismorda,
The theme automatically adds the logo and the properly link to the footer. If you want to change this to mobile mode, you should check the Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/QPmmbjrjWfdo Also, you should provide your website URL so, I can inspect it closer and also, so I can provide you a proper CSS for this, if will not working as you want.
If is not what you mean, provide more details, give so useful information for a better understanding.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
I was wondering if its possible to change the mobile icon with our own custom. I am talking about this icon in circle:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/dwhlksss2j9zzgj/Screenshot%202016-12-11%2021.31.33.png?dl=0
If so please tell us the recommended dimensions and how to do it.
Thanks,
Rupi
Hi
Lately i started to use the mobile theme
on the Desktop version i am using some custom ads code With in the post for example
[vc_column][td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"][/vc_column][/vc_row], and the ads appear
on the mobile theme version its only show code to users with the post content , no ads
this what it show —- [td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]
What i need to do to fix this , if i can show the ad will be great or at least the code disable and hidden not appears to visitors
I checked my mobile site, and it had raw code listed. It was working fine, and I didn’t mess with anything, but it appeared randomly yesterday. My sites at thephotoconnection.net
@Edragon
I think you got seriously lost someplace.
When you go to ThemeForest, on the downloads page, you can choose multiple options including “all files and theme” or just “the theme.”
As stated, you need to download the main “all files” zip and then unzip that on you hard drive.
In there is a folder called plugins, which clearly contains
1) revolution_slider_5
2) js_composer.zip
3) td-mobile-plugin.zip
4) td-social-booster.zip
5) td-speed-booster.zip
I assure you it is there as thousands of other people here can attest.
You don’t need to ‘update’ the Visual Composer plugin just because an update is available; as it might not be tested to work properly with theme. So VC is only updated when the entire theme package is updated, unless you buy your own VC license separately. So once you install the version included with theme, you don’t need to ‘activate’ it with WP Bakery; but I’m guessing that is not your issue if you didn’t even locate the plugins folder.
## here is the readme from the td-mobile-plugin, once you unzip that folder:
Welcome to the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin
TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin extends our themes to offer you a better experience on mobile devices. We are in a continue research
in our work, doing our best for fitting your needs, and because the mobile environment is growing up quickly,
and also your expectations, we come to you with a mobile theme that has been tested to load fast using only the necessary components.
The mobile templates files are in the ./mobile theme directory, the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin detecting and working with them.
From the Mobile Theme section of our well known theme panel, all important mobile theme settings can be set.
Without activating the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the responsive version of our theme is used on mobile devices.
###
ALSO, from the theme docs here for install via FTP, it does tell you to download the -tf version of the zip (all files):
Install via FTP
You can install the theme in two ways: through WordPress or via FTP.
The Newspaper WordPress Theme installable file is Newspaper.zip. Please see the following sections for each method and watch our video tutorial on how to install the Newspaper Theme.
Download the Newspaper files from your ThemeForest account. Navigate to your Downloads tab on ThemeForest and find Newspaper. Click the Download button.
On your local computer extract the ZIP folder called Newspaper-tf. After extracting files you will open the folder called Newspaper-tf where you will find more folders (child-theme, documentation, licensing, plugins, psd).
Locate the Newspaper.zip in the Newspaper-tf folder (this is the theme you want to install).

good luck and welcome to the giant Newspaper family of users here — I’ve been lurking here since end of 2013 ! 🙂

There is no such thing as “td-mobile-plugin”, that’s why I asked, all other plugins I installed that way, but that one I was not able to install because I do not have it. that’s why I asked where it is, because it’s not there where documentation saying it is and other plugins are.

Hi, i like the theme very much, but i have a problem, when i display the page in the mobile version, when i press the menu it take all over the page, and i want to put only in a side of the page
Also, to find the Mobile Theme, you need to download the theme package from ThemeForest, and then unpack it to a folder. Inside that folder you will find another folder called “plugins”.
The mobile theme is to be installed as a plugin from that folder. You will want to install and activate in WordPress the “td-mobile-plugin”.
