I try change in theme panel but not change…
After update v 7 theme panel does not work.all changes that have been saved in theme panel has not changed at all . costume css code after the save setting no effect change at all . I also tried to change the header style and background mobile menu also has not changed at all .

I have not tested this on the mobile theme so the css most likely needs to be changed. Please provide a link to your site so i can create the css code directly by inspecting the element.

Please provide an example of what settings are you trying to change. The background can only be changed for the menu bar and footer. not the content. If the mobile menu colors are the ones that are not changing, please clear your cache and check again. sometimes cache affects theme settings. I have checked your website on mobile mode and I did not saw any problems with your posts. Try to clear all your caches and check it again. So, if your problem will reappear, please provide more details about your issue and also, you can provide some useful screenshots so we can identify the origin of the problem. Also, please try to use the theme without any untested plugins because these might cause a lot of unknown issues.

The mobile menu is the same either you use the mobile theme or not. Please try it without any plugins. Dosable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the menu again.

I am using the Travel Guide theme and I am wondering if it is possible to have menu options that break down into sub-options on the main mobile menu. For example based on the demo there is a mega menu called Destinations and on tablet this shows as a simple open and close option but on mobile it only shows the Menu title with no drop down. Any ideas?

That means you have a plugin that is not compatible with the mobile theme. Plugins are not all compatible with premium themes. please disable all of them and then reactivate them one by one testing your site after each one and see which one causes the site to break. Then remove/replace the plugin in question.

This issue happens when in incompatible plugin is active and the mobile theme cannot tie into the necessary code as the other plugin already uses it. Please deactivate all plugins and activate the mobile theme first. Then activate your other plugins afterwards.

1) This is caused by the mobile theme. The smartlists get converted to a standard smartlist that has no swipe function. Lots of things get converted on the mobile theme to reduce as much of the load as possible and provide faster response. I deactivated and activated mobile plugin again and the problem in this post fixed. But i face the same problem when i visit my site from chrome in other articles and sometimes in homepage

I have checked your source page again and I saw that your untested plugins are still there. Please try to DISABLE all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme to rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please try to bring the theme to have the default state, without any additional customization to avoid these cases. Please notice that our theme has been tested and does not have this behaviour on mobile version, as you can see in our demo here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please notice that our theme is very complex and has a lot of lines of code and if you are using some plugins which are not tested with our theme might appear a lot of unknown issues, like this case. So, if your problem is still there after these tips, please try to make a new install only via FTP with the latest version of the theme and check the results in the default mode.

Unfortunately I have no solution for this as the mobile editor is fixed. There was no positioning added to it. i will add this suggestion to our list and pass this information on to our dev team. Hopefully in a future version the mobile editor can be moved below visual composer.

On mobile devices it is possible to “scroll” to the right and a large white area appears on the right side. I would guess this is due to some hidden content outside the normal page border and the theme allows the user to scroll to the right because of this. I hope this can be fixed?
(I believe it has been like this since first installation, no particular changes to code or files has been done).

Hey guys,
I don’t have a featured category. I must have deleted it in the past. Now I want use it because I want to try the mobile theme. How do I recreate the featured category? I tried to manually just make a new category and set it to “HIDE CATEGORY ON POST…..” in the theme panel, but then the category still shows up in the Ajax filter on my homepage and in the category list in the footer. I’m assuming this normally isn’t the case with the featured category?
