Hello, I wanted to tell you that after reviewing the web part and the mobile part more carefully, I see that the advertising that is seen without a problem is the one with external urls and the internal ones do not load, both on the web part and in the mobile part, I say this to provide more information to the support team.
Hi, I tried to design some kind of stick menu with buttons on a single post row, but I can’t make it work full width with buttons with equal sizes.
What I did was:
Row with two sections. Each section with internal rows with 3 sections. So, I put 6 full width buttons. One on each section on internal rows.
But it doesn’t work on all mobile sizes full screen. It gives me a blank space on one size in bigger phones, and if I try to enhace the size of the buttons, it’s bad for smaller screens.

I want to make all the buttons same size, so they occupy all the row (without paddings) in all sizes of mobile.

The problem related to the mobile header is happening on the desktop also. Usually, it is related to a cache or optimized plugin. Everything works fine on desktop but every time I open my website on mobile the videos I embedded do not show up on mobile I just see the space that the video is supposed to take I even bought and created a brand new Word Press site and I still have the same problem so I do not think this is an issue with cache or any other plugin

Please edit the mobile page and if you have notices in Composer, please close them and check after to edit the footer.
Also, the users are redirected to the mobile version automatically.

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I had the same problem where the actual mobile menu didn’t work (clicking on it would just freeze like it didn’t appear) but in the editor it still worked fine. I looked through this article and didn’t see a solution here. or let everyone see if others also find this error like me

Hi, is there a way to enable lightbox use for the above element so full image can be open at any point by the user, even if it is displayed as partially cropped?
I can have it enabled for “featured post image” but there I cannot specify “full image” or “image height” properties, and I would prefer using those to having to adjust or have different images for mobile/desktop post templates.

Hi, I would like the list of categories filter of a flex box to be closed by clicking on the word “other”. I’ll explain better with photos.
When the category filters do not fit in the filter tab of the flex box, they are grouped in a drop-down menu that opens on hover (see here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NzKXpeny3oNiYmUgknVtS5zkPc1UOQGd/view?usp=sharing). The problem is that in some cases, especially on the mobile version, it is not possible to see the articles relating to the category that was clicked because the list does not disappear and hinders viewing. Hope you have had a good holidays.
We are facing a problem since today.
We have the latest NewsPaper theme 12.6.2 on http://www.GadgetBridge.com and today morning when were editing the front page by clicking on edit with TD composer green button on top a problem has started to occur.
We wanted to add a link in the footer menu.
However as soon as we clicked save. Every resource in our (RAM, DISK iO and CPU) dedicated server went to 100%. We have lot of RAM and CPU cores, yet this happened. The site would just not open or respond because of that.
Upon looking the error logs we found this error – AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header, referer: https://www.gadgetbridge.com/
Upon searching, found out it has to do with a plugin problem.
So, we carefully 1 by 1 from the server end renamed each plugin to deactivate.
As soon as we deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, this website came back.
We rebooted the server and all resources went back to normal below 20%.
We thought it could be a plugin mismatch, so –
1) We deactivated all plugins and then just activated TagDiv ones like mobile, composer and all resources were fine. As soon as we activated tagDiv Cloud Library, the website went down again and resources went to 100%. We deactivated and rebooted, the website came back.
2) We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling tagDiv Cloud Library, that does not work. (all other plugins were deactivated)
3) We have tried going back to Newspaper 12.6.1 and activated that tagDiv Cloud Library plugin again same problem. (all other plugins were deactivated).
4) We have deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library, and reactivated all others so some part of the website is working, however because tagDiv Cloud Library is not active, menu and other systems are not working and there is a naked code on every desktop page in header and footer.
We cannot figure out what the issue is and how to make it work.
Please help, how to solve this problem.

I have problems with placing code in the banners.
The following code only works for me in Ads header Ad mobile version.
For the cover it does not work for me in Customs Ad 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
